Upon arriving at Napoli Class Luxury B&B we were kindly greeted @ reception on the 2nd floor. We were not only appreciative of the efficient check-in process, but we were surprised by an upgraded suite which was much needed following 10 days of travel.

The suite was a situated on the same floor as the breakfast room & terrace. Terrace was equipped with the perfect day beds for rest and/or tanning - in addition great views of the main shopping area.

The room itself was outstandingly clean, equipped with strong wifi and a Smart TV, comfy bed and sheets, a Juliet balcony and a gorgeous bathroom. This was a treat after staying in traditional hotel rooms in other Italian cities.

The location was walkable to many shops and restaurants. It was right around the corner from the Galleria Umberto.

Breakfast was quaint and just perfect to get our last servings of bufala mozzarella. We also had the smoothest check-out which was paired by a wonderful sleep.

They also offer a baggage room in case you want to explore Naples post-check out.

Highly recommend. This stay was such a treat!

It started off by them charging me $90 because my wife wasn’t on the reservation. Never heard of such a thing. I booked a room that accommodates 2 people. Then the first night we had no hot water. Their solution was for us to wait for it to be fixed. No refund for the first night, no switching of the room. They limit you to 1 bath towel each. The place is difficult to get in and out. You have to step over a cutout portion of the door which is not convenient with luggage. If you have any disabilities you will not be able to book or get in and out of this place. The elevator is so small that only 2 people can fit and you basically cannot have luggage with you. Getting off the elevator is the same. It’s so tight that you have to walk sideways. The shower is so small you touch the glass. I’m a small guy so I couldn’t imagine if you were 6’ tall, it would be impossible to shower. The showers head sprayed water in all directions because it’s old and broken. We asked for an iron. The one they gave us was old, didn’t work and we had no ironing board. With all of this, I do not recommend this place for the price. It’s for people that want a step up from a hostel. So glad we only booked two nights. It would have completely ruined our vacation.

This hotel was steps away from the Spanish quarter and we were so happy. Endless food options just minutes away. Also very easy access to the metro and sea port from the location. The breakfast was wonderful with many options (eggs (scrambled and hard boiled), lots of meat and cheese, pastries, fruit, cereals, option to make a panini, waffles, mini pancakes, and more I probably missed). The room was quiet for being in such a busy area. It was difficult to find at first (it had a very small sign outside a giant wooden door) and a front desk person is only there certain hours (she was very friendly and helpful). Using maps search “Napoli Class” to find the location.

Wonderful property! Conveniently located near Via Toledo which is a main connector for dining options and shopping. Our room was spacious with high ceiling and comfortable beds. WE travelled with our 12 year old daughter and this was her first international experience- and she loved it! The staff are amazing. The breakfast was incredible. We were greeted with a friendly smile every morning. Highly recommend this hotel! In fact all of the people we met in Napoli were generous and kind.

We got there at a bit of a late hour in the day and the young lady at the reception was there to check us in. She was very nice and showed us to our room. The only unfortunate thing is that we only had one night to stay at the hotel. We did try and stay an extra day, but unfortunately they were booked up. We would definitely stay there again. It was very very nice. We will be sure to stay there next time we are in Naples.

We were a party of five and had two rooms reserved. When we arrived, we received a nice upgrade for one of the reservations to the apartment suite (had a full kitchen and two bedrooms and large sitting area). It was also a nice surprise to have champagne and nice Italian pastries waiting for us in both rooms. Large rooms with nice bathrooms and good AC! Very clean and wonderful customer service. Good location and walkable to the port where we took a ferry to Sorrento. Breakfast was included with stay and had many good options but dining area was very small. Some parts of hotel under renovation but not loud. Would recommend.

Great place to stay for a young family. Right in centre of town, spacious Suite room accommodated us well. We have two kids aged 6 and 4 and they shared the double sofa bed, no problem. Thank you Napoli Class and for looking after the koala teddy who accidentally got left behind.

Pros - lovely room with coffee and a fridge and on demand nespresso and pastries in the lobby 24/7. Room also had a balcony’s Chiara at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly assisting with taxi needs and recommendations. When she learned our day tour was departing to Amalfi prior to the breakfast service at the hotel she offered to pack us up a breakfast “to go” Cons - the street noise is pretty loud. From people, to seagulls, to horns. Bring ear plugs!

Great deal for a perfect location.

This hotel is perfectly situated in Napoli. On one of the Main Street Toledo, 3min away from the main place, the beach front is 10min away, the port to visit Capri and Amalfi also 10min walk and the old city too. Beyond its perfect location the rooms are very nice and clean, very good breakfast, and great service. Receptionist are very nice! Thanks!

Questo B&B e perfetto, solo 5 minuti dalle Teatro. Personale molto gentile. La stanza era bellissima con un balcone, letto molto grande e luce naturale. E molto importante perche ho trovato in Napoli sono apartmenti e B&B cosi tanti oscuri, senza luce naturale.

The room with balcony was very nice. Extended the stay, downgraded to a no balcony room and was put inside the staircase which was basically like a dungeon. There was no ventilation, and it was impossible to sleep with the amount of noise from everyone coming and going half the night. When I asked if there was another room available they said they were fully booked. 10 minutes later they conveniently had a last minute cancellation, and the original room became available for an extra €60 per night... Breakfast was ok, the hotel is clean and in a great location but I would not stay again.

It was a very interesting place - amazing building and quite surprising when we got through the thick heavy door! I thought it was slightly over price for what it was. Very basic, but we only needed an overnight stay and the street was busy with plenty of restaurants.

Absolutely Great

The hotel is located in the city center of Naples. It's 1 minutes walk to Funicular Central to visit the most beautiful scenic view of Naples and 5 minutes walk from Toledo metro station. Surrounding with a lot of restaurants, groceries and attractive places of Naples.

All staffs are absolutely great. The reception woman is very kind and polite. She gave me a city map and intend to explain the attractive places and recommend where is good to eat with the perfect view near the hotel.

Room is very large, clean and comfortable. There is one king size bed, wardrope, sofa bed and table in the bed room.
They gave me free of charge minibar in the room. The kitchen is quite small but it's ok.

Continental Breakfast is very good. Staffs is very kind. She gave the signature sweet of Naples for all guests in every morning.

Napoliclass is not a five stars hotel but the service and everything is perfect.
Recommend for everyone who would like to stay in Naples.
I will be return in next time.

It was our last night in Italy after traveling theough the Amalfy coast .
Afrter a hectic road trip , weee well comes by a very friendly staff , who helped us even find the parking.
They were so hospitable and warm through out our stay until we left .
Location is amazing and coffee shops and shops are at your doorstep .

Excellent choice if you'd like stay centrally in Napoli. Three door locks to get in are a bit of a puzzle at first, but you soon get used to it. Noise from the street? Yes, when workmen start their business at around 3-4 am. Otherwise, fine. Our room had a balcony giving amazing views down on to Via Toledo (humming). Breakfast could be a bit more imaginative and breakfast room very small. But yes, would recommend.

The oldfashioned doors, lifts and interior decoration was charming, and the service here was pleasing, particularly from Chiara at the reception. We were upgraded to a more expensive room with balcony at no extra cost. The location was also very good, it is next door to many restaurants and shops which are nice to wander, it was a few minutes to walk to the sea and the trains/metro.

A Perfect Location

The B&B is perfectly located within 5 minutes of the Municipo metro station and similarly to many other points of interest. There are loads of good restaurants in the neighborhood. The staff was very attentive and helpful. My luggage was attended during a two day break from Naples. The continental breakfast offered a broad tasty selection. The WiFi strength was extremely good. I would highly recommend Napoliclass B&B for lodging.

Warm and welcoming and well located

Napoliclass B&B is not an impersonal hotel, but a B&B within a larger building. They got in touch with me a day or so ahead of my stay to confirm my arrival time, at which time they also assisted me in planning my trip from the airport. They were friendly and helpful when I arrived, pointing me in the direction of places where I could find certain dishes I wanted to try. My room was comfortable and well insulated from the noise of the lively street below. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was splendid (incl. bidet), and the WiFi was powerful. I was in Naples for the opera, and the hotel is just a few steps from the historic and beautiful Teatro San Carlo. The pastries at breakfast were exquisite, and included specialties like sfogliatelle for which Naples is famous. (If you are a late riser, be aware that checkout is between 10:00 and 10:30 in the morning, so plan your sleep accordingly for your last day.) All in all, it was a great choice for my first trip to Naples! Highly recommended.

Francesco and team couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome, we were upgraded to the suite which was a delightful roomy airy fully contained Flat with balcony a lovely oasis above the throngs of noisy Napoli below. Sweet treats and coffee/ tea were very welcome after a day out.

The location of this place was really great lots of shops and restaurants around within seconds of walking. However our room smelled of dirty socks when we entered it every time after being outside like wet towels were left in it. Once you turned on the a/c it seemed to go away thank goodness. We only stayed one night but around 6am not sure if it was the house keeping or other businesses in the complex was constant banging and noise after that time. If you’re a light sleeper like us it’s a real treat to listen to that at 6am. Is a descent little place breakfast was croissants and yogurt and bread nothing special.

Oasis in Wild Napoli

For a wild, electric, city, Napoliclass was an amazing getaway. The rooms were lavish, large, extremely clean, and modern. The staff were very sweet (when around, as they are not always at the front desk), and helpful, and the rooms were sound proof--very important especially when you have a gorgeous balcony overlooking the main streets that are full of parades and marching bands.
However, Expedia listed this location as having laundry facilities, a main reason I booked this room, having been travelling for a few weeks-- however, that was incorrect, and I had to wash my clothes by hand which was quite a challenge. Also, the B&B has breakfast offsite, not too far away, but actually defeats the purpose of a B&B booking.

Stayed for one night pre early morning flight, able to leave bags early morning before check in which allowed us to explore and enjoy our 1 day in Naples. B&B located in main shopping district, appeared to be safest area of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room good size, modern and very clean. As we had early flight could not avail of breakfast in local cafe, however free coffee was available in lobby area of B&B- would highly recommend napoliclass b&b

The owner Pamela came with her husband came to the train station picked us up, showed us around! Even though we only stayed for one night, but the experience is so wonderful, we'll definitely return to Sorrento! the room is located right at the water, and is next to Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria, which start at $550/night without sea view!

Cute Place in a Good Location

I stayed at Napoliclass on a trip with my mom. This is a quaint apartment on the second floor of a building in the center of Naples. There's a lovely balcony for people watching and a great view.

The bedroom is small but cozy, and the bathroom is very tiny! If you're a large person, taking a shower will be a challenge.

The hotel reception has limited hours but there's a housekeeper there 24/7. Complimentary pastries and tea and coffee are a wonderful touch.

The surrounding area is very close to lots of shops, restaurants and sights, and the streets outside were very busy even late into the night (if you're a light sleeper this may affect you, but we were fine with it).

Our one complaint was that the place seemed very strange at first - there were no signs for the B&B outside and the building seemed abandoned. The entrance is one door which takes you to a foyer for the entire building, of which Napoliclass only occupies the second floor. Even while we were there, we hardly saw other inhabitants. The main building door is also only open during daytime and is locked at night and has to be accessed by a key. It all felt like we were left in the wilderness at first (which was a scary feeling for two ladies in a new and foreign place), but honestly by the end of the trip we felt like we truly got to live in Naples and experience it like a local.

Great location and lovely hotel. Given 4 instead of 5 as the rooms aren't really soundproof at all and the noise from the street invades 24/7. Staff are very helpful with all queries and small selection of pastries/cakes and coffee provided at all hours. The breakfast choice is much the same with juice and a bread roll at a cafe down the street so we didn't check it out.

Beautiful spacious rooms, close to everything

Beautiful room, very spacious, high ceilings, with chic decor. Very friendly staff checked us in. The entrance and lobby is a common area for the building so it isn't as well maintained but as soon as you arrive at the second floor apartments everything is lovely. Immediately outside your door is a major shopping area but the room is still decidedly quiet at night. Breakfast is coffee, fresh squeezed juice and croissants at the cafe downstairs.

We booked the room at this hotel because it was close to the opera house which we visited in the evening. When we arrived at the hotel they offered us a small room without windows - nothing like the room we reserved. Ok, technically the room had a window, but it was dimmed and blocked, because this window looked at the inner staircase. When we requested another room, they told us that all other rooms were occupied. Then the receptionist called around and told us after a while that she found us another room. We went to another address she provided, where not too friendly receptionist offered a room of average quality. When we asked him about breakfast, he told us that this was not included in the price. Of course, the reservation included breakfast and even a bottle of wine. The receptionist said that this is not the case since they are only solving the problem of Napoliclass B&B. In the end, the new location was now 800 metres away from the opera.
