The noise from the street meant that there was very little sleep. The double glazing is not adequate.
About 12am bin men would come and collect bottles, 3am all the drunk people singing and shouting, 6am the street cleaners and their machines.
Also the walls are poorly insulated, and I could hear every conversation of the room next to me.

The walls are VERY thin; we were unable to sleep in and could hear everything happening both on the street and in the hallway, including the cleaning staff’s very loud conversation and their vacuum repeatedly hitting the neighboring wall. Cleaning staff knocked once and not even 2 seconds later opened our door while we were still dressing.

Elevator either requires money or a special key to get to their 5th floor main office. Had we not asked the security staff for help we would have lugged our luggage up 5 floors. We eventually got an elevator key.

Our room was clean. The format of the room was very long and narrow, like a wide hallway. Headboard of the bed and couch are both covered somewhat hastily by fabric, I didn’t want to look underneath. Jetted tub functioned well but took probably 30 minutes to fill.

Front desk staff was very friendly. Location is excellent, walkable, lots of dining and shopping options very close by.

Overall, given the plethora of options in the area and the amount of money we paid, I’d say this was not great in terms of value. Again the unfortunate experience we had with noise/cleaning staff hastily opening our door make us never want to recommend this place.

We so excited to stay in this room. Very clean, comfortable, safety and right on main street Via Toledo. we arrive two hours before and Martina was very nice and friendly open door for room . recommended places for eat and help with taxi transportation . Location comfortable for shopping, walking and see historical places. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay

Great room and in a great spot on the very busy Via Toledo with the Quartieri Spagnoli on the doorstep! Just a 15 minute (uphill) walk from the port and the welcome was very friendly. It is on the 5th floor of a building so we were slightly confused when we first got there until we found the right lift to use. Overall a great place to stay for a few nights in Naples.

This place is amazing! The staff is amazing, the location is amazing and the room is great! It is loud but you are also just steps away from the action. There is amazing food and shops everywhere, great places to see everywhere, the metro is 2 minutes away if you need to go further and the woman that runs the establishment is amazing! She helped us a few times with various things we were unsure of around town and she's always friendly and smiling. The cleaning ladies are extremely friendly and do a fantastic job as well. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay and will hopefully be able to come back and stay here again!

Towels changed only every 2 days, asked for more was refused. Shower gel 1 small one each only. Sound was terrible couldnt sleep at night nor nap during day, its like being right in the middle of the street no sound proofing. No reception and upon check in found staff eating in the check in area.

This property was a pleasant surprise! We did not hear great things about Naples, but we were only there for one night before our flight out.

The check-in was easy; the apartment was on the second floor, and the bathroom was beautiful! The location seemed to be on a popular strip; there were lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and soon after we arrived, there was some kind of parade, which was fun to see!

Again, we were only here for one night but enjoyed our stay and would certainly book again.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was ideal for accessing public transport. There are lots of options for food right outside the hotel. Communication was excellent, our questions were answered really quickly via the Expedia app. The room was spotless and cleaned every day. If you are a light sleeper take earplugs with you for sleeping as Naples is a very busy city!

A few issues. Bath overflow plug was not connected, meaning we couldn't use the hot tub bath. Shower was also out of order. We were never told about these issues.

Location is excellent! Staff are incredibly nice and helpful. I booked 2 nights and stayed 5. Close to metro, restaurants, shopping and all the amazing sights. I walked everywhere. There is an elevator although there are a few steps to get to it. Napoli is a busy lively area and if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. I would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing place. Only about a block and a half from the Toledo metro stop.
This was by far the liveliest place we stayed in Italy and so many things to do within walking distance.
The room was spacious and clean, ours had the shoe shine theme.
So many great restaurants within a short distance.
We also were able to do day trips to Pompeii and Capri. We had Ana amazing time and felt completely safe our whole time in Naples.

Just stayed here overnight as it was central to the shopping district and we were getting an early flight home. Taxi ride took around 20 mins and the taxi rank is 5 mins walk from the hotel
The surrounding area can be a little noisy in the evenings because it is so central
The air conditioning in the room was adequate but could have been cooler during the day
The room size was good and bathroom amenities were provided ( shower gel / soap / shampoo / towels )

There’s a reception area for guests to make use of the coffee machine facilities / microwave / water and it was quite handy to have a sitting area to stretch your legs

Overall the property is convenient enough for 2-3 day stay and the receptionist was very good and made the check in process very straightforward

The actual suite was fine. Clean. But they gave us a small used toilette paper roll that ran out the second day....there was barely any paper left. That’s gross. And they didn’t even leave a spare. I had to ask for one. They says they have clean towels on the third day, which they didn’t do. The elevator doesn’t work. I can tell it hadn’t worked for a while. So we carried our luggage up 5 FLOORS. And we had to walk up and down those 5 floors very time we left and came back. There was no air conditioning in the building so have fun sweating that e tire time too. But there was good AC in our room at least. The shower was the one cool thing. It was very spacious and you could sit.
I would say don’t even bother going to Naples at all. It was such a dirty unsafe city. Go to Sorrento instead. The pizza isn’t different so I’m not sure why people say it’s the best.
I would not stay at this hotel again. It was annoying to get in and out, and it wasn’t as nice as the pictures led on. It was okay.
I don’t recommend visiting Naples but if you must, this hotel would be okay if they fixed the elevator.
Oh and they have free espresso that you can make in the morning. That was nice.

Fantastic location, right in the centre of Naples, and a short walk/metro ride to anything and everything. Room was very nice and modern, comfortable. Wifi was ok, it did drop out sometimes (we were in the furthest away room though).

The staff were friendly, however not there all the time, nor were there posted hours in which they were there. Free coffee in the reception area which was nice, and free bottles of water.

Over all it is a nice hotel, in the middle of Naples. Close to everything, and very well priced.

The “Golfo” room is made to seduce, and it delivers! From the large jacuzzi to the comfortable bed to the precious views above Via Toledo all the way to the sea, no luxury is spared. The people working there (Bernardo, Antonella, Carina) are all so friendly and will go out of their way to make your stay as perfect as possible. Good coffee in the reception area 24/7. Best part of Naples for me? Staying in Boutique Napoli Suite Golfo room!
Tip: There’s a LUSH bath products store downstairs for your jacuzzi-related bath bomb caprices!

Had the worst check in experience at this hotel. We arranged a late check in but on arrival at the hotel there were lots of buzzers for different businesses contained in the building. It had not been made clear which button to press, we tried all to no avail. Called both contact numbers, no reply. Being stood outside in a unknown area is quite scary but eventually we found a policeman who kindly assisted on entry to the hotel.The room itself was clean and well presented but the initial experience tarnished our stay here. I would return to Naples but look for a hotel next time.

I would not recommend this hotel. Checking in was rather annoying with getting emails for days before the trip asking about our arrival plans. I replied and kept getting the same question reframed in different ways as if they misplaced their records. Once we arrived the building is strange, the keys were complicated and there’s no staff at the desk throughout the day. Worst though: the shower wall is clear glass into the main room and they made us tape up a piece of paper for privacy. Made for an uncomfortable “friends” trip!

Gorgeous hotel!

Loved this hotel, it was a very beautiful room in a very central location.
Despite arriving outside of usual check in time, arrangements were made for us to check in late and directions were given. It was very easy to make contact with the manager/owner too as her number is available in the room although she did made contact with me in advance of our trip.
Coffee and tea are available in the lobby area which you can help yourself too, very nice touch.

A Night in Napoli

The location of the Boutique Napoli Suites was excellent next to stores, restaurants and all the activities of downtown Naples. The City of Naples had areas that can feel unsafe at night, however, we liked this location because of the activities and amount of people out and about throughout the evening. The rooms was very clean, basic and had some upgraded shower features. The check in and check out were easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations for places to eat and historical sites to visit. There is a lobby area with free water, WiFi and delicious coffee. We traveled as a family of 6 (my husband and sister-in-law and her husband and 2 girls) and stayed in 2 rooms. We loved staying at the Boutique Napoli Suites as oppose to a hotel because the feeling of apartment living in the center of this City that has so much to offer. We would definitely come back.

A great location in an interesting, lively neighborhood. The room was clean, bright and modern with a balcony view of the street five floors below. The shower, with 3 different shower heads, was incredible. Odd, though was a glass wall of the shower viewable from the room, which lowered the “comfort” rating. A brief power outage was also annoying but resolved within 10 minutes. Coffee, tea, water available 24hrs was a nice amenity. I would stay here again

Soggiorno perfetto in un bellissimo appartamento nel cuore di Napoli!
La zona è centralissima, in Via Toledo, e assolutamente sicura anche di sera: nessun problema a rientrare tardi. La stanza era molto bella, dotata di tutti i comfort, con Wi-Fi funzionante e un bagno spazioso e sempre pulito. La pulizia viene effettuata quotidianamente, sia nella stanza che negli spazi comuni. Anche il palazzo in cui si trova l’appartamento è molto curato e di qualità.
Gli host sono gentilissimi: ogni giorno offrono caffè, acqua e due bottigliette in omaggio in stanza.

Inizialmente avevamo scelto un'altra struttura per passare qualche giorno di vacanza a Napoli poi, chissà perchè, qualcosa non ci convinceva e così abbiamo preferito The Boutique. E meno male!
Siamo stati benissimo: posizione super centrale, comodissima per visitare i luoghi più curiosi della città, a due passi (davvero due) dalla fermata Toledo della metro (si, proprio quella più fotografata del web), nell'area pedonale ma a due passi da parcheggi e garage (noi eravamo in auto). Personale molto disponibile e accogliente che ti fa sentire come a casa tua, camere bellissime, una diversa dall'altra e tematizzate per farti immergere ancora di più nella \"napolitanità\"...
Insomma, se cercate una stanza particolare, curata, pulitissima, con un letto che non ti fa rimpiangere quello di casa tua, vi consiglio viviamente questa!

Nice room, but a bit shabby

Checking in was a bit strange experience, we didn't get any directions beforehand and our calls / SMS weren't answered. Luckily the building doorman had the keys and he gave instructions. The room was spacious (3 person room), stylish looking, but a bit worn out. The walls looked dirty, all the surfaces (and light switches) were sticky and dusty. But floors and sheets were clean, so despite of looking shabby it was ok. We didn't see any other personnel during our 2 nights visit than the cleaning lady, would have appreciated that there would have been someone in the reception at least few hours per day. Location was good, a bit loud as you can expect in the very heart of Naples. Walls were thin but other guests were quiet, so we didn't have any bad experience. A bit improvement of the service and cleaning level and I would recommend this hotel.

Il B&B Boutique Napoli Suite si trova sulla via Toledo, principale via di Negozi e vita di Napoli, al confine con la zona Quartieri Spagnoli.
Molto comodo da raggiungere con i mezzi, in una palazzina con portineria e buona sicurezza.
Personale gentile e disponibile.
Camera buona per un B&B e pulita.

Sono già stata in questo boutique suite le camere sono bellissime particolari la mia aveva anche la stanza con vasca idromassaggio 🔝 c'è anche il servizio di vigilanza i ragazzi sono molto gentili
l hotel si trova su via Toledo,comando vicinissimo alla metro (bella pure quella) una via sicura,piena di negozi di locali per mangiare le loro specialità super.
Grazie Martina per il suggerimento del ristorante la scialuppa pazzesco.
Ve lo consiglio... si era capito

Perfekt beliggenhet. Jeg var forberedt på bråk fra gaten, men hørte ikke en lyd fra rommet jeg fikk i femte etasje. Ren og fint, god seng. Anbefales:)

Hotel localizado em prédio comercial e zona pedonal (não informada no site do Hotels.com) o que impede a chegada de taxi até o hotel e obriga a carregar malas por certa distância. Quarto com decoração fúnebre (cheia de caveiras nas mesas de cabeceira). Não recomendo.

Posizione centralissima, carino consigliato

Hotel in posizione centralissima, sulla centralissima Via Toledo.
Hotel carino, abbastanza rispettoso dell'ambiente, più che altro nel cambio asciugamani.
La nostra camera \"La Sfinge\", molto piccolina, purtroppo le pareti sono parecchio sporche, e questo non è un bel vedere, sarebbero da tinteggiare. Mancanza di professionalità nel personale addetto alla pulizia camere, , dopo aver rifatto la camera il personale si dimenticava di sostituire i prodotti doccia e shampoo. Neo che nel bagno non c'é un sapone per mani tipo dispenser (sarebbe ottimo per l'ambiente togliere la plastica) bensì c'era a disposizione il flaconcino di plastica per la doccia!! Pure nelle docce, visto che l'hotel punta al rispetto dell'ambiente, dovrebbero mettere dei dispenser doccia / capelli da riempire, così da evitare il troppo consumo di flaconcini di plastica. Letto non molto comodo, mancano secondo il nostro parere l'avere due cuscini a disposizione per persona, noi uno ce lo siamo fatti dare ed il materasso troppo duro forse un topper non sarebbe male
Personale non sempre presente, ma gentile.
