Napolinn B&B is in a great location to explore Naples and beyond . 5 min walk to tube station and 25/30 min walk to train station. The host were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay and gave us lots of information about Naples. Room was small but very clean though the bed wasn't the greatest. Breakfast was included and was ok , had to pay extra if you wanted eggs which I thought wasn't very good. Don't expect a lie in as the room was very nosy around 8 am when they started to prepare breakfast. Over all a decent stay would recommend for 2-3 nights

We stayed for one night because we had an early flight out of Naples airport. We arrived by train from Sorrento and walked to Napolinn B&B from the train station. The room was well equipped and clean. Guiliana recommended where to go for delicious pasta and even made the reservation for us. She also called the taxi for us for the next morning, As a bonus, the gelato shop just a block away was the best gelato that we had on our entire Italy trip.

Pleasant short stay in Naples
Lovely room, very clean, comfortable bed. Very happy with location - walking distance to the sights and ferry port. Out of hours check in went smoothly. Shower drainage wasn’t great and the shower area got quite wet, needed another towel to dry. Was looking forward to the roof terrace to have breakfast but the lift was broken. Room wasn’t quite big enough to have breakfast comfortably as there’s no communal breakfast area.

We had our child with us and with the extra cot our room was pretty crowded, but that is what you expect when staying in a central location. The location couldn't be beat, with an easy 2 minute walk to the metro. Conveniently located. Our favorite part of this stay was breakfast, which is on the top of the building with great views over the city. Our host was super friendly and helpful and was fantastic with our 8 year old picky eater, even recruiting him to help her cook his breakfast and make our coffee.

We stayed for 5 days with Giuliana who is a really friendly and helpful host. Naples is a vibrant, noisy city but our room overlooked an internal courtyard so was incredibly quiet. The B&B is well located and we could walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The room was spotless and cleaned every day with fresh towels provided regularly. Breakfast is on the roof terrace which gives you fantastic views over the whole of Naples. This is currently only open during breakfast hours.but it would be wonderful if available during the day as well.

Absolutely loved our stay at Napolinn. The only regret I have is that we only stayed for one night. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, bright and clean. The lady at the reception helped us with tourist tips and suggested places to visit during our first visit to Naples. And all of her suggestions were incredible! Breakfast was also very good and was served exactly at the requested time. We would definitely stay again and will recommend Napolinn to everyone.

Napolinn was in convenient location near Universita metro station. Room was clean and room faced away from street so no noise in rooms. Owner is very friendly, accommodating, and makes a great breakfast!

I can’t rave enough about this place. We were only there for one night after a cruise but I’ll definitely stay there again. Felt like we were a part of the family from the moment we walked through the door. Bruno personally walked us to the store once we said we were looking for something particular and he made sure we found it. He made sure we were able to find anything in town we wanted to do and even had some good recommendations. These guys are top notch and the view from the roof top is amazing. Definite 10/10!

The hotel is in a good area, walking distance to both the port and train station. The host was absolutely lovely and even upgraded us. The room was nice and comfortable with good working AC. The only problem we had was accessing the building which is a little confusing at first and when we tried to contact regarding this we did not get a reply.

The cleaning woman gave us a map upon checkin. We got there early and she let us keep the bags at the B&B while we walked around. She gave us a map with perfect recommendations for a walk around town. Two different tracks. It filled up our day perfectly for the one day we were in Naples. I think her name was Mauritina (or something like that). The water pressure in the shower was great.

If in need to stay in Naples I would certainly chose this place again. It is in a centric and safe neighborhood, by a main street yet the room inside was quite and confortable.
Inside is extremely clean and modern. A bit reduced but perfect for our needs as we spent all day on tours.
Guliiana (I would think she’s the owner or manager) was amazing. She prepared delicious coffee for us and was very kind. She also help us schedule an early taxi ride to the airport.
If you would like to stay in a room with the patio shown in the pictures don’t take room 2, which had a window towards a completely plastic covered patio.

We were happy with our stay. The owner arranged for an early (4am) taxi to the airport for us, who was prompt and good. Her son met us on arrival and was very accommodating. We were welcomed with chips and a bottle of wine which was so nice after a long day of travel.

Really helpful and friendly staff and they brought breakfast to us on a tray each morning so we could have breakfast in bed. The place is spotless, modern and bright with good facilities. It's also quiet which is amazing considering you're in the middle of Naples.
Check in was a bit more complicated than we expected as we arrived later than anticipated but it was quickly sorted out. Overall, a really nice place to stay that is budget friendly.

She couldn’t do enough for us and even booked a taxi for us on the last day to the airport and allowed us to leave our bags after checking out. I also think it’s worth saying that it’s really good value here, and also the location is superb as it is walkable to many sights, the port area and Spaccanapoli. I would book again here straight away if we came back to Napoli.

We loved this property for its clean elegant design and attention to comfort: the bed and bedding, rain shower and comfortable well designed room. Guliana’s exceptional taste is on display in every corner and part of the space and we loved how she has chosen to incorporate motifs and references to Napolitan history. From the tiles to the art- it is a lovely place to stay and I can’t wait to see the rooftop terrace when it’s finished. As for our host Guliana, her husband and staff, - they are warm and generous and welcomed us with open arms. Guliana is the consummate host and I feel lucky and privileged to have been hosted by her at her bed and breakfast. Both she and her husband are amazing!🙏❤️

Our stay in Naples was lovely. The room was clean. The view was pretty. The location was great for what we had wanted to see. But the best part was breakfast. We woke up to the smell of fresh pastries and right at 8am, breakfast was at the door and it was unbelievable.

Satisfactory stay.
The owner was waiting at reception after I had replied to her request for an estimated time of arrival, as there isn't a 24 hours reception service. She briefed us thoroughly about procedures and, as we were only staying 1 night and leaving before breakfast is served, offered to pay for breakfast at a nearby bar upon presentation of her card. She upgraded us to a well equipped larger room. Only downsides for me as a tall person is that the bed is too low down and there is no advance information to advise that there is an elevator available after climbing steps to the first level, otherwise customers may carry heavy cases, which we had after touring Italy for 3 weeks, up 3 more flights of stairs to the reception area. Outside of her control, at Napoli Centrale Piazza Garibaldi station I found out that Universitat metro station is closed and therefore had to travel to Municipio station which is only slightly further on. The taxi drivers were on strike the day we arrived. She had offered to arrange a taxi for the airport transfer for the next day and texted in the evening to state that they will still be on strike on departure day. Good advice given to catch the Alibus from the port which is a minutes walk away.

It was frustrating to leave the property and then come back to find the doors locked. The code on the outside did not work and there was nobody to talk to the inside. I do believe you need to have somebody on staff as long as somebody is staying there

This B&B is an apartment in a building that has been completely modernized. It is in the middle of town and close to various places of interest. Giuliana is a wonderful host and the was there every morning to make fresh breakfast for us. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had adequate space. I would highly recommend this place.

What I liked most about this property was the friendliness of the owner and her Son. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. We had a nice dinner at a close by restaurant that was excellent traditional Neapolitan food. Also we needed a ride to the airport and the property reserved it for us and it’s also not too far from the airport about 20 minutes. Thank you Napolinn for a comfortable stay and yummy breakfast made here.
