Ultimately I had a great room in a great area, but unfortunately my stay started off quite poorly. I was sold a room upgrade which I didn’t understand. I thought I was paying a cash deposit. They put me in a different building than I had originally booked, and as I walked out of the busy bustling area I did not feel very comfortable as a woman travelling alone that didn’t speak the language. I was so tired from travelling and overwhelmed by the number of unhoused people near my building that I waited until the following day to walk back to the building where the reception was, which was more than a kilometre away (my original booking was in a building about 120metres from reception). When I asked why I was put in a different building they then explained clearly that I had paid for a room upgrade. No one ever used that word the day I checked in. I let the staff know that I was alone and had no need for a large suite, and that I was uncomfortable in that area of town. Thankfully they were able to move me the following morning to another building nearby. I was then quite happy with my stay, but be aware if you do not speak Italian that you need to ask lots of questions at check in and be sure you are not paying for an upgrade that you don’t want.

Most of the staff could not speak English. Used Google Translate. Housekeeping did not lock our room after they left. Staff said it was not their responsibility. After asking them to not go in our room they continued to do so and left the door ajar again. The ad said coffee maker/kettle and there was not one in our room. They rolled their eyes as we returned to the check in and showed the ad indicating this to be the case. Had to hold the on button down to get it to work. The location was perfect. The sign The Customer is Not Always Right which was hanging at check in was not pleasant and should have been our first clue that they would not be pleasant to deal with.

The staff would not hand over the keys until they demanded more money in cash than we were quoted from Expedia and as it was non-refundable we had no option but to pay. They put us in a different property with no ocean view and have not refunded our deposit.
We were made to feel so unwelcome by the woman checking us in, she was not listening, refused to talk to Expedia and woudl not let us have our keys until we paid something they called an 'Expedia fee' in cash.

Worst customer service ever. Even have a sign that says “the customer is not always right”. I’ve never had to pay a deposit to stay in a room before 200 euro is ridiculous. They also make you pay for extra fees in cash only. There were alot of disappointed people in reception. The reception was also a 20 minute walk from where I was staying. They also charged me double for city tax and cleaning as I was staying in a double bed room so they charged me for 2 people. Not worth the money at all - highly do not recommend.

The room you “booked” is not what you get. You get instructions on what to do. Once you do the instructions and go to your accommodation there is a separate sign and QR code that says this is the wrong place, you have to go somewhere else to get your actual instructions. It’s a bit of a scam/ game. I met other people who were at the reception (Turkish guy who I helped translate what was going on) who said the same thing but there was nothing any of us could do about it. There’s a cleaning fee they also charge you in cash only because they don’t want record of it (separate of the tourist/ hotel tax). They say it’s a combination of both. Worst part is Expedia knows of this and the agent on live chat told me Expedia can’t do anything about this scam. I took some videos and photos of how dirty and bad this place is but Expedia doesn’t seem to care either. There are other reviews saying the same thing as this too upon further review. If Expedia cared they would have done something about this already. Avoid this place at all costs.

It was a disaster. There was no hotel. Just an office where they wanted 300€ more. Flag. They only took cash. This is for a previously paid in full hotel room. They would not disclose where the hotel was until you paid. There is no telling where i would have been sent. Probably a dump hostel instead of the 3☆ hotel I paid for. It was almost 21:00, in the slums of Napoli, I had luggage and no where to go. Back to the train station to Caserta. A beautiful place. That whole affair was a scam. Stay clear, I was not the only one. There were several of us in that boat. Scam.

For a new traveller, using the QR code to check in and having to check in at a different address to the venue was a bit of a challenge. I couldn't find the check in address to check out and the process was a bit daunting. There were many people who were unaware of the requirement to provide a EU200 security deposit that would not be refunded until two weeks after checking out and were upset about the rule.

I didn't read the other reviews closely, and I thought they were simply describing a cheap hotel. This was far worse. The policies of this hotel are scam-adjacent, and everyone I met who was staying there was very unhappy with their treatment. They refused to give me the room I booked (different address and different amenities)

I booked the day before. After locating the property from a back alley. Standing at the 3rd floor doorway, there was only a locked door and a qr code to scan. No staff, no reception, nothing. A staff member happened to arrive and unlocked the door but refused me entry. It was about 12:30 and she communicated 3pm check in. I tried to convey that my phone could not access the qr link and asked if i could leave my 50 kilos of baggage. I was told no, which is very unusual.
I returned at 3 pm to find the exterior doors to the building closed and locked. I buzzed, called the # for assistance, attempted to message, without success. There is no onsite staff or assistance.
Later at another accommodation and with wifi assistance, I located emails regarding remote check in procedure (probably what the qr link would have explained, if I'd had wifi to be able to access it).
All staff, reception, and service are not on site and are remote. I was not aware I was required to access email, to check in. This process is new to me, foreign and frustrating.
I've requested a refund and this is the 3rd day that I have not seen an email reply. Good thing this email reply isn't the check in process, it wouldn't have arrived until after my stay is over!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! SCAM ALERT! I checked out May 28th, and it is now July 23rd. I have not received my deposit back. I messaged the company directly prior to even staying at the hotel. Unfortunately, I had no other choice but to stay as I had already reserved the room. The company responded to my concern by blaming me for booking with them. They didn’t care about who received their deposits or not, and they could not answer why they need to hold deposits for so long after guests have checked out. They even referred to customers as greedy because they could book the hotel cheaply. This leads me to believe that the deposit is intentionally treated as additonal income for them. This company does not return your $200 security deposit. They also make it their policy to intentionally hold your deposit for 15 to 30 working days. Why would a company need to hold your deposit that long? Most likely, this is the time needed for you to not to be able to dispute the charge with the bank. If you have not received your deposit, please email me at [email protected]. I will be pursuing a complaint.

Traveler, Beware!

Be warned: This hotel is not located at the address it claims. If you get there, they direct you to the \"annex location\" which you need a code to enter. They don't give you the code, and when you text them, they want to send you to a THIRD location. All of this in busy, downtown Napoli where driving is difficult. The locations are half a mile apart, so walking isn't a good option either. The people who run the restaurant next to the second location said that they are the only hotel in Napoli who behaves like this. We ended up just giving up and leaving town because the third location was just to get information for the second location, and we'd had enough. Now the hotel won't refund the room we never even got to see!

First of all, the reception is not in the same building, ok, i had to read the small text
. Second, there were 3 ladies at reception, they let us do the check-in on tablet, which didnt work. Then we had to wait for like 30 minutes until they finally did all the work needed, with faces lime we were burden. They took 5€ for cleaning, i had seen many rooms, however this wasnt clean at all. And there were some bugs in bathroom, i didnt take a picture of. I wouldnt recommend this experience from the begining until the end. At he end they took the deposit from our card. I dont know why, hopefully i would get the answer tommorow. I would recommend to hire new staff - at reception and also to clean.

Wouldnt say its a hotel

Booking expecting 3 stars, on arrival at the reception was surprised that it is 4 stars and then disappointed when you actually get into the room which is more like 2 stars. The reception staff was lovely and the actual hotel(?) is on one floor of a seaparate building. What disappointed me was the room is literally bare minimum (dont even have kettle or cups for tea and coffee) and the shower door was falling apart. It also change towels every 3 days. Good side is its quite close to city centre and good resturants around as well as a working air con and fridge.

First things first...this is not a hotel, but rather a company that has a floor in a large colonial style building. There are not 69 rooms, For example, you need a paper map, provided at reception, to find the rooms (seriously!).

This place is centrally located very convenient to Metro. Elevator was fun... its the shape of a hall deep and thin. Place was super clean. We left our bags after check out to enjoy the last few hours in Napoles. The only inconvenience we had was the metro stop was closed for the day and reception was awesome and called us a shuttle to the train station. A place that will take your worries away. The rooms were good enough and spacious. Looks recently renovated from the inside. The reception which is in another building ~250 meters from the building we stayed in. The location central and close to a lot of the attractions.

One note - I received a call from the hotel a day before my travel to confirm my arrival time and in the call the lady suggested the metro line from the Napoli Centrale station to the Universita station was closed and suggested that I take a cab or their pick up service instead. Ended up taking the pick up service, which I was planning on taking anyway, but the metro line was not closed. It was fully operational on the day and the simple lie to sell a service should not have been told.

I think that this place is perfect..you can easily visit Naples either on foot or by the taking the metro which is just a few meters away. Our room was spacious and we had everything we needed. The bed linen and towels were of a very good quality. The place was perfectly clean and the windows which overlooked the main street were soundproof. We will definitively came back here whenever we visit Naples again.

Packing a car is a real pain... and a costly one;

#1, this isn't a hotel. Don't expect it to be one because it's booked on hotels.com. It's run like a b&b so you can't expect full service. #2, it's a budget hotel as far as service goes. The hotel was clean and nice though. We had some weird experiences. We booked it for our last night to just have a place close to the airport. We were coming from the Positano and had prior arrangements that made it extremely inconvenient to get to Naples before 21:00. When I told them of my arrival time, 22:00, they informed me I would have to hire their pickup service from the airport and that person would also handle checkin. That would cost me 35 Euros. Keep in mind my whole room cost 44 Euros. I wasn't coming from the airport so they said I could pay 25 Euros for just the late check in. I travel about 200 days a year and have never had a hotel have an issue with late check-ins. It's part of the industry. Even small AirBnB's figure out how to allow people to arrive late, so not being a hotel isn't an excuse. I tried to cancel, but wasn't able to get a refund. We rearranged our plans and arrived before 9. Here's the weird part. The receptionist doesn't leave at 21:00. So she would have been there to receive us at 22:00. That fee is just to have a fee.

As we left, a guest was being asked to check out on his 3rd of 4 paid nights. It was a huge scene and they clearly don't have guests bests interests in mind. I couldn't help but laugh knowing how they handled our late check in.

Great hotel? Really loved it, just is a bit hard to find. So I would suggest to book privet transfer for 30 euros and driver would take you to hotels door. The girl on reception was really nice - gave us all the information and suggestions where to go , and where eat :) Also they provide breakfast for 4 euros. On a way back to airport we choosed public transport, receptionist gave all the directions- hotel is one metro stop from main train station Garibaldi and from there you can get transfer bus to airport - and all that costed € 6.10 . Overall really enjoyed our little break.

Hotel has a great location overlooking a busy piazza with its own metro stop. Easy walking to the majority of key sites. Room was refreshingly spacious with nice high ceilings and a balcony looking out over the piazza. Staff was very helpful, and breakfast is available for a modest charge. Just don’t expect luxury. Furniture is literally used shipping crates and I found operating the A/C properly to be a challenge. But the Room size and the convenient location made it a great base for me.

Location is good but the hotel is difficult to find as it starts from 3rd floor and no sign boards of the hotel. Bed bugs and mosquitoes so don't expect a good sleep. They charge you for fresh towels every day even if you have booked for 3 or 4 nights which no hotel in the world charges you. They expect you to use the same towels for the total duration of your stay. Only good thing is the location as the port is very close by.

We stayed in Naples only for one night so as to be close the the airport, so we didn’t experience much of the city itself. However the hotel is in a really nice central location, the room was really lovely and very clean. The hotel staff also booked us a taxi for early the following morning. Only negative - our room wouldn’t lock from the inside, though it did from the outside. We didn’t realise this until late, when staff had already left. So a slightly anxious sleep, but all in all I would recommend to others.

Misleading ad and horrible service, dirty room

Adress in the ad is not the same as the hotel, dirty room and service that seemed like they wanted to argue. Still haven’t gotten back my deposit after 14 days, havent heard from them. Will never book here again

Me han timado me hicieron pagar 200€ de financia que en teoría te los devolvían en 30 días que ya me parecía raro pero como era ya de noche los pagué y ahora han pasado ya casi dos meses y no me quieren contestar les peto a mensajes y no contestan

La struttura non corrisponde affatto alle foto presenti online.
Il letto è usurato, il bagno scrostato.
Il palazzo in cui si trovano alcune delle camere (tra cui la mia) è fatiscente.
Il personale è del tutto assente e per nulla disponibile.
Vengono addebitati costi mai indicati nel preventivo, senza alcuna giustificazione.
Sconsiglio vivamente!

ARNAQUE ATTENTION A VOTRE ARGENT

horrible, à commencer à l'arrivée. L'adresse fournie n'est pas dutout celle du site internet, mais une accueil pour payer une caution de 200€ pour une nuit d'un cout de 65€... La caution est encaissé!! scandaleux! Elle vous est soit disant restituée 30 jours après... je l'attends toujours... Ensuite une nouvelle adresse pour aller à la chambre d'hôtel... mais la encore une énorme déception, nous arrivons dans un quartier insalubre, des batiments qui sont visuellement pas sécurisés et des clochards partout en bas. Finalement ce n'est pas un hotel mais un b&b dans une colocation, une chambre à l'aspect propre, mais en fait pas dutout, à part les serviettes, au dessus de la chambre une fete de l'appartement au dessus j'ai cru assister à un concert de shakira en direct... bref. Je suis decue de P.C. Boutique H. Napoli Centro et du site internet hotels.com. C'est une honte, une arnaque. Mon ami et moi sommes parti à la première heure pour partir au plus vite de cet endroit.

Måtte betale depositum for rommene på 200 euro hver. Rommene lå 15 min gange fra resepsjonen, og de hadde ikke skyss dit. Tungvint innsjekking, måtte laste ned masse greier, ta bilde av pass. Mer eller mindre selvbetjent
Rommene i seg selv var rene og ok. Lite komfort.

Ich war äußerst unzufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel aus mehreren Gründen:

1. **Falsche Preisangaben**:
Der Zimmerpreis, der bei Expedia angegeben war, betrug 144 € für 2 Nächte pro Zimmer. Ich hatte zwei Zimmer gebucht und bei Expedia bereits 98,38 € pro Zimmer bezahlt. Laut Expedia sollte ich im Hotel noch 46 € pro Zimmer bezahlen. Vor Ort musste ich jedoch für ein Zimmer 303 € und für das andere 263,72 € bezahlen, wobei in beiden Beträgen 200 € Kaution enthalten sind. Ohne die Kaution hätte ich nur noch 92 € zahlen müssen, tatsächlich habe ich aber 166,72 € bezahlt – eine Differenz von 74,72 €, die mir zu viel berechnet wurden.

2. **Falsche Adresse**:
In meiner Reisebestätigung wurde die Adresse Piazza Giovanni Bovio 22, scala B, 80133 Naples, Italien angegeben. Vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass unsere Zimmer 20 Minuten entfernt von dieser Adresse lagen. Dies ist äußerst irreführend, da ich das Hotel aufgrund seiner zentralen Lage gewählt hatte und nun jedes Mal ein Taxi nehmen oder 20 Minuten länger laufen musste.

3. **Schlechter Zustand der Zimmer**:
In den Bädern herrschte ein widerlicher Geruch, der aus den Abflüssen kam, was den Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm machte.

Ich kann dieses Hotel aufgrund der falschen Preisangaben, der irreführenden Adresse und des schlechten Zustands der Zimmer keineswegs empfehlen. Ich hoffe, dass zukünftige Gäste durch meine Erfahrungen vorgewarnt sind und eine bessere Wahl treffen können.

We had a pretty good stay. Good location and really nice with the AC. Downside is that the reception is far from the rooms and that they charge you pretty much for the cleaning and then some cost for the booking site so look that up before booking. Overall it was a good stay!

Zur Unterkunft und Sauberkeit etc. kann ich nichts sagen. Wir waren nicht mal da. Wir hatten keine Chance einzuchecken. Wir waren um 8:45 vor Ort da die Reception um 21:00 nicht mehr besetzt ist. Zwei weitere Engländer versuchten auch ihr Glück aber auch sie mussten ohne Hotel gehen. Ich habe angerufen, jedoch hat sich telefonisch niemand gemeldet. 21:08 kam eine What’s App mit einem Link bei dem ich online einchecken kann aber jedeoch 200 Euro Garantie hinterlegen muss. Obwohl ich mein Zimmer schon bezahlt habe. Auch wir mussten ein anderes Hotel suchen. Das Geld für die Nacht ist wohl verloren und damit das niemanden sonst passiert geht dahin nicht. Schlimmstes Erlebnis kann es noch immer nicht fassen. So sollten Ferien nicht anfangen.

Me encantó porq esta súper ubicado, en pleno centro de Nápoles, cerca de lo más visitable! A parte, las recámaras son nuevas y están súper bonitas! Quizás el edificio es feo, pero el área donde están las recámaras está muy moderno!

Prenotato come se fosse un’hotel, infatti nel nome c’è scritto hotel, solo dopo pagato e ricevuto le mail di prenotazione e effettuato il pagamento si capisce che la prenotazione riporta ad una società che gestisce vari b&b, con sede dislocata, quindi niente di ciò che si aspetta da un Hotel. In tutti i casi provo a fare il check-in online ma alla fine del tutto mi richiede una cifra di prenotazione anche più alta della prenotazione stessa già pagata. Quindi obbligato ad andare in sede prima di raggiungere la struttura per completare il check-in. Una volta fatto il tutto leggendo il termine del check in ci accorgiamo che da piazza Bovio in oriento centro siamo stati spostasti in piazza mercato, due zone che messe a confronto sono il bianco e nero senza nulla togliere a Piazza Mercato. Ovviamente sempre un b&b e non Hotel con tutti i servizi annessi di una struttura che si chiami Hotel.
