They arranged for a taxi to the airport early the next day, recommended local restaurants to try, and places to visit in the short time we were there. We loved staying at the NAP Luxury “Hotel” (only 5 rooms), in a great tourist location in Naples. The breakfast was very good and filling too. Our room was open and spacious. Alessandra (“Ale”) and Nikolai were both very friendly and accommodating hosts.
I have one two constructive suggestions to the hotel staff:
(1) our internet access and internet television did not work very well, and I suggest getting WiFi extenders to boost the signal; and
(2) the shower floor is very slippery when wet. I suggest offering a clear bath mat and/or installing grab bars on the shower wall. (I grabbed in the glass shower wall when I entered and exited the shower).

This hotel is a hidden gem in Naples. For a very reasonable price, we had a spacious, well-designed, and quiet room stocked with quality toiletries, slippers, and even complimentary snacks. Breakfast was delicious and generous. The location is excellent—close to the port, next to a metro station with direct service to Napoli Centrale Station, and surrounded by great food. What really stood out was the service: the staff were proactive, welcoming, and flexible, even letting us check in early and store our luggage on both arrival and departure days. Although it’s a small hotel, it truly punches above its weight. Highly recommend!

An unusual but great mini hotel find
Small guesthouse hotel in an old multiuse building with very well thought out spacious rooms, a great selection of toiletries (even a hand cream sample) & a very comfy large bed. Centrally located, easily walkable in 20 mins to centro historico & approximately 10 mins walk from port so very handy for ferries. Cold continental breakfast included with hot drink & friendly helpful staff even providing a list of food places to check out. Only negatives were an empty can of Pringles on arrival, uncomfortable pillows, and although the shower is very big the door isn't long enough and it floods into the bathroom. Would definitely recommend this place and stay again if ever in town.

We cannot fault anything about our stay at NAP Luxury Guest House. We stayed in the suite which comprised of the Sophia and Mediterraneo rooms. Both rooms and corresponding bathrooms were modern, clean and comfortable. The provisions were well stocked and our rooms were cleaned each day. Breakfast each morning was fresh with plenty of choices. We were also provided with much needed water to take away for each day's sightseeing. Our host Nicolo was a fountain of Napoli knowledge and his recommendations of restaurants and places to visit were excellent. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

NAP was beyond what i expected, such a welcome stay after a long flight to Naples. Nicolo was so approachable and helpful, quick to respond to my queries. Alessandra as well was a friendly face at breakfast (which was so well thought out) each morning. we had the suite which has a private hallway leading to 2 rooms. This suited our family perfectly. the decor was classy, premises clean, bed comfortable, all bathrooms working well. location is convenient and within walking distance to Centro Storico and Port.

My son and I really enjoyed our two night stay at Nap Guest house. We were welcomed warmly and got into our room early which was great after an early flight. The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning unit is a little noisy. The location was perfect for us and despite being central it was quiet. Breakfast was delicious and varied. One of the bathrooms has a very long counter, which is great, lots of space for all your toiletries, etc. This unit was very clean and updated. It is in a nice location, many popular sites are walkable. We would definitely stay here again.

We just had a late flight and needed a stop over before going to Sorrento and we ended up settling on this B&B. While Naples isn't the prettiest, the actual hotel itself is great. The gentleman that runs the hotel is incredibly nice, and helped us plan out where to go for a late dinner and how to get to the ferry for our journey to Sorrento. Even when I had questions about transportation from the airport and prices for the taxi's, I'd just send him a text and he'd respond very quickly. He also provided a beautiful breakfast spread in the morning. The room itself was extremely comfortable, the AC worked great, and the bathroom was very nice. If I ever stay in Naples again, I won't even look anywhere else. Great job

The accommodations were as advertised! Our suite was tastefully decorated with all of the amenities. They thought of everything to make our stay incredibly wonderful. The guest house is in a great location and within walking distance to great restaurants, the metro station, shops, and the main ferry station where you can catch the ferry to Capri, Positano, Ischia, Sorrento, Amalfi, etc.
Claudia and Nicoló were the best hosts. Breakfast was delicious. Nicoló recommended many restaurants and we ate at Diego Vitagliano and Signora Bettina where the food was fantastic! Claudia prepared our breakfast daily during our stay and even accommodated us with breakfast earlier than normal when we had to leave for early morning tours. We would stay here again and again as it’s lovely and safe.

The guest house is on the 3rd floor (good fast lift) at the back of a beautiful old building, meaning it is lovely and quiet. Breakfast great. Spotlessly clean. The property was a little difficult to find when we were dropped off in Taxi, but once we arrived to the lobby on third floor, it was absolutely superb! The staff was welcoming and friendly. We were traveling with our two teenagers and had booked family room with two queen and one twin bed. We were shocked to discover we had a full hall, two completely separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms. I consider myself picky and all of the decor and Bathroom toiletries were fabulous! The front desk quickly arranged a dinner reservation for us, which was so wonderful after our long flight. Breakfast the following morning was wonderful. Everything felt very safe and secure. There are only 4 rooms in this boutique hotel and I would rank this as a 5 star. Was a wonderful start to our trip and would have loved to stay longer!

This hotel is amazing. It was extremely clean and comfortable. My family and I stayed in the suite. It was nice for my kids to have their own space, yet be close enough for us to monitor them. The suite was like a little apartment of its own. The hotel owner has thought about every little detail. It has everything you need, it’s modern, and it includes breakfast. Each morning we woke up to freshly baked croissants and coffee. As well as a variety of other options such as pancakes, cereal, deli meats and cheeses, yogurt with toppings, etc. I would definitely come back here. We had the very best experience. The woman who runs it, is so kind and welcoming. We loved it here.

We looked for a hotel or B&B that could accomodate a family of 4 without having different rooms. NAP luxury guest house had a suite that comprises of 2 seperate rooms with a communal corridor all having its own keycard access. It's their Suite and the two rooms are Sophia and Mediterranea. Fantastic accomodation for families allowing parents their own space as well as kids. Allesandria was great throughout our stay and even organised to split the bed in Sophia into twins which i didnt know was possible at the time of booking. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to families.
