I must say that for the price I was pleasantly surprised. The pictures shown exactly portray this economy lodging. The staff was friendly and the room was super clean with crisp clean linens and looked to be recently updated. The breakfast included in the rate was hot and tasty and the staff even invited me to help myself to coffee and breakfast before the posted serving time. The only small complaint I have is that the TV provider in the room did not carry the SEC network and since it was a Saturday night during college football season we had to find another place to watch our favorite football team play. The motel seems to be in a safe area and I would definitely recommend it and when I'm back in the area I will stay here.

Room was very clean and received daily room service. I would say this was the nicest motel I’ve ever stayed in. Breakfast was fine. Eggs, sausage, grits, gravy, biscuits, muffins, bread/toast, cereal, pancakes, coffee, OJ. I read about other travelers having issues with staff but didn’t experience any issues myself. The 3 people I ever talked to were friendly.

The room was great, upgraded and clean; the only thing out of place was the AC/fan unit which worked, but was old and loud. The staff was helpful and the place felt safe, just not in the most scenic area, but that wasn't what I was looking for; I needed a clean and comfortable place for a good night's sleep and that's what I got.

Rooms were nicer than I was expecting, our was updated, clean and Breakfast was as good as most Choice Hotels. Due to outside door opening to parking lot it was very noisy after 10PM and we could hear the people in the room next to us as if they were in our room. They checked in late and were very loud. I did complain to the desk about 11PM and they moved the party to a different room. Had it not been for the noise it would have been and exceptional value.

It's a good stay for we were just there over night . Come in for a birthday Party, eat the good breakfast and pack and leave. No Pool or spa or fitness area was even seen there. So for me the price could have been lower per night. It is just a stay and leave place. The food was good for breakfast. The door beeps for security if not pushed up right and the room had fridge and microwave and TV. So if you are not looking for a family staycation in an inn just a place to rest your head after events in town then this is the place for you

The one thing that was important to me was the security of my motorcycle. The parking lot is well lit and next door to a bank. I was able to park right in front of my room.
Others have said that its not clean, but it is. Its old, but for the price its hard to beat. I needed a place fast and on my route, this was perfect. I would stay again.

This was excellent for the price. I wasn't expecting anything fancy, and didn't get disappointed with a room that was in bad repair. Slept very comfortably in a quiet room all night, and I walked into the office and saw a hot breakfast waiting on me.

If there's one suggestion I could make to the proprietor, it would be to make sure to put bed bug covers on all your mattresses. I didn't see a problem, but they can go a long way to preventing costly bed bug services.

Really enjoyed staying here. The room looked just like the pictures, and I find that the bed was comfortable. The bed did make noise & my husband stated that his back was stiff. The bed didn’t bother me, I slept great. The only reason I’m taking away a star is cause of what my husband said. I personally would stay here again. Checking in was fast & friendly from staff. It seems kinda sketchy from the outside but once you walk in the lobby or your room its nice, looks clean, and refreshing. The only issues that it is somewhat hard to get into due to it being on a hill and you have to cut through an interesction or go all the way around

This was best inn we have stayed at so far. Rooms were remodeled. I stated that a grab bar is needed in the bath tub area.The best breakfast we have ever had. It has a hands free pancake maker, grits, sausage, biscuit & gravy, also yogurt, cereals & coffee or tea. It's not far from downtown Natchez.

First of all the room was overpriced! There was a stench in the room. Floor not cleaned. Dead roaches & bugs everywhere. The sheets where dingy with dirty spots. There was not a closet only a bar on the wall above a desk. No iron & board. Had to wait until someone else finished using it. When finally received, it did not get hot. The toilet got stopped up. Tissue was one ply. Needless, to say I will never stay there again! I have book my reservations for the rest of the year with my usual Hotel not Motel. I will give the young man credit who checked me in. He was very professional.

It’s cheap and should be cheaper considering the conditions. I would not recommend anyone staying there. It wasn’t clean, the toilets keep stopping up, the linens on the beds weren’t clean, it was dusty and had spider webs everywhere. Dirty bathroom, lamp shades, no ac in the bathroom, my pillow had mold or something on it, the towels are so small they only fit my toddler, etc
