My husband and I stayed 1 night at The Guest House. Our room was above average. The lobby bar & barista were exceptional. Live music was superb & fun. The pool was also delightful. The gift shop was a nice added amenity, as was the coffee shop.
The PBJ sandwiches at 9 pm were also a great added amenity.
My only complaint was our experience at Delta's Kitchen. My husband and I were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. Decided to dine in, at Delta's Kitchen. The service was below par. Our waitress, Alexia, did not even offer to refill our water glasses, nor did she check back once our meal was served. . We spent $300 on wine & dinner at Delta's Kitchen that night. I think that warrants good service.
In addition, each table around us waited at least 20 min for their check, and 15 min for a hostess to appear & seat them. The restaurant was not busy. The entire front of the house staff would all just disappear.

The Elvis theme throughout is so fun! We also enjoyed sitting by the pool and seeing an Elvis movie every night in the theater followed by peanut butter sandwiches for a late-night snack. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The shuttles to Graceland and the airport were also very convenient and easy to use. We will definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Beautiful grounds and I love the pool area. Clean and well maintained. Really nice friendly and helpful staff. The bed was very hard and I only slept 2 hrs the first night so that was sad but the only issue. Everything else was wonderful. I will be back with my own bedding to make softer.

You will never stay at a resort where you are treated as well as I was treated at the Guest House of Graceland. I felt like my experience there was the most important thing to them and they made me so happy.

The Guesthouse at Graceland is the best hotel you can stay in while visiting Memphis. Throughout the hotel you hear Elvis Presley music and can watch movies at their theater! Front desk staff is always welcoming and great you with a smile. Aunt Delta's restaurant has the best food and the Shake, Rattle and Roll coffee shop serves the best coffee! The hotel is located next to Graceland and you can take a 5 minute walk to visit. I love this hotel and plan on visiting again soon.

We had our bag robbed of some traveling cash while they were stored with the hotel staff for a few hours Went into my back pack and inside another separate sling bag and and took the cash be careful here

Hotel was lovely, rooms were clean. Food in main restaurant was amazing and the other restaurant that serves breakfast had good choice in buffet selection. Shop on site serves snacks and drinks to take away. Staff around the hotel were friendly too but staff behind reception were quite serious. Also, no messages sent via Expedia were responded to. We had hoped to book shuttle from airport and there was no response from them (couldn’t call them while we were in States as only had an e-sim that didn’t allow calls. There is a pool outside but we didn’t have time to use it. Shuttle goes to and from Graceland every 30 minutes. A must for Elvis fans as his music is played in lobby and restaurants all day and they show a film everyday. A souvenir shop on site too. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast buffet at Delta’s Kitchen was so good! So many delicious options. The scrambled eggs were light and fluffy. The yogurt and fresh fruit were delicious. Biscuits, sausage, and bacon were cooked perfectly. My only complaint would be the coffee was very weak. Service was great. Very friendly staff!

If you are going to Graceland, this is the only place to stay. You can walk to Graceland from the Guest hotel or take a shuttle. The staff are wonderful and the on site food amenities are great. It may be a little bit more, but it is worth it.

Had high expectations for this stay, but was somewhat disappointed. Staff seemed unorganized when we arrived. Everyone was polite though. Our fridge didn't work, but the hotel did fix that. The shuttle busses to Graceland were not very clearly marked and the announcements for them were non-existent. On the plus side, both restaurants on the property were very good.

Horrible constriction messed up our tire in our vehicle the room A/C wasn’t working well the drawers in furniture get stuck. N maids need to be a little fire fly. The room was not worth what we paid n I think guest house needs to starts new repairs . We were charged for our breakfast twice as our decline card n had to use another card n both cards got charged it was very disappoint staying at the guesthouse.

The hotel itself was beautiful and definitely has that resort feel to it. I do wish they had a shelf in the shower to put our soap and shampoo instead of on the floor and the water pressure was kind of lacking but otherwise it was nice. The pillows went flat after about 5 minutes so we had to double up on them so I’d recommend bringing your own. The mattress though is really soft and comfortable. Same with the carpet in our room.

The theater was great, the live entertainment was nice, too. The shuttle to and from Graceland Mansion and shops was convenient. The buses were also clean. The entire staff at the Guest House was so nice and helpful! This icing on the cake was the complete decor of the hotel. Absolutely stunning! Will certainly come back some day!!! Loved it all!!!!

We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning a return trip. The Guesthouse is the place to stay whether you are an Elvis fan or not. The evening movie followed by chocolate milk and PB&J sandwiches was an added treat for my granddaughter. Also, the convenience of the shuttle to and from Graceland helps make the visit so much easier.

The place is clean and nice but it's a lower end 4 star, no complimentary water in room or water stations except in the lobby during the evening. Very basic bathroom amenities, charge for parking even though it's way out of town in a cheap area. They charge the same as Peabody which is much better.
If you want a full Elvis experience, they play an Elvis movie in the evening and pipe Elvis music throughout the hotel so decide if you want to pay for that. The outdoor pool is very nice though in warmer months.

Great hotel! Staff was courteous, rooms were clean, and complimentary shuttle to Graceland was an added bonus. I highly recommend this hotel if you plan on visiting Graceland.

There’s no better place to stay when you’re going to Graceland. Everyone who loves Elvis has to stay here. The lobby music is devoted to Elvis, the music in the carport, as well as the music in your room. Speaking of which, you can choose the decade of Elvis you prefer, and they televise the 68 NBC Special and Aloha from Hawaii on separate channels 24/7. One day I believe EPiC will get the same treatment.
The breakfast buffet is inexpensive. The rooms are very clean. The dual shower heads are great set the top one to 12 o’clock and the bottom to 9 for a perfect shower.
Air condition at 67 was perfect.
And Graceland is a free shuttle away or a walk across the street followed by walking left down the sidewalk less than half a mile away.
In the evening you’ll be treated to love entertainment performing popular Elvis songs near the bar. Plenty of seating in the lobby on couches and high back chairs to enjoy the lobby tubes or the live entertainment.
It’s definitely a very happy place for every Elvis fan to stay.

Really enjoyed the proximity to Graceland, daily shuttles and lay out of the room. We used the pool and hung out by the pool at night.
The complimentary PB&J sandwiches and choc milk were a sweet gesture.
Self parking was super easy which I appreciated. It’s essentially in the same lot as the valet but a few rows away. Super easy to come in and out.
Evening entertainment was wonderful. Food was good on property. My only complaint was service was incredibly slow. I don’t normally mind when service is slow but it was extremely slow. Took 15 minutes to be greeted once we were seated, took forever to get drinks, put our orders in, etc. waited at least 15 minutes to pay the bill too.
Outside of service at a restaurant we really enjoyed our stay. Would love to come back again!

If you plan to go to Graceland, make sure you get an early tour, and wear comfortable shoes. There is so much to see over there, you could literally spend the day just looking. It is an amazing place and so much history. My only complaint and it's really not a complaint, is that I wish there had been a breakfast included in the stay for the price. Other than that, we had a wonderful time, and everything was lovely. Thanks to all the Staff for making our stay GREAT!

Convenient location for visiting Graceland right across the street. The Guest House is extremely clean with spotless rooms. The restaurant options on site were wonderful, & the food in each was fantastic. They have a quick eats option @ Shake, Rattle, & Go with fresh fruit, yogurt, breakfast sandwiches, muffins & croissants. It also offers several coffee choices & juices as well. The staff from valet & luggage services, reception staff, & restaurant staff were extremely friendly, respectful, & eager to assist you with whatever we required. They offer a free shuttle service to Graceland from the hotel which was prompt, & the driver was exceptionally friendly & informative. The shuttle driver was kind enough to drop us off at the Enesco & Dept. 56 museum & store, & she kept her eyes open for us once we were done looking through the store & stopped back by to pick us up. We had a genuinely lovely stay in Memphis & The Guest House at Graceland! We highly recommend it & would definitely stay there again!

I loved the pool and the staff was lovely. I do think the grounds need bit of TLC and outdoor furniture some could do with been updated . The entrainment could do with little improvement too. I think also having to pay daily to park isn’t good. I paid lot of money to stay at the hotel for the week yet had to pay also to park.

From front to back,top to bottom the Guesthouse Hotel was absolutely amazing. The beauty of it all and the extravagant decorations just simply reminds you of Graceland. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They treated everyone like they were royalty, no nicer staff anywhere that I've been. The rooms were very beautiful, beds comfortable and very clean wall to wall. Free Elvis movies in a full size theater at 7pm, then at 9pm free peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with chocolate milk. Two restaurants inside the hotel, one was the E.P. restaurant which was amazing and the other was the Delta(Elvis's aunt) which was very elegant and who knew food could taste that good. The pool was beautiful and huge, very inviting and the garden walkways to get to everything were beautiful and lined with path lighting. As far as we are concerned there isn't anywhere else to stay in Memphis except Graceland Guesthouse from now on when we travel.
