Arrived on the 13th of June & everything was beautiful. Wife and her friends came down around 9:30 p.m to use their drink vouchers at the bar and the bar keeper “Bryan” refused service. He was more interested in watching the game on the tv overlooking the bar instead of servicing the customer. Very disappointed with his service.

Please correct this issue, this definitely needs to be addressed. Everything else was beautiful!

The staff was not as helpful as I would have expected--I had to ask for instructions that should have been provided when I checked in. The room was not current decor and there were stains on the couch, carpet and ring around the toilet bowl. I reserved the room for 2 people, however, there were only enough towels for 1 person and other complementary items (e.g., lotion, tissues, working iron) were not included. The complimentary breakfast was okay, but they were out of items and it took a longer than expected time to replenish. I also appreciated that there was security in the parking lot at night. I would only return in the future if there isn't a better hotel to stay at.

We have been coming her for around 12 years. The property is getting so run down. The bathroom are awful. Shower heads clogged, drains in sink broke, carpet feels gross, sheets didn’t even fit the bed... Everything so dingy. It’s definitely time for them to make some upgrades to this beautiful hotel.

The room was clean but very outdated (carpet, bedspreads, bathroom decor). Also, the kitchen setup is antiquated and only ate there once. The staff was nice and very accommodating. The hotel is in a great location. The price with Expedia was excellent. Overall, the hotel would not be my first choice because of the decor.

This hotel is terrible - do not book! We booked two rooms for two nights and we were disturbed by noise from other guests on both nights. The noise came from two separate rooms. On the first night, we range Guest Services but our calls remained unanswered. The next morning we requested new rooms due to the noise disturbance but were told the hotel was fully booked. We asked Guest Services to speak with the guests making noise but this did not happen and the same guests disturbed us with noise late and night and early into the morning. We complained at check out and were told that the hotel would waiver \"amenity charges\" - however, these charges actually related to amenities that were listed as included in the Expedia booking. The hotel rooms are not clean and poorly maintained, and sound proofing is bad. We cannot recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at the Grand Hotel in Natchez for a long weekend getaway, and the location is hard to beat. It's within walking distance of downtown, the Mississippi River bluff, restaurants, shops, and many of Natchez's historic attractions.
The hotel room décor is a bit granny chic, but honestly, it fits the charm and character of Natchez. Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast was delicious.
The bed and pillows were comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel served as an excellent home base for discovering Natchez. The river views and easy access to everything downtown were definite highlights.
For the price and location, we'd absolutely stay here again. Natchez was charming, and the Grand Hotel was the perfect place to stay while enjoying everything the city has to offer.

Great location within short walking distance to a variety of restaurants and bars and an incredible view of the Mississippi River. Rooms and overall facility needs some updates. Outdoor pool is very small and wasn’t clean with no towels available. Complimentary hot breakfast is a very nice amenity. With updates and a little more friendly and accommodating staff, this could be a diamond!

The Hotel is located in the heart of Natchez across the road from the Mighty Mississippi. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast served daily, bring cash for tips! They work hard behind the counter. Be sure to visit under the hill.

Check in is at 4 and check out is by 11.

The location of this place was wonderful, there are lots of things to see with walking distance. If you didn't want to walk or use your car, there are golf cart rentals (from an outside company) which could be fun too.

The hallway had a funny smell but the room didn't. The room, while clean, is very outdated (as you can see from the other pictures online) and could use renovations and updates. It is a normal hotel room that is old, doesn't have any historic value to the furnishings so no need to have such outdated rooms.

The bed was super comfortable. You would want to bring your own soap and shampoo and conditioner. The stuff the hotel provides is very watery.

The breakfast was buffet line and the workers served you one plate which was nice. The breakfast was sausage patty, sausage links, eggs, southern grits, biscuit, gravy, French toast, choice of apple or orange or cranberry juice. On the side a couple of cereal options with milk and yogurt.

If you stay here, the Pig Out is a wonderful, fulfilling barbecue place a block over. You will want to walk to try to burn off some of those calories though. ;)

Requested a microwave in room, never got a response from my message, messaged again after check-in, again no response. The 3rd floor hallways were HOT, like 80s HOT, that needs addressed. No exhaust fan in bathroom, stinky and steamy lingered. Tiny 32 inch TV was a cop-out, looked terrible on massive furniture it was on, lol, cheapskates, BIG TVs are CHEAP. Otherwise was a perfect stay, excellent location. WiFi was strong and every employee we encountered were welcoming, friendly, polite and seemed genuine. Never tried breakfast but it has good reviews, we were on last leg of a long road trip, we drank and slept late. We'll be back to Natchez for sure, and more than likely back to the NGH, hopefully they can use daddy's credit card for bathrooms exhausts, real TVs, 3rd floor hallway ACs and microwaves.

We were satisfied with the lodging. The room was smaller than we had anticipated for what was label as a suite, but we made it work. The staff was very helpful and friendly, even the cleaning staff. Easy parking in their own lot. Ample number of high-quality luggage carts, so we always had one when we needed one. Nice fluffy towels. Great location, walking distance from the cassino and under the hill area. We enjoyed the stay.

THE NATCHEZ GRAND WAS THE PERFECT PLACE TO STAY. BEAUTIFUL BLUFF VIEWS. IN WALKING DISTANCE TO \"PIG OUT\" and BIG MAMAS TAMALES. WE WERE THERE TO ATTEND A FUNERAL. THE NEXT MORNING FOR BREAKFAST THE WAITER STAFF WAS SO ATTENTIVE. CHECK OUT WAS A BREEZE. THIS WAS PROBABLY OUR 5TH TIME STAYING AT THE HOTEL AND WAS JUST AS NICE AND FRIENDLY AS THE FIRST. Face it, it’s an old structure. It has some charm but needs some upgrades to get a higher rating. The ‘historical view’ is of the parking lot lol! The AC produced inconsistent temperatures that went from warm to cold through the night.
The staff was friendly and coorteous. The breakfast was like most free breakfast’s; okay but nothing special.

Breakfast was poor, dry tasteless sausage and instant watery gravy with scrambled eggs. Coffee was good as was the juices and grits. Our bathroon door wouldn't close properly. Conference rooms were great. The staff who served the conference were great. I hate complaining but I assume you want an honest review and truthfully the pork was hard and dry. The chicken was cooked hard and tasteless and people at our table did not eat all their meal and agreed in the quality.

The grand was fantastic 10 years ago! It seriously needs updating. If you stay more than 1 night, after the air fresheners wear off, you can really smell how nasty the carpet is. Breakfast is still the same as Covid times, it’s a line were people serve you, I like to make my own in the proportions I like, It used to be good now it is mediocre, bland. I remember that lady who used to make the best fresh eggs.! Bar was closed on Saturday night???? The elevators made scary noises and were sketchy…mattress and pillows needed updating . Please make this place to what it used to be. Overall, I like the price i got, but it used to be better.

It shows a little age. The view of the river from the window was excellent. The breakfast and coffee was good. The riverwalk just in front of the hotel was so peaceful. I could watch the barges go by all day. The community there is so friendly. I left my cellphone on a bench. We went back to get it and an older gentleman was sitting there with it for us to return! We loved touring the old homes. What a sweet little town.

The hotel certainly holds up to its name..\"Grand\"..The location is Perfect! The breakfast was delicious! And most of all were the beautiful and kind young ladies and the men who works at the hotel. Everyone was so helpful and courteous. My room had a view of the river. Just a few feet from the hotel is a wonderful path along the river with benches for seating whenever you felt like resting. Shopping is in walking distance along with varios restaurants. I will certainly stay here again!

The outside of the building is even pretty. However the rooms need updated. The carpets and furniture are dingy and dusty. The staff was top-notch and very accommodating. Location is on the river and convenient and attractive. Outside and in public areas the property seemed well maintained, and the property was clean. However, carpet and furnishings in halls and in guest rooms were old, tired, and worn. TV was fair and audio was jumbled. Fridge provided but no microwave in room. HVAC unit cooled the room OK, but it was rather noisy. Breakfast was served in buffet line and was good. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. All that said, the price was not bad and provided a reasonable value for the area, though redecorating and refurbishing is needed to make it \"grand\" as the name implies.

It was so much fun to stay in the Natchez Grand and have a view of the Mississippi River! The downtown area is walkable, with a great view of the sunset over the River. The local restaurants are good. Breakfast at the hotel good as well. The long line at 4 pm check-in was not anticipated nor preferred, but otherwise out stay was great.
