The hotel was lovely to look at. Our experience with staff varied in that some were not welcoming and also could not provide us with the information we needed, yet others were very accomodating. Our biggest disappointment was upon arrival we were told that 2 of the restaurants in the hotel were closed. Also I would add that the dinner buffet costs 87 euro per person excluding drinks. We did try the buffet on one night and were very disappointed with the quality of the food. However, there are many restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel in Santa Eularia. We found all of the ones we chose to be of excellent quality and value.
There was very little information available about where to get towels for the pool, what time you could get towels, what time meals were served in the one major dining room.
