It was nice having an actual key for the door not a key card I like the mechanical locks better, the room was spacious the shower was decently roomy and the bed was comfortable the only downside of the bed was the frame was kinda noisy when one person would get off but other than that it was very nice and put together

We had an awesome experience at this motel. We moved to this motel because of discusting experience another hotel. The owner of OYO worked great with us. He showed us our room before we paid and told us, that his wife and himself are redoing all the rooms as funds are available. All the safety items are in place. I felt so comfortable staying in this hotel. I really recommend you staying here.

The hotel is a 1950's vintage, I love this style. I carry lots of equipment and can park the car in front of my door. Being an older property it is not like its crisp and new but it is super clean, fresh paint and updated bathrooms. Not a bug in sight nor dust anywhere (Important to me). AC works great, important in summer.

The hotel is also very quiet and the staff very accomidating. I would give this place 4.5 out of 5 stars.

The room I was in needs lots of work, ceiling cracked, needs cleaned better. Floor in my room was dirty so I’m glad I had my slippers with me. When I went to check out I pushed the button for help, some woman came on and asked what I needed. I told her I was checking out, she told me just leave the keys. I never dealt with anyone on my departure.

The room looked nothing like the photo. 1 used roll of toilet paper. Floors looked dirty. Bath towels were very greasy feeling and not cleanly. The bathroom floor would get soaked every time you turned the shower on because it was a cloth curtain. The bathroom wasn’t vented, it was cold and wet. Nobody came to restock the bathroom, make beds. Bedding had cigarette burns and stains. No batteries in the remote. I would never recommend this hotel.

I made a reservation in a snowstorm at 10:30 pm. I arrive at 11:30 pm (within their check in time). Sign said open and tiny lobby was open. I go in and there was no one there. I rand the doorbell for 25 min while also calling them. No answer at all. Had to go across the street and book at Quality Inn. Checked out of Quality and back to OYO at 8:30 am. Still no one there and not answering any calls. Days later I find out they are trying to book me as a \"no show\" even thought they were the \"no show\". Since I booked under the non refundable for ANY REASON, even Travelocity is on OYO side. I never thought that no one being available and all the rooms being locked would count against me. Now I am avoiding any OYO place

My husband and I arrived at 11:55 pm after driving 18 hours. Notified the property that we would arrive at 12:00 am approximately. The room we were given was a king bed, but not one I would recommend. The bathroom window was open, allowing insects to enter, with mold all around the trim. The renovation was a joke. We slept on top of the bed in our clothes. Woke at 6 am. Took a shower, water leaking from under the shower into the main room. We had booked from 10/10 to 10/13/24. The hours we stayed was the 10/10 night. Went to the office to return the key and ask for a refund due to the condition of the room. Was told I would have to contact hotels.com for a refund. Have yet to receive any refund!!! Would not recommend ever!!

Upon arrival, I was denied my reservation. I was told I had to contact Expedia and was not assisted with a number although the man was right beside a computer. Expedia kept me on the telephone and in a chat room with no response. I was inconvenienced as I am out my money and had to drive around searching for other accommodations. I will NEVER book here or through Expedia ever again. I will also be spreading the word to everyone I know.

The facility itself was fine. Room was clean, relatively quiet. For the room rate I paid, I cannot complain. My only issue was with someone (not sure who, whether it was the hotel staff, OYO system staff or Expedia) canceled my reservation even though I said I would be late. As a result I was charged a cancelation fee, even though I was there when I said I would be. I got my money back, but there shouldn't have been a cancelation in the first place.

But the rest of the room was dated, one of the bedside table lamps was broken, and there were two patches in the wall.

Do not stay here. We drove in and immediately left. There was loud arguing happening when we arrived with anger flying everywhere. The building is run down. The place looks like a third world brothel.
We didn't even attempt to engage. We booked another hotel and cut our loses.
Then we read the reviews. Glad we dodged this proverbial bullet.

Definitely no frills

Expected a no frills hotel, but this was a step below my expectations. There was no electrical outlet or ventilation in the bathroom and the sink faucet had hardly any water pressure. The shower was fine and the bed was comfortable so it was tolerable for one night.

Customer service is horrible, the whole experience was horrible, You are bothering them, since this motel, not hotel, is their home. You have to push a ring doorbell just to get service, & then you have to wait & wait, in a room the size of a closet with no air circulation, waiting for them to show up, it’s obvious your interrupting something.
We booked 2 rooms for 2 days. We had to go thru the above procedure to get more towels, but we were told they don’t have any right now, they’ll bring some in the morning @9am. Check out is @11. We never got the towels. We did have an old used towel from the day before we shared, & the towels are small, thin,& old. The bathroom floors are very slippery, be careful. The rooms are not clean, very dirty. I wore my shoes the whole time, my socks would be black on the bottom if I walked around in them. There is no hair dryer or anything. I think there breakfast is a coffee pot & some plastic wrapped muffins inside the closet sized, no air circulation waiting room. Our room does have an old small frig & an old extra small microwave, & that’s the only good thing, if you can call that good. Oh, you need to leave a $50 deposit to secure the fact you don’t steal things from the room & you don’t leave it damaged. Lmao. But they will call you on a landline phone @ 10:30 & express did you know your suppose to be checking out?or your getting charged for another day. This place is horrible.

Best priced hotel I’ve been to

On the outside this place looks like an older plain motel, but it is very clean and the owner is very friendly. The price is inexpensive and it is not a fancy place , just the necessities and basics, and that’s what makes it a nice place to stay and affordable. You can tell the owner wants only good quality customers and won’t have rough people staying here. He will help you anyway he can to make sure you are comfortable. The beds are nice and firm and there is no carpeting which in my opinion keeps thing cleaner. Hard floors. I prefer doors that open to outside and this hotel has that and it is very convenient to park right outside your room so you can transfer luggage in and out and come and go easily with out the hassle of a big useless lobby and a slow elevator and long hallways . Very close to all kinds of food and the mall. I stay here every time I’m working in the area.

It was absolutely disgusting. We wanted to give this place a chance but it ended up being the worst. We get in our room and it smells like body odor. Then when we lay down on the bed we noticed there was little blood spots on it. It was disgusting. We were there for maybe 20 minutes then decided it was time to leave.

I checked in my room with my fiancé on 11/18/2022 we were watching tv at night the two of us. She went to the front desk to ask for a extra pillow the woman at the front desk the owners wife told my fiancé no and she knows we are having a party. My fiancé recorded the conversation. She came back to the room. Angry all of a sudden there is a loud bang at the door. The husband says In broken English you have to get out sor I am calling the police. I said for what we are watching tv he said you just have to go. No reason at all. He said he would return my deposit only gave me 50 dollars of the hundred. Do not stay here room is dirty staff is rude and disrespectful. He is looking for a way to keep your money.

I travel for work and it’s always nice to find a place that’s not expensive but still clean. I will continue to stay here for the next few weeks. Owners are friendly and even check on you when they get the chance. If you need anything they are right there every time. A lot of workers come and go and I haven’t had any issues with noise in the last 3 weeks.

One night seemed too long

I opted for the pay at site instead of being charged ahead of time for my stay. I noticed the day before I was to check in that the hotel had already charged me. It was initially on hold so I thought it would just go away when I paid at the hotel, but then it posted to my account. They didn't ask me for payment again at the hotel when I checked in so I didn't mention it. The pics of the hotel online were misleading. This facility is a lot older than it was made to appear. Walls were not painted well, the bathroom window was painted shut and there was something sticky on the nightstand. They didn't even have a box of facial tissues in the room. The clothes hangers were the ones you have to hook into the holder on the rod. Only thing was there were no hangers. There was only the rod with the ring holders on it with nothing to hang clothes onto. The stay was fortunately for one night or I would have not stayed longer. Looks like they attempted to remodel an old facility, but the work was shoddy.
