I requested the bottom floor and got a room on the 4th floor. Air conditioning didn’t work in our room. Shower door wouldn’t stay closed so the floor got soaked every time someone showered. Toilet took forever to go down after flushing. Dust build up on the side table lights and the room was very small. The couch in the room was dirty.

Front desk staff was nice and the location is great. It was nice and quiet while we were there and the bed was somewhat comfortable.

I went there for the pool and the pool was great. The hot tub was currently out of order which isn't that big of a deal because the pool was awesome. But from the moment we got there things just weren't right. When we got into our room we opened the pull-out couch and it was full of crumbs and dirt. Then we got the pull out linens and there were yellow stains on them and they were obviously not clean. We called the front desk to ask for another one and they brought us a little sheet thingy that had no warmth. Then we decided to go to the restaurant. We waited quite a while until someone came to see us and then we sat as the only people in the empty restaurant. The waitress was very kind and did her best to help us and made every accommodation. However, certain parts of the meals that we tried to order on the menu were not available. Then there were several flies in the oil in our oil and vinegar. Then when our meals did come they did not include all the ingredients that had been listed in the description. There was mold in the the creases of the inside of the shower. And the room was neat and tidy but was clearly run down stained wallpaper etc.

Hotel was nicely renovated and very clean. Front desk was abandoned at checkout time and the betraying factor for the facility's age was the poor water pressure in the shower. It was a good price and I would likely stay again, making sure to use the pool because it's beautiful and bigger than many indoor hotel pools.

Booked this stay specifically for the hot tub and pool… hot tub is of course out of order as soon as I get here. Then next day the pool is closed for “maintenance.” Shouldn’t have to pay extra for amenity fees when the amenities aren’t working. Or at least advertise it online so customers know what they’re paying for.

I never leave a bad review but I am today. Upon arrival the front end greeter was very cold and unfriendly. When we got into our room, it was dirty. The coffee pot, the microwave and the counters had food and fingerprints on them. There was a broken lap shade filled with dead bugs, the carpet was gross with fresh food still encrusted on the floor, the walls were even gross. We chose to go to the restaurant attached which the bartender proceeded to yell at customers, cry an even threw the final bill at another table. We ended up choosing not to eat there, had a drink and left.

I saw no staff the whole time that I was there only the front counter employee. All other stays at hotels provided pens note pads for use and there was neither in the room. I had to go out to my car in 0 temp to find them in my car for use nothing was at front counter either. Air conditioner where the front door closes had very cold air coming in from outside and had to keep temp at 78 to be warm

It was sufficient for what we needed. Shower was nice, good water pressure. Hot tub was out of order, that was a huge bummer.. one of the MAIN reasons I choose this hotel and not another was because of the seperate hot tub.

All around great hotel. Pool and hot tub looks good, but I did norht have a minute to jump in. Dining options at the hotel really cover all the bases and the bar there is a great option for some drinks. Hotel itself is a great location in Boardman. Movie theatre, some shopping, restraunts, and bars within walking distance or many mort within a short driving range if you prefer.

Hotel was above average while checking in I changed two rooms 1.it was not prepared after old guests left 2. Entrance Light was not working 3. Third room wash basin sink water clogging I did not have energy to change room… I booked this room because of hot tub water in the pool and tub was not clean.. Everything was wonderful !!! This is my new home away from home now. We were there visiting my sister in law, and she put us up there. I will NEVER stay anywhere else when I come to Boardman. Well, the check in person wasn't very friendly.
She basically just gave us room key and said what room we were in.....No Hi, How are you, Nothing about the restaurant hours, Breakfast or even check out time. The lobby carpet was stained and dirty, the couch was also dirty and worn out.
Our room .....Couch was well used, Bathroom had holes in wall where TP holder used to be, A non professional caulking job was I guess holding up wallpaper? And the reason we booked there was because it had restaurant and bar in site, When we went down for dinner......It wasn't open!

So the room was clean. 10/10. However the amenities in the room and ice machines are horrible. My fridge was unplugged and closed so it smelled badly of mold and mildew the entire stay. The toilet ran continuously the entire trip. We stayed on floor 4, we had no ice machine, neither did floor 3 and 5. Had to go the whole way to 6. It was just unplugged on our floor.

We were very disappointed the hot tub was cold and jets didn’t work properly. Also after driving 800 miles we looked for in-house restaurant and bar area. Was told after arriving that the cook and bartender didn’t show up. Pool was warmer than the hot tub but clean and relaxing. Beds were comfortable.

When I walked into the room there was a bunch of hair on the bathroom floor, I stayed in room 214 and in the corner of the ceiling it looked like there was a leak from the room above and the ceiling looked like there was mold on it! The pool was dirty and there was a strong smell of chlorine. We also sat on the patio and the landscape was dirty!! Was not impressed by this hotel!

I don’t know how this hotel has so many 10/10 ratings, run down and in need of an update. Dusty furniture and carpet barely stapled to the wall. Decent area, front desk was nice. But this hotel needs a cleaning from top to bottom. Not worth $150 a night, not even close. Bathroom door didn’t even close. Stained furniture as well.

It was 11:30 at night and the room next to me had blaring music and the sounds of what I can only guess to be furniture being flung around the room. I called the front desk to complain and after looking into it, they called me back and said it was maintenance fixing some plaster, at 11:30 at night?! I was told it was over, but far from it, next I got the sounds of a vacuum, more furniture being thrown around and loud music being pumped through the walls! (I recorded the entire thing)
