Where do I start? The maintenance crew would be where to start. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, the sink faucet was very loose and moving around, the toilet was running, but my husband fixed that. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bottles provided.

I feel like the staff did everything they could for me, but the hotel itself is in very bad shape. From the pot smoke, stale and fresh cigarette smoke, musty rooms and people screaming in the halls and fist fighting outside, there was no way I could keep my 13 year old daughter there.

Then there was confusion about leaving and getting a refund. The staff said i have to contact hotels.com to ensure a refund, but hotels.com is saying it's out of their control. As of now, i have two debits from my account for the hotel stay and one refund.

Beware of the hotels on Hotels.com they show pictures of hotel, rooms and lobby but it is not accurate whatsoever. This hotel was overpriced for what it was. The only thing I can say was room was clean. However be aware that this hotel does weekly rates as well and many of the guests were undesirable. Heard alot of noise such as fights and screaming which disturbs your sleep. I will never stay again and definitely would not recommend it

Terrible stay they allowed a gang of people banging on peoples doors all night. Accidentally pulled the fire alarm and alerted everyone in the hotel to leave all because of people being childish and running throughout the hotel.

this was the worst Place I have ever stayed. The staff was not friendly. I had requested a handicap room when none available I said room with 2 queen beds. My room was so small both beds which were full size touched the wall on each side of the room with only about a foot to walk between. The chair at the desk was broke. Our room was not cleaned on Saturday. Saturday night our toilet backed up I called the front desk, was told no one on duty to fix it, so they brought me a plunger and told me to fix it my self. when I went to check out on Sunday morning and asked about Breakfast And was told No breakfast today no staff to on duty to worry about. I would not recommend the Location to anyone it was a horrible experience and I am so sorry paid for it with the Affirm Card. I really would like a refund The parking lot was full of Pot holes had to drive around them.

The pictures online are nowhere near close to accurate. The rooms are incredibly small. The entire second floor smelled like weed all night. The entire building looks run down. They’re charging hotel rates for motel accommodations. I think they should take pictures of their actual rooms and property and post them.

The worst place I've ever stayed. Parking lot full on minorities with junk cars so my opinion it is a place to sell drugs out of. The door to get in to my unit was busted around lock had someone want in showed me how to open it. I pulled into the place and it looked abandoned that was a reg flag and once I found out I wouldn't get a refund that's the final red flag so BEWARE

We were not allowed to park our car in the open spaces at the lighted front door area. We had to drive around to the back, swipe our card, prop open the door, so we could use the cart for our bags.
This was an in-process remodel, but could have been kept cleaner. Thank goodness we were on the first floor because there were no elevators. Every time we walked to our room, we passed the laundry, a huge room with stacks and stacks of dirty linens, and machines being run. I had to climb the steps to the second floor to get ice, which was at the very end and the farthest from the steps.

We spent two nights. Our room was not touched between nights, even though the maids were right outside our room when we left for the day. We were told we would’ve had to ask for service, but all hotels empty your trash and give you clean towels if you put them on the floor. There was no coffee refills or new plastic cups or anything. We had one bath towel for two people. When I went to the front desk to ask for service, there was a sign telling us to ring the bell or call a phone number for help. So I rang the bell, and the front desk person was sitting, hidden, in the dark breakfast area with her boyfriend. As we were leaving, I noticed the front hotel windows were so dirty you couldn’t see through them. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Being a Wyndham property, I expected more.

There were two beds in the room, but they were so crowded that we could only have about a foot or a foot and a half to move between them and on the other side of each bed, they were shoved all the way up to the wall.

Plus, the soap dispenser in the shower was pulled away from the wall, and the landscaping needs some work. The door locks on the outside of the building need refurbishing. The lobby is good, the breakfast was passable, and the staff is kind.

Checked in on July 9 at 9:30 pm. Had to call the hotel number until someone answered to check me in at the front desk. I was checked into room 217. The side entrance doors to the hotel were propped open with rocks, so they wouldn’t close and be locked. People were loitering inside and outside of the building in groups blocking certain areas. The room wasn’t cleaned from the previous resident. The bed wasn’t made, dirty towels were thrown everywhere, trash was everywhere, the bed sheets were stained along with drug paraphernalia and used condoms. The deadbolt lock was broken off the wall and wasn’t able to be used. The door lock wouldn’t lock from the inside, so it couldn’t be tested to make sure it locked properly.
Im a 24 yr old female traveling alone and was petrified!

The outside looks very nice. Our room was very outdated. The security lock on the door was broke off. I went to get a bath and a huge thick spider was crawling across the top of the bath. The bathtub has no stop to hold water. The toilet has brown stains running all down the back of the toilet. There were nice dove bottles of soaps but I went to use them and they were empty!!! My 17 year old piled furniture in front of both doors because she felt unsafe because the door safety latch was ripped off. The bed had stains. For the price of 190 I would most definitely expect something better. The staff was nice and check in was quick.

Things in my room didn’t work! I was there for my sons wedding. The morning of, my outlets in the bathroom did not work. I reported it but no one came before I had to leave. I work in property management, if you want it to be a desirable place, replace the hallway carpets! The smell is not good. Once you are in the rom it’s tolerable. I plan on returning to Ohio as my son resides there but not sure I would choose your hotel. People are complaining about the smell and it is bad and the air freshener worse. Anyway, people were nice but that will not make it with the smell.

No DO not Disturb sign, beds pushed up against wall!!! The only outlet in the room was hidden behind a bed!!! When asking desk clerk about plug for bathtub, pretty sure he had NO idea what I was talking about!! WAY overpriced for such ridiculousness!!!! Two positives: comfortable beds ( if u didnt kill yourself trying to get in and out of them), and amazing shower!!! Oh and room smelled clean.

The room was tiny, the bathroom door frame was busted and the bathroom door itself was about an inch to two inches too small for the frame...there was no way to close the bathroom door completely and have privacy. The room is so tiny i couldnt even walk between the two beds in the room and im not big at all..5'7\", 150lbs...
There is no room service or cleaning between days, i stayed three nights and room was never touched, i had to go ask for clean towels on night two and three. VERY thin walls and doors...could hear literally everything in surrounding rooms...

It was noisy. This place needs to be remodel as soon as possible. Toilet was stained, restroom door would not close and room's door would not close completely. I made a reservation for a room with King bed and when I showed up they told me they did not have any and I was so tired did not want to argue, so they gave me I think the worst room in the hotel next to the one some construction workers were staying. It looks like they were repairing windows, I could hear them all weekend. It was a bad experience but was so happy to see my son who lives in this town that I focused on the good part of the weekend but, would not recommend this hotel

There's a reason it's rated as a two star. I requested handicap accessable for my 80 year old mother and we requested a suite so we could stay together in the same room. Nowhere did it advertise the only suite they have is on the second floor and since it's only two stories, there's no elevator.

I booked through hotels.com, receptionist took about 15-20 min to check me in. I booked a queen size bed room (said there were 3 left) we got moved to two full size beds but it was considered an upgrade. It definitely was not. The room was entirely too small for two beds, maybe 12 inches between both of them and they were both against the wall with no additional walking room.

The walls were paper thin, the guests next to us were extremely loud until about 2:30am- kids yelling and screaming the entire time. When taking our belongings inside, there was a group of girls smoking weed outside of the door. They also left a rock in the door (that needs a key card to enter) which felt extremely unsafe.

The smell in the lobby and hallways in a mix of cleaning supplies attempting to make Indian food, weed and mildew. The free breakfast is basic, exactly what you’d expect at this type of place.

I will never stay at this particular hotel again, and probably this brand in general. Really thankful I only had one night booked, I would’ve sacrificed whatever I spent on additional nights if I did.

The room was too small for the 2 dull size beds and i had to walk sideways to go to the bed. No room to walk or no room to comfortably use the desk chair. Also the breakfast was very limited and there wasnt fresh coffee made.
The entrance of your hotel speaks alot for first impressions. The entrance was dirty. Glass doors were not bright and shiny and the pavement was dirty. I did not enjoy my stay there. Cutting corners and being cheap wont bring your back.

Looks much nicer in pictures. Rooms are VERY small and the place is not clean. My room was by an entrance door to the second floor and people were coming in and out slamming the door all night. Was not able to get any sleep. Seemed to be more of a hang out joint. Suppose to be non smoking and reeked of cigarette. Check in was quick and the man at the front desk was very nice.

Gotta start remembering where I stay

We booked a queen suite. Check-in was easy, staff friendly. We got to the room and it was atrocious. There were takeout containers and a personal shaver left strewn about, and the room looked like it was still occupied (thankfully nobody there!). We went back to the desk and there must have been a mistake in the computer because the room was marked vacant and clean. We were given a free upgrade to a king suite and the staff carried my bag upstairs to our new room. New room looked ok when we went in but the bathroom was not clean- my sister stepped in urine (not ours!) when she went to use the toilet, and there was a mess in the tub. The beds were clean and comfortable so we just went to bed.
