When we arrived we were informed that the two bedroom we booked had a broken pipe and was flooded. We were a little upset, but The manager put us in two one bedroom king suites, decreased the price and comped the 2nd room for us, so we were very satisfied. They were very nice and accommodating given the unfortunate circumstances.

The room was very dirty. The bathtub was dirty, peeling along the side of the tub, and had two spiders. The curtains were torn at the bottom. The noise of someone walking above kept me up late at night. Not a good experience.

The actual rooms were fine, (as a group we had 3). All were about what I'd expected. But the lobby and halls desperately need to be updated and re- carpeted etc. The lighting is bad and walking down the hallway to my room, I almost looked for another hotel. The room itself was large with a slight damp smell / feeling, (likely from the AC in July) but not enough to really bother me. My son mentioned that his room also felt damp. That said - it's a great location - tons of shopping and restaurants - easy access to 680.

This facility is an older bldg thay has been renovated. All in all it was a good stay. Quiet with amenities. Really like the seperate one bedroom king bed. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The was very good. I would stay there again. Boadman is a good location for all kinds of restaurants.

Peace and tranquility at its finest

It's cozy, quiet, clean, with a woodland view with shops and stores sprinkled between the trees. There's atleast 50 places to shop, and dine within a 5 to 10 minute walk.The staff is very pleasant, also helpful, and knowone is going to bother you. Everyone says hello, and may even want to talk a bit. I love the vibe. Very cool place to stay!

The bathroom had dried blood on the toilet seat which the front desk person came and cleaned which I appreciated but it was very off putting. The floor had a lot stains and didn’t feel clean. The hallway smelled very strong of weed and we could smell it in our room. Having little ones this was awful and made it difficult to sleep.

I did not like having to pay to park in the lot. I've never had to do that even at an exclusive resort. They just automatically give you a parking pass. The room light above the mirror went out as soon as we came in that night and one of the night lights were out. The tub needed to be repaired and looked very old. Some things were very out dated. the staff was very nice and understanding.

Pull out bed that I was planning to use didn’t work. Ended up having to sleep on just the couch. Didn’t have enough towels and when requesting more was told they were short on towels and couldn’t give me enough for the number of people in my room. Also had to request the linens for the pull out bed they were not already in the room. Initially I was offered a partial refund but then told I couldn’t have one because I booked through this site and not theirs. Room was not as cleanly as it should be but this was mostly due to poor furniture choices that stains and collect hair.

We stayed two nights. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and nice. After the first night though, we went to an event the next day, and came back that evening to an untouched/uncleaned room. Had to ask for some more towels. Breakfast was definitely the worst part. No cereal for my kid first morning. Very little hot choices second morning. Only decaf available for a long while, but no coffee cups. I tried to help an older gentleman who was unable to get syrup for his waffle. Breakfast just not well done.

reserved and paid for a 1 bedroom suite, on check in was given a studio. when i called about this Conner-desk clerk-- said they were overbooked and these things happen. i was not happy. conner called my room and said his manager was taking $30 a night off (Smaller room than i paid for --gee thanks ) but i would have to call expedia--their mistake, i have to do their clerical their clerical work for them, again not happy. i called expeida who called the hotel and Conner said they would knock $103.20 off the bill--note $30 per night x 4 nights equals not $103.20. after Conner was called on this he did deduct $120. off the bill. i felt like there was bait and switch at the front desk--downsized at check in with Conner not volunteering to pay the difference in what i received for my room. after the manger told him what to deduct, he couldn't get that right. i am really NOT happy with my experience there. unfortunately i was in ohio for a death in the family and really did not need this.

Friendly staff, less than stellar accommodations.

The pictures show a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, in reality this hotel is very old and worn out and needs a remodel. The carpets were stained and shredded at the seams, the trim in the bathroom had been chewed up and scratched by a previous dog and then painted over. The couch fabric was dirty, the entire suite was not clean. I can understand that not all hotels can be brand new, but this one is 15 years past needing a renovation!!

The good: The staff was friendly & polite and the breakfast was actually very good.

The bad: Dirty, old, worst part was our heat did not work in our room so I woke up at 4:30am and my room was 53 degrees!! My kids were shaking it was SO cold!! When I asked for extra blankets they offered a $30 credit for the inconvenience. I called subsequently the following week and got one of my two nights refunded.

Pick another hotel, this one is a pass unless you are traveling with a pet and want an alternative to sleeping in your car.

Great if you want to sleep in soiled used sheets

Terrible. Was driving from Maryland to Iowa and this was the only pet-friendly hotel I could find for my family of four and two dogs. We checked in after midnight and while the room was spacious, it was apparent immediately that the bed linen had not been changed. There were fresh stains, hair, food crumbs and just plain nastiness. Being thoroughly exhausted and without the energy to move, we laid towels down and slept. But did take time stamped photographs. Next morning, the checkout desk didn’t seem overly surprised (is probably not a new occurrence there) but offered a “50% refund”. Needless to say, still have not seen it. I’m a Marriott gold member and this was the WORST property I have ever stayed at…and especially with all the promise of cleanliness during the pandemic, it is just disgusting.

Price tag did not equal the suite we stayed in.

We were not happy with the price of the room once we got in our room. As you can see from the photos the room was filthy and in poor condition. Televisions weren’t working which was frustrating. We had to clean the kitchen table before we used it. The carpet was stained. The blinds were literally shredded. A bathroom drawer was missing. Not to mention a dog barking in the room near ours. Our room was $327.31 including tax. We complained and some sort of refund should have been offered but was not.

Terrible! Drove over an hour for family wedding! Paid in advance for suite for my sister and I across from wedding venue. Receive confirmation at booking and day of wedding. Got to hotel and told they overbooked and tried to send us to another hotel 40+ Minutes away! General manager would not even come to desk to explain why we didn’t even get a courtesy call before taking this drive! Absolutely no excuse for this.

The property seem to be a little run down but the biggest problem was they were doing repairs on the roof and workers started early even on sunday morning the staff is friendly and accommodating but looks like ownership has put them in a tough position they did givee a $100 dollar break for 1 night but the ait conditioner only work in one bedroomy son was up all night in humid conditions i will never stay here again

It was great that our room had a separate bedroom and living area/kitchen. Upon checking into our room, the room had an overwhelming odor of marijuana. Opening the windows didn't help, as the way the room is positioned, the windows are right across from the dryer exhaust in a small corridor that allows for little air circulation. The room itself was relatively clean. Debris on the floors, but the toilet, shower, and bed seemed clean. The breakfast offerings were minimal and I picked up a muffin that had mold on it. Overall decent hotel for the price.

The property is very outdated. It wasn’t super clean either. We found a pair of underwear left in the dresser drawer and don’t even look behind the couch. We dropped something behind it and there was so much trash. There was hair on the bathroom floor that we had to clean ourselves. Which is gross. The hotel is loud too. On the weekend it seems to be a party hotel. The only up side was it was cheap and the staff were nice.

They were amazingly accommodating. We had a golf tournament that we knew we needed 1 night for so I booked the reservation. I then booked an additional 3 nights, in the event my son qualified for the tournament. After booking I realized that I would have to cancel the reservation before knowing if they would be staying. I called and explained the situation and they graciously checked them out after the one night and held the room until they knew. That way they were able to move back into their same room. They were GREAT!

The telephone in the room did not work. They said it was just unplugged and it was plugged back in and still did not work. I had to walk to the front desk every time I needed towels and other things. The microwave in the kitchen also did not work so my family couldn’t warm or food up to eat. This hotel was disappointing.

This was such a big, beautiful room. It was so nice to grab some takeout food, eat it at the small dining table, and rest and relax the rest of the night on the sectional while watching a movie. The free breakfast was great as well. The food was tasty!

It was a room on the first floor and when we came in found blue fan on the floor. Not ones to complain so we thought it was damp from previous guests maybe. That wasn’t the case. First 3 feet of area by windows were very moist.

The pictures are not accurate. The pictures show a hot tub and there was not one at the facility. The staff stated that it was removed 2 years ago. Breakfast was fine. staff was ok. When we went down to the lobby around 2:30 am. someone on the staff was watching porn on the tv. That kind of soured the stay.

They could not find my reservation. I was forced to go to a nearby hotel which I would NOT have selected otherwise. This all happened on a rainy Saturday night and I missed dinner reservation that were prior to the concert to which we had traveled. WHAT happened? I had on-line confirmation. Spent the night with a youth hockey team running up and down the halls of a place far less comfortable than the place I selected.
