when we arrive at 5am i have been told i have to pay extra 30€ if i want to check in as the checking time is 3pm and i am sure they did have rooms avalible but they want more money of course so i did pay what can i do sleep outside? anyway inside the room we try to have a shower and the shower was broken as water was gussing everywhere from the shower cord in the morning we went to grab a coffe from the bar and the lady did the coffe in the glass and she did have cups but she said she don't and after i said i want a coup she grab one from the side of the coffe machine not clean one outside just 2 tables so we sit on the stairs and have our coffe not very nice experience i will not come back even is is 20 min walk from the aeroport

After a very long travel from California to get here we were warmly welcomed very late (1:30 AM!) and slept soundly! Nice staff and nice stay! Will be back in a few weeks to spend another night before we head home!

Nice hotel, things can be improved. Mostly OK

Very nice stuff. Wonderful landscape.
Clean room and hotel.
Two problems: 1 the lights on the corridors was switched off too soon (3 seconds) and it is an easy fix to turn it longer and they said that they know about that problem but did nothing. This must be tested during night time. Because during the day time (when probably was installed is hard to notice how bad is it to try to find your room in complete dark). So please do something about it.
2nd problem: In the room was bad smelling as cigarette smoke. So definitely someone was smoking in there. Even if that sing it says that is forbidden to smoke in the room. MAYBE is a good idea for that sign to be also in English for tourists and the room to be much well ventilated after charging someone 100 euro for one cigarette.

On the good part: the hotel was easy accessible from the motorway with parking on site and 24/7 service. Close to the Sibiu airport.

Departe de a fi un hotel de 4*. Un singur halat și o singura ceașcă de cafea la 2 persoane.Renovarea este o necesitate in special baia unde curățenia lasă de dorit. Un plus ar fi staff-ul foarte prietenos ,parcarea mare și gratuită,locația și patul confortabil.

Pretty cool Hotel with amazing staff

Amazing room at amazing price, just opposite to the airport . City center is also not far off. Super markets are close by. Service is prompt and breakfast is great with multiple choices to choose from . Parking is free and several places available

The hotel is abusing orders from internet

My anger towards the hotel stem from simple reason: I ordered two rooms at March 2019. The rooms were ordered with cancellation ability. To me, it means that nobody touches my money unless I arrive to the hotel and pay at check-out. To my astonishment, the hotel charged me at the day of the order (March 2019) while my arrival to the hotel was planned to Mid July 2019.

I was surprised myself in a small, hot, suffocating attick room with a tiny window in the ceiling and a mini-bar not working. The next attick room was larger, with a warm mini-bar and the worst wine....have spent a sleep-less night.
The hotel is new and with potential, but with a bar closing at 23:00 (early for airport hotels) and the above, I would not recommend it.

Simply great! +++++ for the breakfast

The hotel is a little far from town but close to the airport. It offers free shuttle to and from the airport. The rooms are modern and HUGE. They also have free parking.
Also the breakfast was included in the price and it was THE BEST breakfast I ate in a hotel (and I ate in many hotels). Had everything from eggs to cakes to traditional romanian food, fruits etc.
The staff was very flexible with any requests we had. They also have late check out (for a fee, 20-30 euros)
I really don't have anything to complain. Great hotel.

Bad accommodations and helpless stuff.

The room was terrible - the bathroom stinks and the air-condition wasn't able to cool - actually it functioned as a fan, not matter what temperature was selected.
On the other hand the reception stuff was polite but could not help since they claim that there isn't any vacant room.

Convenient airport hotel

We stayed here for easy access to the airport, not expecting much of the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff were all very helpful and efficient, our room was spacious and comfortable and the restaurant served tasty, fresh, well presented food. It was an easy 15 minute walk straight down the road from the airport, and a cheap taxi ride back there with our luggage the next day.

Decent Hotel for Short Stay

Stayed at this hotel the night before my morning airline departure from Sibiu. Arrived about 20:30 and checked in, did not use the restaurant. Room was functional and clean - everything worked. The bed seemed hard to me. About 02:30 I was awakened by some men being noisy in the hallway - by 03:30 I still could not sleep due to the noise, so I called the Front Desk. They immediately came to the floor and addressed the situation, and the noise stopped so I could complete my rest. If you need to go from the hotel to the airport, have the front desk call a taxi. The taxi is 10% of the cost of the hotel shuttle to the airport (operated by a contractor to the airport).

Convenient but not a comfortable room

Maybe it's just the room that I received, but it smelled like this was a smoking room before (even though there were signs with \"No smoking room\") so the smell inside was pretty pungent. Unfortunatelly, it was the only room available in the city for that day, so I had to stay with it. The mattress was not very good and the shower tub needed some help to drain the water.
Also, the price was pretty hight for a hotel in Romania - I paid less to stay in Athens in September to a much nicer hotel.
Again, maybe it was just my room, but I was dissapointed.

Nice hotel near city

Situated between Sibiu Airport and the city centre, sitting on the main road, was easy to find. Could not hear the road from my room. The staff were friendly and reception staff spoke good english, lucky for me as I don't speak Romanian.
The restaurant staff were just as nice but their English was not as good, but communicated ok.
Once in my room, first impressions were good, and clean. On closer inspection, the shower unit needed to be bigger (which is possible in that room). Mould was starting to form around the door runners.
Picture frames, mirror frames, bed frames and window frames need to be dusted.
Lastly, carpets need cleaning or changing as the room I was in had either trodden in mud or dirty water dripped all around the edge of the bed.
Although these are minor things in themselves, they tend to build up into big things.
All in all a great stay at the hotel.

we were given the room on the 4th floor that provide a queen bed, but the life goes to 3rd floor only. the room is quite small and is build on the attic. when we asked to change the location and was told only two single beds room left. my husband and i took the room on the 2nd floor since the room is a bigger. the towels are old. the tv is old too and there is no instruction to advise how to turn on the tv even the power is on untill my husband called the front desk to ask. very disappointed about everything. thank GOD, we only stay one night. this is worst than 2 stars hotel.

Good value 'budget' price hotel

The location is ideal if you're solely on an airport 'layover', and the price makes it competitive, even if the quality of the city centre hotels is missing. It's a nice hotel, with everything you need, but just lacks the 'spark' that would lift it into another review level.

Only if you stay in the new rooms

I stayed here for 2 nights, in different rooms, and then I realized why some reviews differ so much. Well, the rooms that can only be accessed by stairs are old rooms with no curtain and air conditioning, and it looked to be forgotten in time. The new rooms are comparatively much nicer.
The good.
1. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.
2. Rooms are spacious, old or new.
3. Breakfast selection is one of the best among the hotels I stayed in Transylvania.
4. Wi-Fi is strong and fast. ( not in the old room though)
5. Taxi arrangements are easily done by front desk. Comes with in 3 minutes.
6. One adult channel if you get really bored.
The bad.
1. No curtain in the old room, thin curtain in new room.
2. The matress quality is bad, especially in the old room, I could feel the spring.
3. Wi-Fi signal is weak in old room.
4. No in room safe.
5. Minimum two taxis per day from and to the hotel, totalling 24 lei, not much but it adds up.

Nice hotel outside the center

We were satisfied with the hotel services, staff and location, but it is located close to the airport, not to city center. However, taxi is very cheap there, so this is not a problem to reach the city. Wireless signal was unavailable in our room, but wired internet was provided through the cable (ask the receptionist). Breakfast is okay.

Very good standard of hotel, with good service. Used the hotel on a trip back home and was highly impressed. I would stay there again. Breakfast had a great selection too.. Recommended. Slightly out of town, but short ride in taxi, but this was not an issue for me. Airport is very close.
