Just at the entrance to the Old town. Do not use a hotel parking it's expansive. Download parking APP and pay $6 for 24 hours at any spots in the town. Breakfast is good. Do not like restroom in the room. It's all made from translucent glass.

I have been put in an unsafe and extremely dangerous situation by this hotel by receiving an electric shock from a damaged cable to a lamp which was live. I inadvertently touched the cable and has provided with a 240V shock, which in itself is danger to life.
Whilst I have informed the hotel in writing, I have received no written response or apology.

Well Located Large Hotel with some history

A good option if you prefer the big hotel experience. Some of the facilities didn't always seem open, such as the restaurant, and there wasn't a proper bar as you would normally find in a hotel of this size, but overall a convenient option, clean, with good service and well placed for all the main attractions.

The location is very close to the old town centre, where the touristic area of interest is. The property is very clean and in good condition.
Our bathroom required us to step in and out of the bathtub in order to shower. The bathtub was pretty high and getting in and out of it for showering purposes may not be suitable for older adults.

Good location is it’s best asset. I don’t like the smaller rooms and corridors, excessive stainless and glass This hotel would benefit from an expensive renovation to bring it back to its former glory. Breakfast was reasonably good. Price is good. Parking was 20 lei but I was happy to have it in front of the hotel. There are free spots if available. I stayed here a couple of times.

Stepping into the 1980 with dated decorations and basic setups. It was a warm day at the hotel but they didn’t turn on ac as it was “not the season”. 4 stars… hmmm closer to 2.5 stars

Superb location, dependable and well appointed

I stayed a night in a superior room here and enjoyed the superb location (at the crossroads between the Old town and modern part), the cleanliness, well-appointed room, very good breakfast and friendly staff. In particular the room had a tea and coffee machine, stocked minibar, free bottled water, a fluffy bed, and shower with movable handle. Individual toiletries, including brush kit and shave kit (!) as well as bathrobes and slippers were provided. Breakfast (7-10 on weekdays) was complex with sandwich ingredients, hot options (eggs, scramble, sausages, potatoes), tea, coffee, juices, sweets, pastries, muesli. The staff was friendly and efficient. Overall another greatly placed and dependable Continental hotel. I will return

Absolutely great hotel to stay. Right at the footstep of city hall.

Hotel itself is clean, with comfortable beds and all eminities. The breakfast is delicious with loads of choices.

Almost perfect

It's a nice hotel, in an old building. Because of that, bathrooms look improvised and cramped. The shower was defective. Otherwise, the furniture look new and is comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and staff was really helpful.

There are limited parking spaces, payable, and you have to be lucky to get one. We lost 1h every day trying to find payable parking near the hotel. Rooms look different then in the pictures. not updated, not clean. Definitely not returning there.

Nice Sibiu hotel.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better - literally just steps away from the old town. The staff was great, everyone was nice & helpful. Our hotel room was very spacious & clean, too; although the decor of the entire hotel is very dated. The bathroom was OK, there was mold on the shower edges. I loved the breakfast buffet, there was a nice selection of hot & cold foods & drinks. I would stay there again.

It’s a pretty standard hotel. The staff is impeccable. The rooms are generally clean and well-equipped. Ours had a bit of a leak in the shower-to-room wall, making a wet spot in the carpet (because it interestingly has not only a glass shower stall, but a glass bathroom). Nothing about the hotel is remarkably charming, however. Just nice.

Big business-oriented hotel with not very comfortable \"de luxe\" rooms. Aimed at large groups conferences. Not suitable for vacationing couples or small groups.

The hotel looks impressive and is in an excellent location, right within the town centre. It is only a few metres from the pedestrian area through the town centre.
The rooms are comfortable and the facilities were as described on the website. The air conditioning was spot on and very welcome in the heat of July. The room was very quiet and I couldn’t hear any noise from the rest of the hotel or the adjoining rooms.
The wifi was a bit patchy and varied as I moved around the room, but this may be because we were on the 3rd floor.
I will definitely stay there again.

Great location, very friendly staff, but there is a need for some carpet cleaning in the room, main stairs etc.
Other than that, breakfast was fairly ok, and of course the hotel should be considered as 3.5 stars, not 4.
Sibiu is a nice place to be, if you’re looking for a great location right in the center and at a walking distance from main attractions, this is the hotel to pick 🙂

Disappointing 4* hotel, much closer to 2*

Disappointed by this \"Continental\" hotel and I think it doesn't deserve to be in this chain at all. Had a deluxe room, the most expensive room you can get. Received in the first instance a tiny room with a bed between two walls, with 30 cm free on each side. The bathroom was so tiny as even my cat would be in difficulty to use it. The sink was placed on the corner, with no possibility to shave or wash your teeth due to lack of space. Wall was dirty, shower was tiny as well as the entire room. I refused to take this room and asked what is the difference between a normal room and a deluxe room, but nobody told me. The next day, the receptionist offered us a better room, with a reasonable bed and the sink had a normal mirror in front of it so I was able to use it normally. However, the size was also small. In the room you can find a Insspreso machine, but no coffee. The carpets on the hall ways are dirty. Disappointing hotel entirely.

Great location, room layout a bit awkward

Fantastic location right at the start of the pedestrian area. Reception staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very hot, we had to keep the window open all the time (we stayed end of November) even though it was all turned off. The bathroom was in the room separated by a glass panel. Not great for privacy, and the shower enclosure was very dark as there was no light. But decent size room, and would still recommend it.

Good location for Sibiu, Romania

The hotel is very well located and has a very nice lobby.
It is a very busy hotel with tourists from all over the world and I found that the front desk is very efficient and nice.
When we got to our room we were a little disappointed by the lack of space and, most of all, by the bathroom - it was tiny, no space for our personal bathroom stuff at all and not very clean, especially the shower cabin.
Also, they charge 40RON for 24 hour parking in front of the hotel, which is extraordinarily expensive for Romania. I could have left the car in a normal parking and not having to pay so much, or on an adjacent street for free.

Short pleasant stay in Sibiu

The hotel is close to the main street in Sibiu, Big and Small square are near. The window view is stunning.
Was a bit noisy around 23.00 PM, a club or a bar noise.
The room is quite well furnished, the bed is comfortable, the bath has glass walls. The price is fair, I recommend it.

Hotel is in a beautiful old building....palace?....with a pseudo modern renovation.
The major problem we found was ...the wifi DID NOT work in our room.
If you need wifi for your business (as we did). Don’t stay at this hotel.
