The definition of above and beyond for the guests. Kind and courteous to a T. Very mindful of their guests’ needs. They even have a Shirley’s built downstairs and a bar to cool down. Both are outstanding. With the recent renovation they had, and the amenities they provide, makes for a promising stay.

If looking for an average spot to stay 1-2 days, this place is fine, if looking for a resort, this is not the place.

But besides the shower (lack of water pressure), the place acceptable.

Housekeeping missed a few pretty important things to keep travelers from writing bad reviews. Maybe double checking the stuff in the toilet and removing the long hair on the white marble counter top in the bathroom is a good start.

Central location

I’ve stayed in this hotel a few times before so I’ve seen nice improvements. It’s location is ideal as it’s close enough drive to where I worked at. The one thing that I don’t appreciate is each afternoon when I go back the bathroom stinks of chlorox so bad I try to eliminate the odor by opening all doors. I mentioned this to receptionist but same day happened the following days. Parking is also an issue as the restaurant clients use same parking space.

The hotel is undergoing renovation, the room we stayed was renovated and very comfortable and clean. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, theres a 24/7 restaurant down stairs which is perfect for the later flights that come in Saipan.

Nice Hotel close to business district

Located on Middle Road in Saipan, within walking distance of the bar and business district in Garapan and the American Memorial Park. The best place to have breakfast is Shirley's which is located off of the lobby in the Century. Be sure to ask for mattress cover if you prefer a softer bed.

Staff members were very friendly and accommodating. Room key and room safe deposit box key is on a large numbered key chain. If lost, anybody can enter the room and steal the items in the safe. Room carpet looked old and very dusty. Shower drain was so slow that water was up to my ankle. Amenity basket had a very old towel lining with lots of hair in it. Should I say more? Good luck if you're planning to stay at this hotel.

직원이 엄청 친절하고, 객실도 나름 깔끔하고 깨끗했다! 화장실에 물이 좀 약해서 그러치 다른건 다 만족스러웠다. 피에스타호텔 수영장도 무료로 이용할수있고 갠찮았다.

Relaxing hotel with a restaurant

I came in from a late flight from Guam and was ready to settle in at a cozy hotel. It's a bit tricky to get to the main entrance because there's a bunch of cars parked in the front for the restaurant. I was dropped off so parking wasn't an issue.
Upon entering, I was greeted by the hotel's incredibly friendly staff. There are no elevators but one of the hotel's staff helped carry my luggage to the second floor.
The room was cozy and quiet but you can hear a slight mumbling from the television next door. There's a t.v. with cable and a small fridge. The best part was the 24 hour restaurant below. For the price, the restaurant serves HUGE portions of food. Overall, I had my money's worth sleeping at this hotel and would do it again.

Comforable hotels without frills

The Century Hotel is ideal for people who do not wants the frills of an expensive resort hotel. The rooms are comfortable and there is a 24 hour coffee shop in the lobby. The tourist area of Garapan is a short walk away and the hotel has a free shuttle to its sister hotel, the Fiesta Resort. Rooms are air conditioned and spacious. There is no elevator.

Nice budget hotel, newly renovated lobby

This hotel is well located for walking around Garapan. The rooms are good sized. The bathrooms tastefully renovated. The bed was a bit hard. I did not check on whether a mattress topper was available. Pillows were very firm foam...ok but different for me. The staff was pleasant and responsive to questions and requests for assistance.

The location of the hotel is within all premises.

The hotel is bit run down but housekeepers are doing great work. However it seems the renovations are endless, last time I was here they were renovating some of the rooms 8 years ago and now the first floor where Shirleys Coffee Shop used to. The AC System is not working properly.

Hotel under construction and it gets too noisy and hard to get in and out of the lobby, extremely difficult to find a parking spot due to local restaurant and gambling patrons. Carpet stained. Staff, however, was very friendly and accommodating.

The staff was very helpful. I checked the other hotels in the same price range and it was by far the pick of the litter. Clean, smelled good, no problems. I will stay there again next time. I was there for scuba diving and I can highly recommend Rie at MEI Divers.

Best to come here with better weather conditons

my stay here was pretty great, the bad thing was I got here after a storm hit the island. The streets were thrashed and the wonderful view of the hills was ruined. They had to off the power for 3 hours to save gas for the generator, so the mornings were pretty hot. Still, they had a great restaurant down stairs and decent wifi.

Lousy experience - checked-out early.

My stay was lousy, and I cut it from two nights to just the one. First, the pool was closed and yes, in Guam, I had hoped to be able to sit in the sun and jump in a pool without having to trek down to the ocean. Secondly, the internet service was horribly intermittent and I couldn't get any work done what-so-ever. I haven't even checked, I'm guessing I didn't get a refund for checking out early (even though I told them the first afternoon that I would be) but over all, I would ONLY consider staying here if you're absolutely desperate, otherwise, spend some extra money and pick someplace nicer.

Great hotel with a reasonable price

Great location just 2 or 3 blocks from the main strip, decent diner in the lobby. Hotel staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. They let me check in as soon as my room was ready instead of making me wait until 2 when I got there at 8am. Bathroom was a little outdated but clean. Beds were a bit hard for my taste but if you prefer a firm mattress you won't be let down. Would definitely stay again.

Decent hotel but not classy

The hotel was ok for its price. No elevators, so if you're given a room on the third floor, you have to walk.

It's in a rough neighborhood - at least that's how I saw it - so you should have a rental car if you want to go around.

The dining facility on the first floor is 24 hours, so you can get food any time you want. But again, it's not that fancy.

It's just ok for its price.

I usually stay at Century Hotel for my short business trips to Saipan. The location is great, it's clean, comfortable, has decent internet connection and service is good. I hope they keep the rates affordable…it was slightly higher this trip.

Nice hotel in nice area

The Century Hotel is a nice hotel in Garapan. Not fancy, but clean and convenient. It's very central and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The price is reasonable. I booked an airport transfer, but the hotel forgot to pick me up. I had to call them, which was a hassle as there was no pay phone at the airport and US cell phones don't work in Saipan. When I did reach the hotel by phone, they sent someone to pick me up quickly, and they did comp. the price of the airport transfer. I would stay here again if I were to visit Saipan.

Nice hotel in Garapan (tourist area)

The hotel is on Middle Road near downtown Garapan. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The in-house restaurant (Shirleys) has good food and is frequented by locals. The \"shared bathroom\" is actually an \"ensuite bathroom\" (not shared as in a youth hostel). The room was clean with nice amenities; something like a Days Inn quality. Overall it was good although I thought it was pricey. The airport shuttle was nice although I couldn't make a reservation so it was waiting for us at the airport. Still it was only a 15 minute wait.

Century Hotel is good value for money. Rooms are newly renovated, clean and fairly comfortable. Service is good and the staff are friendly. It is conveniently located in Garapan, close to both some business areas and tourist spots like DFS Galleria and Hard Rock Cafe, etc. The restaurant is not the healthiest but has good food and is open 24 hours. There are 2-3 groceries around the hotel and there's ample parking. My only frustration is the internet service...while there is sufficient wifi coverage around the hotel, my room was farthest from the router in our floor so I had limited connection and slow speed. Overall, quite satisfactory.

おすすめしません

一階の部屋を割り当てられたのですが、レストランを通り抜けて奥にある扉を開けたバックヤードのようなところにある部屋でした。
とてもジメジメしていてカビ臭い。
エアコンで除湿すれば少しはマシになるかと思ったが、エアコンもカビ臭いので効果なし。
フロントのおじさんはあまり英語が通じなくて、wifiパスワードをもらうのも苦労した。wifiもかなり遅いです。
フロントで呼んでもらうタクシーはボッタクリドライバーなので利用しない方がいいです。

メイン通りやビーチからは歩いて10分ほどあるので気になる人は近いホテルを選ばれた方が良いかもしれませんね　そのくらいは気にならないという方には良いかも　一階のレストランは美味しいです　いつも賑わってる感じしました。コーヒーはおかわりも出来ます。バーも入ってみたかったのです
施設はまあまあですかね　フロント方もレストランの方も愛想いいです。

ㅎㅎㅎ 가성비 짱 맞아오~~~
호텔 50미터 옆에 99센트슈퍼에 히마와리 슈퍼 다 있구요.
1층 셜리스는 메뉴 1개만 시켜도 2명이서 충분히 먹을 수 있을만큼 양많고 맛도 ㅇGOOD~~~~
프론트에 얘기하믄 피에스타 리조트 이용 팔찌를 주더라구요.. 셔틀 탈거냐고 묻고 ㅋㅋ. 저는 렌트카 타고 기냥 갔지만요.

단.. 직원들의 굉장한 서비스는 없어요.. 우리나라 모텔정도 느낌?
그래도 가격비 방도 엄청 크고 에어컨 빵빵~~^^♡♡
포트에 냉장고까지 다 갖췄어요.. 추천추천~~~~

3박 4일 솔직 후기

해변 가려면 좀 걸어가야 합니다. 화장실을 이용하면 물이 차는데 너무 오래 걸려 샤워기로 채워서 사용했으며, 에어컨에서 배기가스 냄새가 작동시킬 때마다 풍기곤 했습니다. 블로그 후기보면 1층 셜리스 식당을 매우 극찬하였는데 남자친구와 저는 정말 1도 공감할 수 없네요. 무엇보다 작년에 태풍 피해가 있던 곳이라 맛집도 많이 없어지고 볼 것도 없고 돈 아까웠어요. 저는 모르고 갔거든요.

직원도 친절하고 걸어서 시내까지 가는데 10분정도 걸리고요 침대는 느낌이 푸딩같았는데 개인적으로는 좋았어요ㅋㅋ단 물이 간수라서 예민하신 분들은 꼭 이부분을 체크하세요! 제 여동생은 물 때문에 피부가 뒤집어졌어요;;; 가격대비 좋지만 물갈이 심하신 분들은 다른 곳 추천합니다! 직원들도 친절해요!

가성비 괜찮음.

사이판숙소중 저렴한 호텔. 침대는 흔들여 예민한 사람은 둘이는 자기 힘들것 같아요.트윈침대가 싱글이긴 한데,초등 저학년까지는 4인 무리없이 잘수 있을것같음. 가라판 시내까지도 도보로 이동가능하고, 1층에 나름 맛집식당이 있으며,바로 옆에 마트가 있고, 히마와리 도시락도 가까워 위치도 괜찮음. 대신 전망을 전혀 없음.가성비 굿.

이용 후 장단점

장점은 친절한 직원, 1층에 위치한 맛있는 식당, 가라판에 위치해서 티갤러리아에 걸어서 5분 정도? 갈 수있는 위치,
호텔 옆에 있는 99센트 마트가 있어서 필요한 물건을 쉽게 구입을 할 수 있으나,
단점은 시설이 너무 많이 아쉽다.

호텔 위치랑 직원은 정말 만족스러워요

직원들은 정말 친절해요.하지만 호텔상태가 그닥 좋지않네요... 1시반쯤도착해서 체크인하는데 방이 청소가 아직 안됬다고 30분만 기달려 달라하셨는데 1시간30분을 로비에서 멍하니 기다림...투어 끝내고 바로 온거라 너무 힘들었다.
룸청소상태는 별로...바닥이 카펫같은 재질이라 안깨끗한느낌...
테라스문은 안잠김...잠그는게 고장나있었음..화장실 수도꼭지가 많이 녹슬었지만 수압은 정말 쎄서 만족스러움.

저렴한 피에스타 리조트에 가서 피에스타 수영장과 마이크로 비치를 즐길 수 있어서 좋았고, 위치도 좋은 편이며 무엇보다 1층 레스토랑 음식이 정말 맛있습니다. 제가 만난 현지인들이 로컬푸드 식당으로 추천한 곳이기도 해요! 다만 드라이어가 없다는 게 아쉬웠습니다~

가성비 대비 좋습니다.

직원들은 모두 친절했습니다.공항픽업 서비스는 인당 12불지불하면 됩니다. 청결도는 무난한 수준이고 전반적으로 깔끔하지만 침구가 눅눅한 느낌은 있습니다. 피에스타 연계되어있어서 수영장과 마이크로비치 이용한점 좋았습니다. 피에스타는 손목에 놀이동산처럼 채워주는것 끼고 보여주면 인당 수건한장씩 줍니다. 가라판 시내랑은 거리가 있어서 다니기 조금 불편했고, 근처에 24시간 마트와 히마와리 슈퍼 도시락 이용한것은 편리했습니다. 연인이랑 가는것은 비추이고 간단한 가족여행은 추천할만합니다.

침대 매트리스가 너무 출렁거리는것 빼고 다 좋았어요. 매트리스는 저는 혼자자서 좋았는데 한침대에 같이 자는 분들은 고려하셔야 할 것 같아요. 전체적으로 깔끔하고 쾌적했고 위치도 좋고 밑에 셜리스 식당이 24시간 해서 진짜 잘 이용했습니다. 친절한 직원분들때문에 점수 플러스 되는게 큰 것 같아요. 피에스타 호텔 수영장도 잘 이용했고, 탁구시설까지 같이 이용했는데 부모님이 정말 좋아하셨습니다. 피에스타까지 직원분에게 말하면 금방금방 태워주시고 저녁 6시 전에 피에스타 측 카운터에 말하면 센추리 호텔에서 데려오신다고도 했는데 저희는 저녁먹을겸 걸어왔어요. 가깝기도 했고 오는길도 거의 쭉 직진하면 센츄리라 길잃을 걱정도 없었습니다. 밤에는 티비켜고 같이 영화봤었는데 조금 끊기긴 하지만 화질 좋고 잘봤어요. 그리고 저희가 머무를때는 비와서 테라스에 수영복이 다 젖었었는데 피에스타에서 센츄리 가는 길에 25센트로 1달러 넣으면 세탁기 쓸 수 있는 곳이 있더라구요. 저희는 거기에서 작은 세재사서 세탁하고 건조까지해서 공항으로 갔어요. 세탁기가 커서 금방 되더라구요. 히와마리 호텔도 가까워서 부모님이랑 간단하게 도시락 사러 갈때 좋았습니다. 호텔 위치가 여러모로 대만족이였어요. 워낙 만족하셔서 다시가도 또 이용할 것 같습니다. 가성비 생각하면 너무 좋은듯요

전반적으로 만족

가격대비 만족했습니다. 후기에는 직원분들이 엄청 친절하다고 들었는데, 그 정돈 아니었지만..
그냥 전반적으로 가격대비 괜찮은 숙소라고 생각해요. 가라판 시내와는 도보로 움직이기에는 살짝 거리가 있지만 그렇다고 그렇게 멀진 않아서 한 낮에 더운 날씨만 아니면 걸을만한 거리 입니다.
드라이기가 없어서 리셉션에서 빌려서 사용했고, 엘레베이터가 없어서 캐리어 들고 움직이기 조금 불편했습니다.

Close to a chinese store with most fruit selling there in this Island. Comfy bed. Small balcony can hang washed clothes.
As it’s Fiesta sister hotel, we can call free shuttle bus to Fiesta and enjoy spa service.

가성비갑이 최고인 호텔입니다.

여행내내 자매 3명이 여기서 묵었어요.여러개의 옷걸이와 베란다가 있어 옷말리기에도,좋았고,아래층에 24시 셜리스가 있어 식사하기 편했어요.스테이크도 맛있고,까르보나라도 맛있었지만, 갈비탕은 짜서 뜨거운물을 두컵이나 붓었어요.

장단점이 있으나 대체적으로 만족

위치가 정말 좋고 피에스타까지 셔틀 이용 및 수영장 이용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 1층 셜리스에서도 식사를 간단히 해결할 수 있어서 좋았어요. 호텔 바로 옆에 과일가게랑 작은슈퍼도 있고 위치는 진짜 최고. 그런데 방에 냄새가 정말 심각한 수준이었고.. 수건은 하루에 2장만 주고 추가 수건은 요금을 따로 내야 했네요. 그래도 베란다가 있어서 빨래 말리기 좋았어요. 방을 3개 이용했는데 그중 하나는 에어컨이 제대로 안돼서 너무 더웠고 또 하나는 샤워기가 물이 이상하게 나오고 약간의 시설적 낙후는 있습니다. 그래도 위치나 가격을 따져봤을때 가성비는 최고인 것 같네요.

잠깐 들리는 숙소

말 그대로 하룻밤 온전히 묵기엔 아쉬운 곳이에요. 새벽비행기라 잠만자고 나오려고 묵었는데 엘리베이터가 없어서 너무 고생했네요. 그래도 직원들은 친절했어요.

가성비 굿인 호텔, 새벽 비행기타고 올때 사용하는 호텔로는 굿. 그리고 붙어있는 식당이 24시간이면 나름 사이판에서도 맛집임~^

욕실이 너무 지저분했어요ㅠ 바닥에 맨발로 밟기가 불편함

사진에는 레노베이션 되어 아주 내부가 새건물로 보였는데 실물과 많이 달랐어요 ㅠ출입문 손잡이 욕실에 수도꼭지, 욕조 실리콘 처리가 특히 노후로 많이 되어 지저분해 보였음

개인적으로 너무 별로임.

새벽 4시45분 출국이라 차렌트하여 놀고 짐정리하고 잠시 자다가 출국할 계획으로 전날 급하게 호텔 예약을 하여 3층 방을 받았는데~
이 호텔에 들어가자마자 여러번 놀람.
엘리베이터가 없어서 놀라고, 방에 들어갔더니 소파와 카페트도 지저분해보여 놀라고, 에어컨을 틀었더니 냄새나서 놀라고, 욕실 수전들이 너무 오래되고 더러워서 놀람. 씻지 못하고 출국하였음.

전반적으로 좋았으나 엘리베이터가 없어서 큰짐은 옮기기가 조금 불편했습니다.. 1층 로비옆에 셜리스 식당이 있는데 거기 음식이 상당히 맛있었습니다.
