Nice stay!!!

This is a really nice place to stay! You will need a car but can also walk to the beach, coffee shop a few other places. Our room was clean when we arrived and was cleaned daily. That is my number one thing when I am traveling.
The staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay there again!

The hotel doesn't have elevators so it was difficult carrying our luggages up 6 flights of stairs and vs versa, no bell staff for assistant either.

I liked the service, the gardens are pretty with places to sit, and the family room is large with cold ac and hot water. It only took me a couple of minutes to walk to the beach.
The bathroom and kitchen need updating, and I would have liked to see a microwave in the kitchen. It was unclear online whether or not the pool is an amenity for hotel guests. I was told it was undergoing maintenance during my stay.

It was an over all great experience, happy to have chosen this hotel.With it’s budget friendly price, the amenities and facilities are worth it. The room is clean, their garden is really nice, plenty plants and flowers. Very refreshing and relaxing to sit in their room’s private terrace. Staff’s are very approachable and friendly. Felt safe at night because they closed their gate. Location is just perfect, walkable to beach and very near to restaurants and different shops. Will definitely check in again☺️

Likes: They close the gates at night and it brings peace of mind. Flowers and fruits planted around the area.

Dislikes: Miscommunication within the staff. They tell you one thing and the other person changes it. I told them i needed a close parking due to my injury. They gave me a room that was a challenge for me to walk. They tried to charge me more by telling me they have me a discounted rate but I already paid through expedia. They told me 40 a night but originally 45.

Beach Garden Manor - Saipan 2020

Was on island for a short business trip. Beach Garden had everything I was looking for. Quiet area, rooms were super clean, all the amenities one would expect at a moderate priced hotel on a remote island. Beds are firm but not unbearable. Front desk staff was very friendly and assisted me with a couple of non-hotel issues I needed help resolving

3rd World Hotel

Staff was friendly and nice. We requested for a room downstairs, since my wife has bad knees - arthritis. They gave us the room, but it was not fit for handicapped persons. The beds were very hard; there was no mattress, only the box spring. In the bathroom, the sliding door to the shower was missing, so when you showered, the water splashed all outside to the tile floors. It was so slippery when you stepped outside, we almost slipped. The air conditioner was not that cold and when we returned from shopping, it was turned off. The location of the hotel was convenient; close to all roads and shopping centers. Wifi was a bit weak. Because of the impending typhoon, we had to cut short our stay. We were NOT reimbursed for our one day which we did not stay there. We will NOT be going back to this hotel. We felt like we were in a 3rd World.

Nice hotel close to downtown Saipan

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel starting from check-in to check-out. The hotel staff were friendly and hospitable. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

It's Alright

I stayed for 3 days in an apartment type room. The place was large for myself and I rarely stayed in the room. They had outdated cooking supplies but I think they were leftovers from other guests. It is located away from the main tourist spot so no foot traffic if you like a quiet area.

Absolutely horrible experience.

The guy at the front desk couldn't comprehend that I was alone, but Expedia lists two people as the default. He kept looking at the sheet, then looking at me, then said \"but there should be two people\". I couldn't get him to understand that I was indeed traveling alone, despite the fact Expedia's info said two people. I finally had to tell him my wife got sick and couldn't make it.

After we got past that, he issued me my role of toilet paper for the stay, and pointed to the sign that lays out how many towels will be provided to each room.

I felt someone safe behind the numerous bars guarding the doors and windows, but not very safe that I was staying in a place that required such protection.

The room itself hadn't been updated in the past 15 years, and likely housed a meth lab before me.

On a positive note, the AC worked great. Just don't think about stealing the AC remote, as it has the room number etched on.

Also make sure you bring plenty of bottled water, as the faucet water isn't potable.

When you pack up the bottled water, make sure you bring soap for the shower. None of that silly soap provided for you by the hotel.

When it came time to check out, the front desk clerk did a thorough inspection of the room (with me in tow), probably to count the number of towels (2 big towels and 2 hand towels per room, nothing more) and to make sure I didn't try to steal the AC remote.
I could write more, but I'm out of space. Stay away

Some rooms had Chinese only tv, make sure you specify that you need English tv
The air cons are a little undersized for the room so it takes a little while for the room to cool off

A good hotel for the price

The room had a few minor flaws i.e. scuffs on the wall, not perfect finishing on the floors, doors, wall trim, etc... But, it was very comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was very attentive and polite. It's a very short walk to the beach and the walking trail along beach road, and just a few minute drive form the town center of Garapan. I would recommend this room to any budget conscious traveler.

The hotel was very pleasant. The only complaint the i experienced was we could never get connected to the Internet. Never was able to get a sinsl even with several attempts with office manager. Told them they need to get mor routers in the hotel for better signal. Had to go to McDonalds to get signal very easy.

Very helpful staff clean modern rooms

Hotel was clean and modern, the staff where very helpful. A rental car is recommended to access this part of the island as it is a few miles from the airport although a taxi would be fine but a rental car would be better as the main center is more accessable by car as it is probabley a mile or so up the road.

Quite and away from the tourists traps

This is a quote hotel a block off both of the main roads. As such it is nice and quite without any people partying around you. It is therefore hard to get food as there is a short walk to anything, (20mins to town), But there are a lot of places that will pick you up and take you to their restaurant for free. The staff are the most helpful I have ever come across and were amazing and could not do enough for me. It is a short walk to the beach and because it is outside town, you have the beach to yourself. But like a lot of places in Saipan, they have the very hard beds. If you like quite and away from the tourists traps this is a nice place.

하루 정도 숙박하기 괜찮음

새벽 비행이어서 여행 마지막 날에 저렴한?$70 숙소로 묵었는데 룸은 무척 깨끗하고 넓었음. 건물은 중국을 연상케 함. 욕식 바닥이 타일이어서 상당히 미끄러워 너머져 무릎을 다침. ㅠ.ㅠ 침대 매트리스는 스프링이 느껴짐 ㅠ.ㅠ

Have a car? Yes! No car? You will suffer.

Hotel itself it was very convinient,spacy & clean room at good price. But it is located a bit far from Garafan, downtown therefore you feel a bit unconfortable if you do not have a car. In addition its location is a bit residencial area therefore you can hear ROOSTER's sound every early morning which makes you wake up earlier.

새벽 도착으로 저렴하길래 예약했습니다. 청소상태는 좋았는데 너무 오래되서 그런지 욕실상태가 너무 안좋았어요 ㅠ 그리고 예약할때 분명 방 3개짜리로 예약했는데, 새벽에 도착하니 방 1개, 방2개 이렇게 나눠서 주더군요. 가족여행이라서 일부러 방 3개짜리로 한건대... 새벽이라 너무 피곤해서 그냥 넘어갔습니다. 그리고 새벽 5시부터 계속 닭이 울더군요. 한숨도 못자고 결국 체크아웃했습니다. 다음부턴 새벽도착이라고 저렴한숙도 예약안할거에요.

별다른 편의시설은 없고 그냥 잠자기 편한 숙소입니다
T겔러리아까진 해변길 도보로 20분 걸리고 아침에 해안 따라 조깅하기 편해요

중심지에서는 거리가 꽤 있지만 시설만으로는 만족스러운 호텔

저희는 6명 단체였고, 6명이 쓰는 방은 제일 꼭대기층(4층)으로 배정되었습니다. 엘리베이터가 없어 난감했는데, 여자 손님들을 위해서 가방을 직원들이 옮겨주는 센스를 보여줬습니다 :)
시설도 매우 깨끗했고 청소도 깔끔하게 해주셨습니다. 에어콘도 빵빵!!
카운터에는 라면이나 물 같은 필요한것들이 팔아서 매우 편했고
카운터 직원들도 매우 친절하셨습니다 ~
중심지랑 조금 거리가 있고, 저희는 렌트를 따로 하지 않아 숙소까지 걸어오는 길이 조금은 힘들었지만
여행지에서 찬찬히 걸어다니며 바다를 보면서 올 수 있어 그마저도 너무 좋았습니다 :)

不清潔沒服務絕不再住

附近沒有賣東西的Market, 水要到前台買兩美金。有停車位，這裡的水是泳池的味道，洗了衣服也是一股氯氣的味。浴室牆壁有蚊子屍體在牆上也沒有清潔，浴室有幾只蚊子，裝修近幾年似有翻新過但還是有老舊的感覺，門鎖開時比較複雜，凳桌沒清潔有污跡，毛巾舊舊的，走路到dfs要20分鐘，沒有Bus可搭，check in本來寫一點鐘，但第一天兩點鐘到還要等二十分鐘。枕頭軟又扁，床很硬，我不喜歡彈簧式的軟床喜歡硬的，但這也實在太硬了。浴簾短，水一定會弄濕外面，連住時浴室都沒有清潔好，瓷磚有污跡。豪華雙人房洗澡是個水花四濺很差的手提式花灑頭，雙人房是在頭頂不能移動的蓬蓬頭。電視約有21寸大小，中文電視台只有一個中天綜合台。唯一可取的是空調是沒有問題的，冰箱也是可以用的，有梳妝檯但自己要擦乾淨，衣櫃看似很多塵不敢用。向來不住貴價酒店，實話實說，絕對不再考慮入住，這是廉價公寓不是酒店，和國內一百多人民幣的七天相若。
之前住了幾天再在hotels.com有一天的預訂，胖胖的段髮普通話女職員說我們沒有預訂，把預訂單都給她看了還說沒有接到網站的通知，已叫她查清楚她硬說沒有，叫我們自己聯絡網站，但我們急著出去呀，她要求我們在十一點要回去收拾東西，否則就把我們東西拿走。沒理她，出去了十二點鐘回來後又說找到預訂了但房型價格不同我們應該知道，在不同網站預訂當然價格會不同，客人怎麼會知道有什麼區別呢？！你安排我住哪裡就哪裡好嗎？!明明寫著一點可以入住她硬說兩點，跟她爭辯才說會收拾房間，跟她吵了兩次都煩死了。她還瞪大眼睛態度惡劣，一點服務態度都沒有，一付對方不對的嘴臉明明是自己一錯再錯。我還沒投訴呢！之前住的角落房根本收不到WiFi,要坐在房外凳子上網，蚊子又多。續住一天換了106房就有WiFi,朋友投訴浴室怎麼有蚊子。原來豪華雙人房比雙人房貴二十多美金只是多了個偏廳和瓦斯爐和一些不乾淨的餐具，豪華雙人房只有一塊皂就什麼都沒了，雙人房會有洗頭水沐浴露和牙刷，怎麼會這麼大區別？立刻覺得訂豪華雙人房冤了，還要110美金呢！最生氣是前幾天那角落房內收不到WiFi, ,悶死了。導演說我們房價貴，但新年之前房子都訂滿了沒有選擇嘛。
