The person that checked us in did not provide good customer service. I asked, “Which way to the room,” and she asked the security guard to help us. Had it not been for the security guard, we would have struggled to find the room.

The room needed a deep cleaning. The ceiling fan had built up dust and a cob web was hanging by the front door. The toilet area stunk. The room was not cleaned during our stay…the beds were made and the trash was removed. We had to call the front desk for toilet paper.

The food/drinks were overpriced and not good. We ordered room service and the utensils were dirty and my “gourmet” pizza was doughy. My mango margarita was $12 and I did not taste any alcohol (or feel the effects of alcohol).

The best part of our stay was the view and drinks prepared by Vin the bartender.

This is probably the best hotel on island. We’ve stayed in different properties over the years, but ARC is the most genuine and Saipan-like. The staff are always ready to work for you and are super pleasant and professional. The food is totally decent and the bar is absolutely capable. We had Sunday brunch which was great plus they serve actual champagne for the free flow!! The rooms are comfortable if a wee dark. Everything is clean but perhaps a bit dated. But it’s Saipan! The location is ideal, far from the gritty Garapan but close enough to pop in for dinner and shopping. We love being so close to our fave beach. Wish the hotel will put a little more effort into the pool area, like more loungers and table’s with shade for dining. Bar service at the loungers? Oh, and clean those loungers!!! Beach view and access is blocked unnecessarily from pool area too. But the staff is amazing, and Saipan’s charns make everything all right!

This reminded me about a resort in Goa and the Marriott on St. Thomas. Something like a cross between the two.

As you go up the front stairs you see right through to the pool and ocean like in Goa. It is not as primitive an area as Goa but the waterfront is less inviting than St. Thomas.

The beach waterfront is protected by the coral reef encircling Saipan. The beach is pleasant enough but there is no surf to play in and lots of coral and other types of life in the shallow water between the beach and the reef.

I wished I had brought a snorkel and mask. Don't really need fins because you are just floating around in relatively shallow water. (I could have rented but I was there for work and really didn't have the time.)

Going beyond the reef is not recommended. Coral is fragile and it will also cut you up badly with a minor brush. There is a snorkeling excursion that takes you beyond the reef.

The property is quite charming. The sunsets are the most colorful I have ever seen.

Received a complimentary room upgrade upon check in, the hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating, the pool was huge and the swim up bar made it that much better, and the overall hotel was very quiet. Very peaceful and safe. The best loco mocos over ever eaten!

My three kids love the deep pool(4.8m!!). They have been playing all the day in that.
Foods are good and the crews are very kind(except 1 lifeguard). I hope my family can visit there again. Thanks to all the guys there!

Location is a bit remote from downtown, but there’s shuttle bus every hour. The sea is great but the beach is almost rural. There are thousands of sea cucumbers on the shallows and U have to go through all those creatures and small stones. I gave up and just enjoy the ocean view from room.

Great place for a couple or family.

Great place. Ocean front, nice rooms, comfortable beds & very friendly staff. Good hotel bars & restaurants, some with live entertainment. There is a free shuttle bus to town (every hour, takes about 10 minutes). The pools are very nice too. The only disappointment is the internet speed and stability. We would surely stay there again if going back to Saipan.

Every time we travel to Saipan we stay at the Aqua Resort and so glad we did this time! Somehow my reservation through Expedia had that I requested two twin beds instead of a king... Anyway, I went to the front desk and they easily upgraded me... but even better, a room wasn't immediately available however I had to get ready for a very formal dinner so the staff instructed me to just shower and get ready in the temporary room, leave my luggage and they would transfer it for me.... this is the kind of service you would expect from a much pricier hotel. Aqua will remain my number one choice when I come back to the island.

Pleasing to the eye and the senses.

Love staying at this hotel without the hubbub of noise from people. Instead, you have the sounds of the ocean and the fairy terns in and among the botanical bungalow setting. Perfect!

Their pool is nice and has a swim up bar, which is convenient. The views and the beach is breathtaking.

This hotel is the best in Saipan!

We stayed there 5 nights and it was one of the best hotel experience we have ever had. The hotel is located right on the beach about 10 minutes drive north of the Garapan tourist area. It is beautifully designed so that the rooms are in small clusters of 11 - 12 rooms per 2-floor building. All rooms open to the exterior. The gardens surrounding each building make it feel like you are separated from other guests. There are two large swimming pools (although one was under maintenance while we were there). If you want a beach front room, be sure to book a room in building 6, and ask for a ground floor room. You will be able to walk around 60 feet across the grass and be right on the beach. Our room was large, well-appointed, very clean, and very quiet. They rearranged the two twin beds into one king bed for us at no additional charge. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, every request was met with a smile and handled immediately. Food at the restaurant was also very good with a large variety of choices for western, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean guests. So, if you a looking for a quiet 5-star place to stay outside of the Garapan area, this is where you want to be! It is not surprising that local residents in Saipan tell you this is the best hotel on the island.

The resort starts to be a little outdated. The finish and maintenance have to improve. The location is superb but the resort does not use it in full. The deep pool is under refurbishment which should be finished by middle of April. No prewarning of the works when booking. Breakfast did not meet the cost. In general well satisfied.

Requested a late check out the day I checked in...two days later, I was going to check out and I kindly reminded them of my late check out.

With no eye contact and an attitude, the two female front desk staff told me about the cost and said it was subject to availability as if I couldn't afford it. Instead of apologizing that they were unaware, and offered me a solution they just threw me and my guest an attitude....everything was great until I was treated far differently than a Asian tourist...just because I'm local, does not mean I'm not with means.

Back when I resided in saipan, I chose Aqua as my preference to hold my trainings. I'm sure they appreciated it as this when the economy was at an all time low.

Now that the economy is at a upswing, there was no reflection from the past. People who work for any organization should know the history and be very thankful for any guest that chooses to reside. I was embarrassed.

Never again we will stay there.

Room is a bit old style & not every room is clean thoroughly, the house keeping is a problem. 180 sea view in front of hotel & beach is clean with clear water, but no safeguard from the hotel there. Swimming pool is quite small with an unfriendly safeguard, so this really ruined our holiday's mood... Most hotels in Saipan are very old, so there's no better option besides this one.

My overall experience at Aqua Resort Club was great. I felt very welcomed and the entire staff was very nice. However, there was an unfinished yogurt in the refrigerator that was probably left by the previous guest who stayed in our room. Other than that, our stay at this resort was wonderful.

A great stay, outstanding food, service, etc. Incredible value for money.New years eve was brilliant and the dinner show group were such a pleasure to watch they really looked like they were enjoying themselves.
The only improvement I'd make would be a little bit more facilities for the kids. There is a great big feild next to the hotel and they could quite easily put a climbing frame there or something.

Used to stay at PIC in late 90's with small children multiple times during spring break. Aqua Resort has more of secluded beach and away from the local town.. Beach access right outside of the patio was excellent. Friendly staff. NO good internet connection! A bit better in the lobby area but still not good at all.

Disapointed for the money it cost!

The lobby and pool area was fabulous, with awesome views, but the rooms were outdated. The WIFI and hot water were spotty and unreliable. It defiantly wasn't worth the $310 a night I paid! Also for that kind of money I would have expected an elevator to the second floor rooms instead of having to carry my luggage up the stairs!

Very nice hotel and away from the bustle of downtown. Well maintained and the rooms were very comfortable. Two minor issues: The fitness center is not open 24 hours(8AM to 10PM) and complimentary water is only provided on the day of check-in.

Private Getaway in Saipan

The hotel is very private being located away from the downtown area on the island which is where the Fiesta & Hyatt Regency are located. Although a little ways (10-15 minutes) from the downtown area on the island, there's a free shuttle bus that will take hotel guests to/from downtown. Make sure to get the timetable from the reception staff.

Feeling more like a private suite than a typical hotel due to the fact that all of the rooms are either on the first or second floor, the hotel is ideal for couples and families alike that are looking for a very relaxing vacation.

The hotel offers a breakfast and lunch buffet with many choices of food to satisfy everyone's appetite in addition to having a BBQ dinner by the beach side.

There was one brief instance where there wasn't any hot water for the shower but the staff quickly attended to our issue and solved it so we could take a hot shower.

If given the opportunity to travel to Saipan again, the Aqua Resort Club will be our first choice for booking accommodations. The staff were courteous and forth coming in making sure that our stay was much enjoyed.

Great property, great staff and great experience. Couldn't have really asked for much more.

It was a great hotel. good view, food, quiet neighborhood.
But there was some dirty stuff in the towels.

There was a big earthquake when i stayed there, but there was no any announcement so we need to search by ourself even almost every room is facing on the beach. Luckly there was no tsunami, still it would be nice if they announce somthing.

Four nights stay a bit too long. Also, on three of this nights people were making quite a bit of noise very late into the night (2am~3am) presumably returning from the casinos. Check-in process was quick but very poor quality (just hand you a bunch of papers and a key).

Staying at the Aqua Resort Club was the best decision I could have made going to Saipan! The moment you enter the resort, you are greeted with soothing music, warm smiles and sincere \"hello's\" from the staff! In all honesty, I have never been so impressed by a hotel staff before. They are MORE than willing to help with any of your questions or needs and are all around beautiful people! The facility is absolutely exquisite, full of radiant flowers and lush foliage. My room was perfectly accommodating and had a breathtaking view of the ocean and Saiapan sunset. The food was extremely good! My spa experience was unparalleled! Overall, my stay at the Aqua Resort Club exceeded all of my expectations and I will definitely be returning. Thank you Aqua Resort Club for a relaxing and rather enjoyable vacation experience!

母の為に一階の部屋をリクエストし
6号棟の一階のスイートに宿泊しました。

BBQショーやシーフードビュッフェなどを楽しみました♪
サイパンは今、街は何処も閉店してしまい
街自体が寂しくなってしまいましたが…
街に行かずともリゾート内で十分楽しめます♪
リゾート内のマリンツアーはオススメで
73歳になる母は人生で初めてのシュノーケリングツアーを2日間も楽しみました♪
部屋からのビーチの眺めも素晴らしく
ゆったりした時間を過ごせました
スタッフの方々も皆さん親切です

室内は清潔で、心地よく過ごさせていただきました。クリスマス前だったのでエントランスのイルミネーションも可愛かったです。またスタッフの皆様も親切で、私の完璧ではない英語でもちゃんと答えてくださいました。カフェにあるおにぎりやサンドイッチも美味しかったです。次回行く時はそのカフェをフル活用して節約できそうだな、と思いました。
市内まではタクシーを利用しましたが、基本ホテル内でのんびり過ごすスタイルなので不便はありませんでした。また利用したいと思います。

今回３度目の滞在です
客室は勿論、ロービからヴィラへの通路もいつも綺麗に手入れがされていてどの部屋に滞在しても気持ちよく過ごせそうです。
スタッフは皆さん親切で明るく対応してくれます。
今回フィットネスジムを使用したのですが器具は少し古いものの工夫次第では色々なトレーニングが可能でした。
強いて言えばバーベルやバーなどの錆び汚れがウェアに付いてしまった事が少し気になりました。
街からは少し離れていますがレストランやマリンツアーなども有りリゾート内で過ごすのは快適です♪

今回は１年ぶり２度目の滞在です
去年宿泊した部屋は３号棟の２階オーシャンヴューでしたが今回は４号棟１階オーシャンヴューでした
一人旅なので１階は不安かと思ったのですが…
セキュリティがしっかりしていて警備の方が頻繁に見回りをしてくれているので安心でした。
プールの老朽化が少し気になりますが…リゾート内は常に清潔感が有り快適です。
スタッフの方々もフレンドリーで片言の英語でも快く対応してくれます。
１つ気になったのはシャワーが温水と水が交互に出てくる事です、私個人的にはビーチで遊んだ後の水シャワーは気になりませんが…水シャワーが苦手な方や小さなお子さんは気になるかも知れません
今回の旅はシュノーケリング目的だったので目の前がビーチのこのリゾートは最高でした。
ビーチに有るアクアマリンスポーツのニモシュノーケリングツアーを利用したのですが…１人でも快くボートを出していただき楽しい時間を過ごせました。
家族やカップルも多くどんな旅スタイルにも合いそうです。

사이판이 코로나 타격을 받아서 그런지 이 리조트도 유명한 리조트임에도 불구하고 리조트 내 식당들이 많이 닫혀 있어서 아쉬웠습니다. (스페인 요리 식당, 바베큐 식당 등 - 이용 불가) 시내 가는 택시 서비스도 비싸서 좀 아쉬웠어요! 그래도 직원들은 친절했고 조식을 그럭저럭 먹을만했어요~

ガラパンから少し離れてるので落ち着いた地域で静かです。
ホテルのプールは小さいですしサンセットバーベキューも今は無くなったのが残念です。
古さも感じますが高層では無くヴィラタイプなので移動は楽です。部屋のエアコンの効きが少し良くないかなと感じました。
レストランの週末ビュッフェは良いですね。
シーフードビュッフェ美味しかったです。
日本人スタッフ2人の方とお話しましたがとても助かりました。
今のサイパンのホテルに宿泊する事を考えるとハイアットが閉業し　ほとんどが韓国系ホテルなのでアクアリゾートクラブサイパンは日本人にはありがたいホテルだと思います。
総合的に良いホテルです。

新婚旅行からの20年ぶりの利用でしたが、変わりなく、スタッフの皆さんの温かいおもてなしや対応が素敵なホテルでした。
サンセットBBQがオススメ！記念日と言うことで、お祝いの歌やケーキをプレゼントしていただき感動でした。ゲストも楽しめる参加型のショーも盛り上がり、南国気分を味わえました。
お肉は食べきれないボリュームです。

部屋にはお手紙やワインまで用意していただき、スタッフ皆さんからcongratulationsと声をかけていただきうれしかったです。
レストランのアラカルトメニューも　種類豊富なモーニングも大満足。日本人向けの味でした。

工事中で少し騒音も気になりましたが、オーシャンサロントの部屋は最高です。非日常な世界を過ごせました。

部屋は少し古さは感じますが、清潔感があり気になりませんでした。シャワーの水圧も弱くなく、アメニティーも豊富で快適でした。
ミネラルウォーターやジュースビールも　部屋のものが無料で飲める点もよかったです。

ベッド横にコンセントがあると　スマホ充電など更に便利だなと思いました。
スリッパも毎日変えてもらえると　気持ちいいかなと思いました。
ベランダで洗濯を干すラックがあるといいなと思いました。

飛行機の便の時間帯や曜日など　日本から行きやすくなればもっと利用される方が増えるのに残念です。サイパンも素敵な国なのでぜひ多くの人に訪れてもらえたらなぁと思います。

ホテルと違いコテージなのでプライベートは守られます。昔、木村拓哉さんと工藤静香さんもプライベートで宿泊されたホテルです。エントランスは開放的で正面にはプールとマリンブルーの海が見渡せ、景色は最高に良いです。プールバーもあり、水着のまま軽食やアルコールを飲む事もでき便利です。フロントには日本人のスタッフもいて英語が喋れなくても大丈夫です。後、サイパンの他のホテルはビーチに軟派する外人が大勢いますが、アクアはそういう危ない外人もいないので、女性の一人旅も安心です。
私も一人旅で何回も宿泊していますが、一人でも全然楽しめるのでサイパンの宿はアクアリゾートに決めています。

아주 만족합니다! 오션뷰는 예상대로 너무 좋았고, 가든뷰는 생각보다는.. 심플했지만 전반적인 시설, 넓은 방, 친절한 스태프분들 모두 만족스러웠습니다.

お部屋の清掃が遅い。マニャガハツアーから夕方5時半頃帰ってきて、夕飯までにシャワーを浴びてのんびりしたかったのにまだ清掃されておらず、タオルも変えられていなかった。仕方ないのでジャグジーに行った。ある時の夕飯に事前にサンセットBBQを予約しておいたが、予約が通っておらず、謝罪もなく急遽作られた座席で対応された。フロントとの情報連携が全然なっていない。
いいホテルとのクチコミを見て決めただけにとても残念。せっかくの思い出が所々台無しになった。
もうここは使わないと思います。

로비에서 탁트인 바다를 보니 블로그에서 보던대로 감탄하고 첫인상 굿! 그러나 체크인때 손님이 알아서 기다렸다 눈치껏 차례봐서 해야하는 분위기에 기분이 상함. 방으로 들어가는 길에 휴지통 있는 곳에서 담배피는 사람들 때문에 피해갈수도 없고 괴로움. 조식부페는 저 같은 경우는 3일 김치찌개에 밥에 계란후라이에 배불리 먹었네요... 케빈스립은 영업끝났는데도 우리가 먹고싶다하니까 받아주시드라구요... 그래도 다른 시내에 있는 리조트 선택안하고 이국의 정취를 느낄수 있는 아쿠아리조트 선택에는 만족합니다.

호텔수영장과 아름다운해변이 있어서 스노쿨링도하며 즐거운시간을보낼수 있었다 그리고 저녁에는 해변가에서 선셋을보며 식사도할수있게 바베큐식사와 공연이 있었다

中心地から離れており、ホテル以外で食事や買い物をしたい場合、DFSの無料バス等を利用する必要がある。

場所は街から少し離れたところにあり、静かでよかった。建物も大規模なホテルでなくコテージのような造りで、ベランダから海や庭が見えてとてもリラックスできる環境でした。のんびりする目的だったので満足です。
ただ、サンセットBBQディナーを試したが、とても酷かった。金額が高いのに大した内容・量でなく、カニはスカスカで　とても不味くてガッカリしました。
他は、掃除後たまにタオルが無かったり、ミネラルウォーターが補充されていなかったりしましたが、ルームサービスの人を見つけて声を掛ければ貰えたので、まぁ南の国だしそんなもんかなぁ、と許容範囲でした。
街なかのハイアットにも泊まりましたか、こちらの方が良かったです。

目の前の海はキレイで、ツアーを申し込めば少し沖に出て魚も見ることができる。
敷地内のプールも整っており、ダイビングプールも利用できて楽しい。

スタッフの皆さんはとてもフレンドリーで、日本語を話せるスタッフの方もいらっしゃるのでとても安心です。
友人が誕生日でしたが、盛大に祝ってくださりとても感動しました。ガラパンからは少し離れていますが、無料のシャトルが1時間に一本あり、とくに不便さは感じませんでした。
空港からは、タクシーだと40ドルほど取られるので、ホテルの有料送迎は1人15ドルなので、2人以下ならそちらの方がお得かと思います。
とにかく、すばらしいホテルでした！
サイパンに行く時はまた、必ずこちらを利用させていただきたいと思います！

5미터 풀이 아주 좋았습니다. 방도 깨끗하고 침대가 아주아주 컸어요! 욕조 물이 잘 안내려가는게 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

Very nice resort

It was very nice resort, very kind people and the beach front of the resort was great also.
The pool was not that much big but there were few people so that was good.
Anyway, it was very pleasant experience! I recommend to other people!
