The property is great and so as the staff. What I didn’t understand was, the washer and dryer is not available unless you stay for 3 nights or more. I chose this place because I wanted a kitchen, washer, and dryer and that’s exactly what was on Expedia. However, upon checking in and you’re staying for less than 3 nights, you would have to pay extra to be able to use the washer and dryer. This is something that’s not stipulated in Expedia.

We loved this hotel!! Roxanne and all the front desk girls were all so friendly and helpful with suggestions on local businesses. The room was perfect with many amenities including washer/ dryer. Kitchen with all utensils. View from balcony was great!! Stayed here for almost 3 weeks and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Saipan. Thanks again for the excellent service!

This was our first time in Saipan. The Aquarius staff was amazing and super helpful. There is major road construction in front of the property - a bit of a mess.

The unit was slimly supplied - 2 of each - forks, plates, etc. One sharp knife and limited other kitchen accessories. We probably cook more than most.

The ocean views and sunsets were phenomenal. The area between the Aquarius and the ocean is private access so tents with families on the weekend is common.

At this property, you will get spacious and clean accommodations at a great price. If you’re on the ocean side, the Ocean and sunset views are lovely. The ocean is very swim friendly and the beach is very walk friendly. There are good restaurants in the area and overall we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back to this property if we return to Saipan in the future.

The room was immaculate, the hotel is perfect. There is no restaurant that’s OK there’s many right close by. There is no pool and that’s OK because the beach is right outside your window. It is a very nice and clean place. Very courteous staff I would stay here again.

The property is PERFECT for families with lots of room to move around, a full kitchen and a washer & dryer! The location is right on the beach - bonus if you love getting up and going beaching right away. Another bonus is being a round lots of places to get food and close to a grocery store. Good choice for long-term stay

I loved the Aquarius Beach Tower. The staff are friendly and attentive. The beach behind the hotel is great. It is also nice to have a full kitchen and washing machine. Some of the furniture is old, but the place is kept clean and view and the staff make this hotel a great choice.

Overall, I was satisfied.

This was my second stay at Aquarius. The room I had this time was better equipped and cleaner than the room I had in 2017. It looks like they are trying to bring their standards up and it shows. Last time, the WiFi was out the entire time. This time, it worked perfectly.

The hotel staff was responsive and friendly. I had some issues with my room, which were handled promptly. They followed up every time they saw me to make sure all was well.

The rooms themselves could use some TLC, but nothing major. I have issues with the kitchen. It is advertised as being a stocked kitchen so you can stay long term. It has a coffee maker, but no filters or coffee. It has no paper towels, dish towels, dish soap, or potholders. If you plan to actually use the kitchen for anything other than microwaving, plan to bring or purchase these types of items. I was annoyed to buy a large pack of coffee filters for a 12 day stay. Water there is non-potable, but the will bring you a water dispenser upon request.

For Saipan, it is a good property and a good value.

Great place for long term stay!

Family and I enjoyed the island for 6 days and loved staying at Aquarius. It was quiet, fairly secure, and right on the beach. Having a washer and dryer in the room was a huge bonus!
Would definitely stay here again!

Apartment near beach

The facility is really not a hotel but more like an apartment building. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath apartment with a full kitchen and living/dining room. The living room had a couch and small TV mounted on the wall. There were 5 of us so we were not all able to sit in the living room area at the same time. The dining area had a table with 4 chairs. The kitchen was stocked with a full refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, and toaster. There was dishes for 4, one pot, and a frying pan. There was also a laundry room with clothes washer and dryer. An ironing board and safe were in the apartment.

Cleaning service was provided daily with towels and linens changed as needed.

Hotel is not as advertised. Felt as if my husband and I had to prioritize what was most important because we could not have everything as advertised for the rooms. Staff were nice and tried to problem solve, but some things were out of their hands and eventually it was just not worth asking. We just settled and laughed our way through an otherwise nice vacation.

Good alternative hotel in Saipan

This hotel is well south of the center of town, so a car was essential. The hotel is actually a converted apartment building, and the rooms are huge. You are basically renting a full apartment. The hotel doesn't have many of the normal facilities of a hotel, such as a lobby, pool or breakfast area, and the furnishings are old. However, get past that and it is a very good value. You have a full kitchen, so go to the grocery store and buy what you want for breakfast. I was on the tenth floor facing inland, and in hindsight I should have splurged and had an ocean view room. The view inland is pleasant looking towards the hills, but the main road is busy and not very attractive. The view towards the ocean would give you a great sunset view. The hotel is within a few feet of a public - and very pleasant and safe beach. It was fun to see the locals enjoy the beach. There is an excellent restaurant called Shirleys about 5 minutes walk north, serves great breakfasts and is full of locals. Did find the wifi to be worthless at times.

A nice \"out of town\" choice

I stayed here for 4 nights in November. It was high season so many of the hotels in Garapan were booked, or over priced.
I decided to stay at Aquarius which is about a 15 drive along the coast from where I was working at the port/Garapan.
The room was very big and the staff was very friendly. It is a quieter part of Saipan but still centrally located. (Saipan is small). The beach was nice and uncrowded, plus it is right outside your door. The hotel is a bit dated, but it was clean. I would recommend this hotel as long as you have a rental car.

Apartment rooms with Beach right behind

The rooms are spacious with a decent kitchen, unfortunately there was only one frying pan even though it had a beautiful large oven. Nothing else to cook or serve food in and only minimal dishes and cutlery for two people. No starter tea, coffee, milk provided. However, we were very happy overall and when we brought a few things to their attention they were very prompt to rectify any problems and I am sure if we had asked they would have provided more kitchen equipment. The staff were all friendly and helpful and housekeeping was excellent. The beach is right behind without any roads to cross. The bathroom was rather pokey compared to the rest.
There is a supermarket right next door and a few eating places close by.

The only drawback was its refrigerator and cooking stuffs not connected to the socket and we had no means to connect it.
The electricity supply was affected due to a heavy storm. So, you might want to check the weather before going.

Why you should stay at the Aquarius

Aquarius is a fine hotel. Only one you will find, with washer/dryer ability, and large rooms. Overall the hotel is clean, and in good shape for Saipan. You have to realize, Saipan is not in good shape overall, and even the 5 star hotel looks weathered and old.
Aquarius is great, but its not close to anything. You have to have a car to get around, and to go to town (Garapan).

We stayed for a weekend on the 8th floor of the Aquarius Beach Tower, in a room facing the street (east). The suite was very large and comfortable, including a bedroom, living room, small kitchen, bathroom, and immense walk-in closet. There was also a washer-dryer in a separate utility room, but it was locked. For guests staying less than 3 days, there is a $10 charge; it's free to guests staying 3 days and longer. The air-conditioner worked very well. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. The kitchen comes with microwave, oven-range, full-size refrigerator, stove, coffee-maker, and a small selection of plates, cutlery, and cookware. The hotel is right on the beach, and it's a quiet, scenic area for beach-walking. The hotel has no restaurant but there are plenty of eateries within a short drive from the hotel. The hotel staff were cordial. The hotel has free wi-fi, which was rather slow but adequate for emailing. There is also ample free parking.

Overall, not a bad experience but had to request more than once for the room to be cleaned and towels replaced. Ordinarily this would not be an issue but the hotel water is brackish so reusing towels was not an option.

Returning guest, but no more

We've stayed here before and were satisfied with the hotel because we could save money by cooking in the kitchen, and enjoyed the location on the beach. But on our return trip we discovered they have removed all the pots and pans and dishes from the kitchen, and no longer supply drinking water (you cannot drink the tap water). Buying paper products and bottled water isn't the end of the world, but what am I staying here for? The place is run down and in a sketchy part of town. I'm sad to say it because the staff is nice, but we won't return.

Alternative to a Resort Stay

We were here for a family wedding. The 3 bedroom 2 bath ocean view unit was a perfect alternative to getting two separate rooms at a larger resort. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was always friendly (24 hours a day) and we received immediate action to a few simple but important requests. With a full kitchen in our unit we were able to walk to shopping for breakfast supplies and the makings for fast meals. The beach is a minute walk away. The sandy bottom and clear shallow water was a pleasurable start every morning. We enjoyed our stay and would do so again.

This was our second time staying at this hotel and although we were quite pleased with our stay our only concern was with building maintenance. Our room AC had gone out on our 6th day and found it disturbing that the building maintenance personnel could not replace a simple breaker until another group of maintenance personnel had a chance to take a look at the problem. When we inquired what was taking so long to replace breaker, we were informed that the same building maintenance personnel was also in charge of maintaining other establishments (KFC and mall). Hotel staff and management apologized for the inconvenience and offered to move us to another room. My suggestion would be that the hotel at least have a on-call maintenance personnel to respond to any issues that may arise especially since our experience happened during the middle of the night.

Overall, it is reasonable place to stay... you can cook your own food, it is spacious, although spartan. I noticed lightbulbs not working; it took 4 days for them to be replaced. I cleaned the grime off the microwave and washed the food closet shelves myself, and wiped dirt off the walls. That said, when I pointed out that the bathroom floor needed cleaning, the housekeeper enthusiastically cleaned it. (The problem is less the staff than their supervision, I suspect. All the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful.) Downside was that the Beach had lots of trash. Locals have little sense of picking up after themselves. The hotel staff volunteer to clean up trash on the beach once a week, but the management could hire someone for $5 a day, once each day to do it. Not too much to ask given the rates one pays. Other than that, it was fine.

The best hotel value in the Pacific.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpfull and friendly. The room even included a washer and dryer. The hotel is located near a nice beach on Saipan and near downdown Garapan. We would have loved to have stayed longer and have advised our friends in Guam to stay there when they go to Saipan soon.

We enjoyed our stay however felt a little out of the way, would recommend a car if staying here. Supermarket across the road was great. A pool would have been nice in the shade as the beach only swimmable when tide was up, which happened to be during the hottest time of day. We were charged $25 for a towel with minor Hair Dye discharge damage upon our checkout so left with a negative vibe. The kitchen was a great size, however limited cutlery crockery and utensils available to cook anything... we had to purchase our own. Apart from that the staff were lovely, and we felt welcomed

The room was small. Very little in the neighborhood. No hot or warm water for a shower in the morning. Room design required closing three doors off the bedroom to have the enclosed feel that I prefer,leading me to become confused when seeking the bathroom in the middle of the night. TV inconveniently in the living room and not in the bedroom.

Good Place for Family

Hotel is old but the room we had was recently renovated. Very clean and new. The stay was very comformtable. Facility was also very nice (microwave, refrig, washer, dryer, etc). Service of the staff was also very friendly. Minor problems were ants in the room; a/c too loud (compressor on the balcony is next to the master bed room; curtains too thin - sunrise at 5:00am makes sleeping late difficult.
The beach was absolutely beautiful and perfect for family with small children. Walking out 50 meter into the water and it's less than knee-deep. Gorgeous fine white sand with no rocks or reefs. Perfect for small children. Hotel location is ok as long as you have a car. Next door to KFC/Taco Bell and super market. Other places will require driving.

The room was amazing. The staff was very helpful. There aren't a whole lot of food options around the area, so if you don't rent a car in Saipan you may be eating at KFC or Taco Bell for your stay because those are the closest restaurants in walking distance. However, if you plan to cook in your suite, which has a kitchen, then there is a grocery store right across the street. The hotel was right next to the beach which was great, and the beach was pretty empty the whole time we were there except for a birthday party going on. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning on renting a car. Located 10 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from Suicide Cliff (north side of the island).

Great Beach, Great Staff, Rooms...

We opted for this property instead of trying to find adjoining rooms, thinking the extra space of a 3 bdr would be great. Spacious, yes. Rooms were old and tired, needed updating, repainting etc. We moved after one night to a better room where the wifi was accessible, and that room was in a little better condition. The beach was amazing, all white sand, and crystal blue water. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Two grocery stores within walking distance are handy.

Best for the Beach

While the rooms are a bit worn, every room is a suite with a kitchen, washing machine, etc. It is right on the beach, which is obviously extremely convenient. The water is also calmer than the rougher ocean on the side where the luxury resorts are. The staff is incredibley helpful, friendly, and catered to our every need. It is a popular place for locals, making the experience an authentic one. While it is about a 10 - 15 min cab ride ($15) to the Garapan (main strip), the location is worth it because the white sand beach and clear water are surprisingly not crowded at all. There is also a 24 hour grocery store right next to the hotel. As two females, my friend and I felt very safe and well taken care of.

전망이 끝내주는 조용하고 아늑한 바로 앞이 바닷가고 바베큐를 해먹을 수 있는 벤치

번화가가 위쪽에 위치했는데 우린 공항쪽과 가까운 아래쪽이라 조용하고 한산했고 무엇보다 전망이 너무 좋았다 그치만 집 구조가 옛날 식이라 샤워는 서서 해야하고 냉장고는 작동이 안되고 냉동실온도가 냉장고 온도라고 생각하면 된다. 직원들의 친절함은 그저 말할수없이 너무 고마웠다 바로 앞에 KFC와 옷가게는 있지만 슈퍼가 없고 편의점은 전혀없고.. 사이판특성상 슈퍼가 번화가 쪽 아니면 모두 차를 타고 움직여야한다. 호텔에서 할 수 있는 놀이 시설은 전혀없지만 무엇보다 조용함과 전망때문에 다시 방문하고 싶다

オーシャンビューを楽しみました。

夫婦での滞在です。2018年元旦に他のホテルから移動してきて４泊しました。
予約したのは「スイート１ベッドルームオーシャンビュー」でしたが、満室とのことで、予約時と同料金で３ベッドルームの３０４号室に滞在しました。ベッドルームはメインの１室のみ使ってくださいとのことで、その通りにしました。（ベッドルームの残りの２室のうち１室にはカギがかかっていましたが、もう１室は出入りできる状態でした。）
低めの階だったこともありベランダからの視界は木も多かったですが、木の合間からは砂浜と海もきれいに見えて、個人的にはとても満足のいくオーシャンビューでした。最終日の朝には大きな虹もかかって素敵でした。
チェックイン時にルームキーと一緒にキッチンの備品のリストも渡されて、安心感が高かったです。部屋に行って、まずリストと実際の数が合っているか確認したところ、合わないところがあったのでフロントに報告しました。
食器は６人分で、調理器具はフライパン１、鍋１、まな板、包丁など。他に炊飯器、トースター、コーヒーメーカー、電子レンジ、オーブンがありました。洗剤やスポンジなどの消耗品はありませんでした。
アメニティはシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、石鹸だったと思います。洗面室にはドライヤーあり。タオルは大・小２枚が１人分。ボックステッシュ１箱とトイレットペーパーは、なくなると補充してもらえます。
テレビはリビングスペースに１台あって、ダイニングスペースからは遠めになって角度的にも見にくかったです。
カギ付きの扉の向こうには洗濯機と乾燥機があって、詳細は確認していませんが、私たちの滞在では扉のカギが開いて使えるようになっていました。洗剤はありません。
ベッドルームのドアを開けるともうひとつドアがあり、その奥にバスルームと洗面室があります。このバスルームにはバスタブはなかったです。シャワーヘッドは壁に固定式です。シャワーのお湯は長時間使っているとぬるくなってきました。曖昧ですが１５分～２０分くらいでしょうか。
ベッドルームにはウォークインクローゼットとセーフティボックスもあって便利でした。セーフティボックスにはカギが付いてなくて使えない状態になっていますが、フロントに頼むとカギを付けて使えるようにしてくれます。
また、部屋にはエアコンのコントローラが付いていますが、室温の調整はフロントにお願いする必要があります。

チェックインについて。
名前を言ってパスポートとクレジットカードを提示するだけだったと思います。カードのルームキー２枚とキッチンのリスト、インターネットのパスワードを書いた紙が渡されました。記憶が曖昧ですが、この時点で部屋が３ベッドルームである旨の説明はなく、後でこちらから確認に行ったように思います。
チェックアウトについて。
フロントに行って、ルームキーとセーフティボックスのキーと備品リストを返却すると、その場でルームチェックがありました。数分後にＯＫが出て、チェックアウトが完了しました。これまではホテルで直接支払いをすることが殆どでしたが、予約時に支払いが済んでいるのも便利だなと感じました。
簡単な挨拶などは日本語で返してくれることもありましたが、フロントでの対話はすべて英語でした。

ホテル内の人の出入りはそこそこありましたが、エレベーターやフロントが混雑することはなく、ゆったりした気分で過ごせました。もっと長くいたかったです。
大きなキッチンが楽しくて、主人が率先してキッチンに立ってくれたのは嬉しい誤算でした！

베란다에 깨진 유리 조각 조심

공항 픽업 택시 전화로 미리 예약하였으나 당일 프론트 직원 전혀 모르고 있었음.
베란다 깨진 유리 조각 전혀 치워지지 않아 가족 중 2명 발 다침.
프론트에 해당 건에 대해 항의하였으나 제대로 알아듣지 못하고 처음에 우리가 깼으니 그냥 비용처리 하면 된다며 괜찮다는 식으로 얘기해서 완전 황당했음. 다시 재차 설명하자 그제야 이해하고 치워주겠다고 하였으나 제대로 치워지지 않았음.(바닥의 유리는 주웠는지 모르겠으나 우리가 주워서 베란다 난간 위에 올려둔건 그대로 있었음. 그 조각만 한 주먹 정도의 양이었음. 헐 대박. )
도착때 부터 베란다에 전 사용자가 두고 간듯한 맥주캔과 담배가 있었으나 2박 후 체크아웃 할 때까지 치우지 않음.
엑스트라 베드 진짜 어이없을 정도로 부실함.
그나마 오션 뷰라...아침 저녁으로 조용한 파도 소리와 조망은 좋았음. 와이파이 괜찮음.
그리고 조용한 비치가 바로 앞이라는 거..서프클럽이 걸어서 3분 거리라는거..그것이 유일한 장점이었다.
재방문 의사는 없음.

ビーチが近くにあり設備も十分に揃っているとても良いホテルです。

スタッフは英語のみですが翻訳アプリつかえば意思疎通はそれなりにできます。
宿泊した部屋のタイプは1ベッド・キングサイズの部屋です。
キングサイズベッドに夫婦と4歳・2歳で一緒に寝てました。
なんとか寝れたのでエキストラは追加しませんでした。
キッチンには炊飯器・レンジ・冷蔵庫・コーヒーメーカーがありました。
フライパンや鍋等の調理器具はフロントに言えばすぐに用意してくれます。

ホテル周辺はススペ中心とは言えないのでお土産を買うにはちょっと不便です。
1週間以上の滞在であれば近くのL-Fマーケットで水・ビール・ジュース・野菜・スパム・卵・お菓子・調味料等の食料品にシャンプー等の日用品は一通り置いてあります。
4～5日程度の短期であれば上記のマーケットに併設されているレストランで24時間営業で3チョイスの弁当が5ドルで売ってるので安くすませられます。このレストランは夜になると現地の人で満員になってます。
他にはグレートハーベスト、KFC・タコベル、道路向かい側にもレストランがありましたので食べるのには困りません。
家族で海入ってご飯は価格抑えてのんびりする人は最高です。
豪華な食事を楽しみたい人はガラパンのホテルに泊まってください。
部屋タイプを3ベッドにすれば1家族だけではなく仲の良い友人家族と一緒に価格を抑えて美しい海でのんびり遊べます。
突堤回りでは飛び込みで遊んだりシュノーケリングができますが先端付近では離岸流がありますので気を付けてください。

가족 여행에 좋았습니다.

투베드룸에서 2가족이 숙박했습니다. 공간이 정말 넓어서 좋았어요. 거실도 크고 주방도 큽니다. 각자 방도 화장실도 2개씩 있어서 같은 공간이었지만 분리가 잘 되어 좋았습니다. 주방이 좋았구요. 새벽 비행기라 픽업 서비스를 신청하려고 메일을 보냈는데 메일이 신속하게 와서 좋았습니다. 다음 날 택시까지 정확한 시간에 준비되어서 너무 좋았습니다. 새벽 도착하는 날 이용하기 좋은 곳이었습니다.

낡은 시설에 적응하면 나쁘지 않은 호텔

오션뷰는 대만족. 렌트카 있으면 위치도 나쁘지 않음. 그러나 시설은 다소 낙후되어 적응이 필요함. 일단 낡은 시설에 적응이 되면 키친/세탁기가 있고 방이 넓다는 점 등 가족여행시 유용한 장점도 눈에 들어옴. 오래된 시설에 비해서는 청결을 유지하려 노력했다는 느낌이 듦. 대체적으로 만족스러웠음.

Very comfortable

Hotel staff is very kindly and there's good location.
We borrowed beach towels every day from front desk then went to many beaches. The nearest beach is about 20 sec to beach on walk.
If you have rent-a-car more enjoying you in other beaches. We recommend you Obyan beach that like a aquarium. Have a fun!

Nice hotel to enjoy the beach

綺麗なビーチが目の前。浅瀬にも魚がいてシュノーケリングを楽しめた。砂もサラサラで綺麗。子供とビーチを満喫出来た。ランドリーが部屋についていたので濡れた水着をすぐ洗濯できたので便利だった。洗濯物を溜めずに帰国出来た。ホテルの南側に美味しいビーチレストランがあって重宝した。また利用したいです。

このホテルに宿泊するならオーシャンビュールームをおすすめします！
まさに目の前に青い海、マリアナブルーを眺めながらゆっくり過ごせます。
コンドミニアムタイプなので、自炊もできます。
外で飲み食いするより断然安く済み、すぐ隣にあるスーパーで買出し可能です！
長期滞在するならおすすめのホテルです。
ガラパンへ出たければ、タクシーを使うか7,8分ぐらい歩きますが、カノアリゾートホテルまで行けばDFS行きの無料シャトルバスが利用可能です。
またサイパンへ訪れる際は、是非利用したいです！

目の前は穏やかなビーチ夕日は独り占め！

とにかく部屋が広いので快適です‼ガイドブックなどにはアメニティ欄に歯ブラシとありますが実際には置いてありません。せっかく目の前がビーチなのでオーシャンビュールームがオススメです。キッチンにフォークは1本のみでした。自炊派は割りばしなどあると助かります。毎日バルコニーで朝食していました！最高です！

オーシャンビューで広々したキッチン付のホテル

ゆっくり過ごすことができました。
洗濯機があり、便利です。
古くてプールはありませんが、前のビーチで充分楽しめました。
スタッフ情報だと、来年くらいにプールができるかもらしいです。

繁華街からは遠い

キッチンなどが付いている普通の家のようなホテルで、空港からは近い方ですが、買い物ができたり食事ができる街のガラパンからは遠く、近くのホテルまで歩いて送迎バスを使わないと行けません。

호텔 바로 뒤가 고운모래의 바다여서 수영 및 스노클링이 가능합니다.

가라판의 번화가가 아닌 수수페 지역으로 주변 상권은 없으나 바로 옆에 페이레스슈퍼마켓과 KFC가 있습니다.
호텔이 오래되어 집기류 및 시설이 낙후되어 있으나 에어콘도 잘 나오며 지내는 동안은 크게 문제가 없습니다.
오히려 조용하고 바다가 가까워 조용하게 지내기에는 여기가 좋습니다. 다만 렌트는 하셔야 수월하게 다니실수 있습니다.

나만 알고싶은 호텔. 또 가고싶다

엄마와 단둘이 여행을 갔는데 너무 만족. 그냥 일반룸에도 거실과 주방이 있고 방 안에 옷방이 따로 있어 짐 정리하기에도 깔끔했어요. 테라스도 넓어 매일밤 밤바다를 보며 한잔 했습니다.
선셋도 아주 잘보여요

위치나 숙박시설의 상태는 양호 했으나, 샤워기 물의 수업이 낮고 샤워기가 아래 위로 물이 나와 매우 불편 했습니다.

시내에서 조금 떨어져있지만 해변을 이용할 수 있어서 좋았던 호텔

급하게 숙박을 잡아서 숙소 선택권이 많지않아 걱정했습니다만, 7박을 이용하면서 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 개미들이 있다고 들었고, 하루가 지난뒤에 개미가 등장했으나 지내는데는 불편함은 없었으며 housekeeping후에는 개미가 없어져서 지낼만 했습니다. 호텔 뒤쪽 킬릴리해변을 이용할 수 있어서 맘에 들었습니다.

Хороший отель прямо на берегу моря. Тихо и мало людей на пляже. По выходным приезжает местное население, но пляж большой и всегда можно найти место где будет тихо.
