We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s in such a great location for the ferry to Gili and we had a lovely dinner and breakfast here too. The room was just like the photos and the staff were lovely and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

I love the hot tub. I love the room. It was big it was spacious. It was a special night so it was really good. Prices were great. The only thing I really had a problem with was the bed that queen size bed king size bed was like so incredibly hard. It hurt my back. I did not get a good night. Sleep at all, so I think they need to rethink their mattresses but other than that beautiful room.

Back pool very nice, shady & quiet. Front pool looked slimy and grotty from the divers being in there. Rooms were comfortable but lacking in some basic amenities I.e. no tissues, no hand towels, no water pressure in the showers, but plenty of room and hot water.Beds were very comfortable and clean. It is a well priced option for short term accommodation and well situated.

This is the second time we have stayed at OK divers. The rooms are very clean, spacious and good value with breakfast included. Staff are very helpful and the rooms are well priced. Location very convenient right next to the main ferry departure jetty for Gili Islands. This time we also did a few fun dives and diving services also very good. We will be back again.

We loved the feel of this place with spacious corridors and large verandah seats overlooking the harbour. The kids loved the deep swimming pool with windows on the side. The restaurant had delicious meals and the staff was lovely.

We stayed here one night, to catch fast ferry in morning. I was pleasantly surprised with this hidden gem. Doesn’t look like much for the street but once you walk inside I was impressed. Their pools were beautiful. Great location to catch morning fast ferry only one mo tie walk!

Ferries were canceled for two days, so we ended up in Padang Bai for two nights. OK Divers was fantastic and just what our family needed. The family room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The pools provided lots of fun for our family. The staff is kind and helpful. Solid breakfast included and great help connecting with local snorkeling.

Close to the pier. Nicer beaches were further away but walkable if you are in good shape as it’s very hot. Breakfast is ok. Very good restaurant around the corner D’Steel. Not too much around but location is good if you’re catching a boat as they are across the street. Pool is nice. Staff are nice.

Worst hotel in our stay in Bali. Hotel staff were very rude. Very dirty surroundings. Black water and dead coral. We went to snorkel the blue lagoon. It wasn’t blue!!!

The staff at OK Divers was outstanding - from housekeeping to the reception desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was helpful and wanted our stay of 2.5 weeks to be excellent. The dive shop associated with the hotel was mostly good, but often disorganized. Several times this was because guests showed up at the last minute with no dive reservation - it should have been made clear that the dive shop needed advance notice, although they handled these situations well.

Breakfast was basically the same menu every day - it would have been nice to have some variety, although the food was good and plentiful. The lunch provided after diving was a mixed bag. Sometimes it was good, other times really not, and the only \"choice\" provided was a vegetarian option. Drinks were only water - anything else was extra.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at OK Divers and recommend it highly. We would stay again!

The staff were lovely and the pool especially was very clean and well maintained. The property felt a little exposed to the road in front, but then the bonus was how close it was to the pier for our transfer to Gili islands. It is an excellent place to stay overnight for transfers, but I think I wouldn't choose it for a longer stay.

Spot on modern rooms which are practical, clean, and well setup. Great resort spaces like two pools, best restaurant in town, and massage facility. They run diving and snorkeling trips. Staff are wonderful.

This place is mainly for divers, first day you come you pick your equipment, then everyday there are two dives followed by a divers' lunch. Food in the restaurant had good variety, because of which taste was average. There is one pool for diver education and a smaller one to enjoy.

The food at the restaurant was affordable and tasty. And I had an amazing experience learning to dive with Arya. I would definitively recommend this place for divers.

Great place to stay, right by the harbour. Hotel organised us a 500k taxi from the airport last minute too. Good and drinks a very good price and tasted great. There was fresh drinking water in our room and a good bathroom. Can’t fault this place. Highly recommend!

The staff was amazing and the food was wonderful!!!! The grounds are taken care of but they have a lot of bugs due to unclean water or pooling water. The grounds also had a bad smell of sewage at all times. The surrounding area is very dirty and you can not find a beach that isn’t littered with garbage everywhere!

Absolutely great resort to stay at in beautiful Padang Bai!! Everything was topnotch from the staff, to the room, to the restaurant... etc.
If you're a diver, this is the place!!!!!! Amazing dive center with fantastic staff, dive sites, equipment and everything else I'm forgetting to mention.
Highly recommend it to anyone, diver or not.

It location was great, very close to the beach. The facilities were very good, with pool, restaurant, spa and more. The service from staff was brilliant even if we stayed for only one night. The only thing that we would point out is that the end of the bed was a little damp as if someone wet from diving sat on it and the water went through the duvet and the mattress, which made it a little uncomfortable at night. But on overall it was good and we would stay there again.

The AC on our room would only work with our room key in the power slot, which means it could never really cool down. Many of the hotels in Bali have this function but all the others give you two keys so you can leave one to cool your room while you are out. Also the pool area is very small and there are only like eight patio chairs. So there was no where to relax around the pool to cool down. The food was ok, drinks were actually really good. We loved the Yellow Bird. Luckily we were only here for one night on our was to Gili T. Overall it was what I expected from someplace called OK Divers. I was teasing my husband that they should sell T-Shirts here that say, \"Living my Okay-est Life\".

My stay at OK Divers was very nice. The food was good and the complimentary breakfast was a great start to your dAy. The rooms were clean and done up as frequently as you’d like. What stood out for me was how helpful the front reception was. They went over and above to assist me, for that they get a 10 out of 10!

I didn't know what to expect from OK Divers as I am not a diver and was not using it as a place to stay for such activity. However, the place is lovely. I am not sure that the name really helps when it offers so much more.
There are two pools, one child friendly, and the room was clean and spacious. The staff were super helpful and the breakfast was one of the better ones on Bali.
The hotel is suited right on the sea front, with some amazing beaches just a short walk away.
The on site restaurant was gorgeous and offered great value for money. I would certainly go back.
Do not let the name sway you when it comes to booking here.

This resort is the perfect place to stay if you want to dive around Padangbai. It has an onsite dive shop, 2 lovely pools and plenty of lounging space. The room we had came with free breakfast which was good and free lunch on day we went diving with them. The beds are large and comfortable and the rooms are spacious and very well kept. I would highly recommend staying here.

Bad experience. The hotel looks ok from the outside, pool looks nice, waiters are kind. The rooms looked nice but around 9pm til around 3am there was this huge noise from the outside, like a bar besides the hotel. It was so loud that we couldn’t sleep. Told this to the manager and she didn’t seemed surprised. Basically she said it wasn’t their fault. It is very important to take note of this because I didn’t read any comment regarding this and was pretty bad and apparently happens always. If you go to a place like this you want to have fun but also be able to sleep and relax. I checked out and requested a car to the airport but I asked if I could go to some markets. They offered me a 5 hours car for the amount of IDR 565,000 which is around USD 40. I was picked up at 3pm, we arrived at Depansar around 4:15 and he took me to Krishna market which is like a souvenir store and I wanted to go to a local art market. Asked him to drive me there considering I only had the car for 2 hours. He refused because he said the hotel told him just to drop me off at the airport. Long short story I spoke with the manager at the phone and she was rude and kept asking me why I didn’t call them immediately, I kept telling her I did call them right away when I was at the car and someone from the hotel called the driver and he kept refusing and dropped me at the airport. She asked me: so what you want me to do? She said they could only reimburse me IDR 50,000 which is like $5 and that was it.

Beautiful Hotel Exemplary Staff

We only planned to stay at this hotel for one night. Due to the earthquakes and not being able to get to the Gili Islands we ended up extending our stay by 3 nights. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay easy and we’re so accomodating to our changes. They assisted us with all our travel plans. To the point where one staff member actually found us 1km away in the rain, picked us up on a scooter to take us to the hotel at 2am because the road was blocked. Food at the restaurant was fantastic, massages were superb, rooms are comfortable and quiet. You can here the ferry horns anoucing their arrival from this hotel in the background, but it is very peaceful. Decor is clean and hotel is very relaxing and easy to navigate around. Photos do not do it justice. We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Everything was fantastic.

The staff are friendly in a genuine way that helped us relax. Great food, ate every meal there. Rain kept us inside for a day but didn't matter as large TV with 8 channels including pay channels + free to air. Dive shop staff knowledgeable and excellent facilities to do courses or training on site. Fresh clean feel. A real credit to the staff, manager and owner. Would highly recommend to both divers and non divers as well.

This accommodation was great for one night in Padangbai before heading to the Gili Islands. The location is fantastic, across the road from the boat harbour. The Blue Water Express fast boat office and other boat companies are close as well.
The restaurant food was lovely and the staff were very polite, friendly and professional.

Stay was okay. The room was very nice but we were on the bottom floor which has a pool of screaming kids at 7am. The bar is quite expensive. Good location though and the receptionist was lovely. Wifi barely worked though. Most of the time it would not connect or it would drop out every 5 minutes and you'd have to login again with a username and password every time. Ended up just using wifi at the local bars and restaurants.

Fantastic hotel for such a reasonable price

Cannot praise this hotel enough. This was a really lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Sri in particular went out of her way to help us organise diving and a trip of the island before we arrived. We had 2 amazing days of diving with Vitek, who was the most patient instructor and changed the dives to accommodate that my ears were really painful from the pressure. Food and drinks were great and very reasonably priced, as was the spa. There wasn't much to do in the local area so 4 days felt like enough time in Padangbai. If we had more time we would have liked to explore another island.

Beautiful colonial style resort

Wow, what a beautiful little resort by the Padang Bai harbour. White colonial architecture, green palm trees and the blue pool create such a lovely ambiance, especially at night. After spending the day snorkelling at Ketut's Hideaway, we spent one night here to recharge before heading back to Nusa Dua. We stayed in a Manta family room on the third floor, which is just gorgeous. There are 2 large, separate bedrooms, each with it's own beautiful ensuite bathroom. The shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided smell so good! The room has raised villa-like ceilings and tiled floors plus air conditioning to keep you cool. You will hear ships harbouring all day (and night) as well as loud live music in the evenings. This didn't bother our young family at all. The room provides ocean views across the balcony, but it was raining and they had the blinds down so unfortunately we couldn't look out. We had dinner and breakfast at The Colonial restaurant on site, both were delicious and overlook the front pool and ocean. Perfect !

My husband and I stayed at OKDivers for 2 weeks and had an amazing time. We chose this hotel and location because we are scuba divers and it was perfect for us. Most dive sites are within 5-20 minutes by boat from the hotel. The dive shop and hotel staff are welcoming and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There are 2 lovely pools to lounge in. If you need to transfer by ferry the pier is two steps away. The hotel also offers a variety of daytime tours. The hotel has a spa and offers a variety of massages, a great way to end a day after diving.

Was a last minute booking. Couldn’t have been happier with the service. I booked the hotel as I was boarding my flight, I received a very quick response to my query on airport transfers and had a driver waiting on arrival. Driver arranged for the hotel kitchen to prepare a meal for me for my arrival noting I was going to be late. Food was great, staff were super helpful with all my needs, including directions, ferry bookings and local information. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious with excellent amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Overall the hotel is very good with typical good Balinese service from the staff. Unfortunately the wi-fi was not working while we were there & sadly that was quite inconvenient for us. Breakfast was nice but would be good to see a bit more range. I know tourist numbers were quite down while we were there due to nervousness regarding Mt Agung so maybe the range was tapered down to suit low numbers.
I really liked that they do not use straws in any drinks, very eco friendly. :)

Great hotel, couple of points to note though

The hotel and ambience were lovely with great service. The food was good but we did spot a big rat being chased out of the kitchen! It is an open plan kitchen so it didn't bother us too much.

About 9pm started some live music at a nearby bar, it was so loud we thought it was from the hotel bar but after calling reception they said it wasn't on the hotel grounds. Unable to sleep from the music until midnight wasn't good so if you're a light sleeper this is worth considering.

This is a hotel combined with a diving shop, where everyone is extremely nice and helpful. It has its own spa and two pools. It's where I went diving for the first time and it was an unforgettable experience, the instructor has very nice and helpful. Breakfast is awesome too

One of the cleanest in Bali

This was definitely the cleanest and most up-to-date hotels we stayed at during our week and a half in Bali. It was a very comfortable 2 night stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the pool area was great. My only complaint is that the Internet was unreliable. Ithe kept constantly disconnecting. Plus I had to turn my phone off airplane mode in order for the WiFi to work and I didn't have an international plan. Hopefully I didn't rack up a ton of fees! Other than that minor complaint we absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel, excellent value for money

We had a great stay at ok divers. The room was comfortable and clean, staff friendly, excellent pool area and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The complimentary breakfast was particularly good - high quality with lots of choice.

Quick one night stop on our way to the Gilis. Great location, close to the harbour, lots of restaurants etc. staff were great and the food was too. Only downside was the exceptionally hard bed but that's pretty standard in Bali :)

A good choice for family

All in all a good stay.
General design and decor is nice.
Rooms are also neat.
Wifi was iffy on level 3.
Breakfast was good
Dining - main course were great value. Decent streak for US$7.50.
Did however wake up to a few insect bites.
