Zentral und sauber aber keine Reinigung des Zimmers. Parkplatz zu teuer und Service eingeschränkt. Kein Schrank und WLAN schlecht und langsam. Frühstück OK, aber keine Auswahl bei der Wurst immer gleich. Räucherlachs und Speck für Rührei nicht vorhanden. Dafür ruhig. Bis auf 2 Mitarbeiter alle sehr reserviert.

Toller Aufenthalt, dennoch mit Mängeln

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und sehr angenehm. Leider war es nicht so sauber wie erwünscht - auf dem Boden waren viele Hundehaare und sehr freundlich reagierte das Personal auch nicht darauf. Aber es wurde beseitigt und ansonsten waren wir total zufrieden. Wir würden wieder dorthin.

The hotel is very quiet and modern with good amenities. Parking garage is good but tight so I'm glad my rental was compact. The staff was fine, not overtly friendly, I don't think i saw anyone smoke while I was here. I was traveling with my adult daughter and felt safe. Plenty of food options close by to walk to. It's not fancy but for the price, it's reasonable.

Very nice stay! Hotel is new, staff is friendly, very good breakfast ( not so expensive either!!). Relatively easy to reach from the train station! And good price, when booked early …- will come back!

Parking was terrible. They charge you at the hotel to park but refuse to validate your ticket which makes it where you cannot exit. You have to go into the lobby to request to exit. Half of the staff was argumentative and rude but what else could you expect with general customer service. Magdeburg is beautiful and safe. The hotel location is easy to drive to and everything in the city is within walking distance. Breakfast was a good typical European breakfast. Clean rooms and updated.

Quick overnight stop

Location was great. Only stopped overnight but got to do my run outside in the morning and had beautiful sights nearby. Very friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms and good breakfast. Found free overnight parking spot across the street. Great price too. Recommend this hotel!

Ganz schlechter Service

Leider hatte ich keinen guten Aufenthalt. Morgens fiel das warme Wasser aus und ich stand unter der Dusche. Als ich das beim Check Out der Rezepzionistin mitgeteilt habe, wurde mir gesagt, dass man sich bereits darum kümmert. Ich hätte aber gerne gehört, dass es Ihnen Leid tut, dass ich so einen schlechten Start in den Tag habe. Den hätte man durch eine weitere Nettigkeit auch irgendwie noch verbessern können, aber darauf kam die Dame leider nicht. Deshalb die schlechte Bewertung. Arbeitet an eurem Service.

Lovely Hotel

Lovely hotel to stay in right in the centre of Magdeburg. Easy to find and with an underground car park at the rear (cost £10 over one 1 night stay).

Only had one pillow each, but Im sure that they would have happily provided more if I'd bothered to ask!

The cost was very fair and the room had all that was needed, very clean and functional.

Would happily stay here again if we visited this city again :)

Ankom 2 personer. Opredning til 1 på værelse. Skulle selv hente ekstra håndklæder og dyne. Ventilation/ Aircondition ude af drift og lampepå badeværelse blinkede under hele besøget. Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet, aber das bad war überhaupt nicht gut geputzt. In der dusche waren sehr viel rosa ablagerungen ( was algen/bakterien sind, die für kinder jnd ältere nicht gut sind) der duschkopf war auch sehr kalkig. Deswegen kann ich das ibis styles nur bedingt empfehlen

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Eine Mitarbeiterin war bei der Ankunft leider sehr desinteressiert.
Sonst alle anderen Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und motiviert.
Das Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich.
Ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Tja, war ein schon recht warmer Frühlingstag (23 Cels +…) und das Zimmer ( zur Nachmittagssonne) recht recht warm (25 Cels). Leider ging die Klimaanlage nicht, auch das Personal konnte die Klimaanlage nicht einschalten…. Mir wurde ein Ersatzzimmer angeboten , welches ich nicht genutzt habe, da es zwei (schmale) Einzelbetten hatte, und die A/C Anlage wohl auch nicht arbeitete…., also im Zimmer schlecht geschlafen …

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt im Ibis Styles Magdeburg! Die Zimmer waren gemütlich, angenehm temperiert und sehr sauber. Besonders haben wir die durchgehende Matratze genossen – perfekt für eine erholsame Nacht!

Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ein Highlight. Auch die laktosefreie Milch, hat uns positiv überrascht. Auch der rund um die Uhr verfügbare Café-Service war ein echter Pluspunkt!

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend – die Innenstadt ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass wir viele Sehenswürdigkeiten ohne große Wege erkunden konnten. Zudem war das Personal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein weiteres tolles Detail: Man kann bequem vom Bett aus fernsehen – perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag!

Wir können das Ibis Styles Magdeburg uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!
