Hotel clean and despite the location was quiet.

Took a long time to check in. No one at reception when I arrived at 7.30pm despite calling over the counter and ringing the bell. A group of very loud, drunk men arrived to check in and an older couple arriving after me to check in, I was seen last. The check in because of these took 30 minutes- too long.

Very small secure car park had no room in when we arrived. Street parking free after 8pm but paid for from 8am.

Checked in for 1 night reception staff lovely friendly, room on 2nd floor which was clean and comfortable but corridor on 2nd floor smell was awful can only describe as being a strange dissenfectant smell, but room was fine.breakfast was ok. Outside walk to goth church and food places all close by.

Very short stay but left us with positive feelings. Friendly staff, quite spacious parking. Very clean bathroom. Kids loved bunkbed in our family room.
The only downside was lack of tea/coffee tray and a kettle. Hot drink after a long drive makes all the difference.
Overall we recommend stay in that hotel, especially if you would like to see the city (it's central location)

An room for the disabled was given.

We came a little bit early at 1230 so we leaved the luggages at the reception and visit the city. Maybe we came back too late, the room that was given to us was designed for disabled. The bathroom was so inconvenient to use: there was no hook at all, the sink was too low, etc. After all, it was just an overnight stay. We didn’t expect too much.

we did not get the parking as we arrived late round 5PM. it's full. and the reception should be a bit nicer. the auto check in machine does not work, it asked me to pay again, tho I have paid to expedia.

Das Badezimmer stank von Anfang an und hat nicht einmal Haken zum Aufhängen der Handtücher. Geschweige denn Platz für Duschkram an der Dusche. Der Duschkopf ist verkalkt.

Die Aussicht beschränkt sich auf das Bürogebäude nebenan und einen Parkplatz.

Das Gute: Es wird Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt und abgesehen vom Badezimmer ist das Zimmer sauber.

Als ich eintraf, lief die Klimaanlage auf voller Kraft. was ich zuerst zu schätzen wusste, da es recht warm war. Als ich die Tür zum Bad öffnete, wusste ich jedoch, weswegen sie an war. Mir kam ein unerträglicher Kloakengeruch entgegen. Dazu muss man sagen, dass es sich um ein barrierefreies Zimmer handelt, mit einem riesigen Bad. Auf dem Fussboden ist in der Mitte ein Abfluss, aus dem der Geruch strömte. Ich habe dann mit einer größeren Menge Flüssigseife versucht, diesen Geruch zu bekämpfen, was für den Moment funktioniert. Am nächsten Morgen war er jedoch wieder da. An der Rezeption sagte man mir am nächsten Tag bei der Abreise, das sei eben manchmal so. O.k., nett. Ich schau' dann, dass ich das nächste Mal anderswo unterkomme.

Preiswert, ordentlich und zentral

Alles war sehr ordentlich. Ich finde das System ohne Zimmerkarte und nur mit Code sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber das Bad hat unangenehm gerochen. Als wir die Tür zum Bad geöffnet haben, hat dann auch das Zimmer unangenehm gerochen. Die Betten waren komfortabel. Im Zimmer gab es genügend Steckdosen und Ablagemöglichkeiten. Mit Klimaanlage! Das Zimmer war ruhig zu einer Nebenstraße gelegen. Sehr Zentral. Zum Domplatz nur 2 Gehminuten. Wir haben im kleinen, nahegelegenen Café Thies gefrühstückt, weil der Frühstücksplatz etwas ungemütlich aussah und wir gern draußen sitzen wollten. Das Hotel ist aber wirklich sehr preiswert, sauber und zentral gelegen!

Wir haben über hotels .com gebucht
Haben eingecheckt und sollten dann nochmal die Parkgebühr plus bettengebühr bezahle das waren nochmal 15 euro ich weis es ist nicht viel aber wenn amn schon online bucht habe ich keine lust noch bettengebühr zu zahlen. Das zimmer ist zwar schön und klein aber von sauberkeit ish keine rede das bad ist dreckig auch wenn es ein bb ist möchte man schon Sauberkeit haben hätte ich das gewusst wie das hotel isg hätte ich mir was anderes gesucht. Parkplätze sind auch kaum vorhanden man zahlt dafür und muss schauen das man abends noch ein Parkplatz bekommt also wenn ihr abends weg geht fahrt dann mit der bahn sonst müsst ihr schauen wo ihr parken könnt. Und 14 euro für Frühstück pro person ist auch heftig dann geh ich lieber zum lühning

City-Trip mit Hindernissen

Die Rezeption war während des Beginns der Checkin-Zeit geschlossen, andere Gäste hatten Probleme beim Checkin, was zu langen Wartezeiten an dem einen Checkin-Automaten führte. Das Zimmer ist ok, die Lage des Hotels ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig.

Überteuert für keinen Service

Das Hauptproblem ist der Self Checkin der wenn man über einen Vermittler geht leider nicht klappt - man muss all seine privaten Daten wieder angeben. Die angegebene Nummer zum B^B und auch die Notfall Hotline haben nicht funktioniert (Mailbox). Die Rezeption war ab 19 Uhr am Samstag nicht belegt obwohl sehr viele Gäste selbst einchecken mussten - dafür am Sonntag bis 22 Uhr wo gar keiner um 20 Uhr da war..
Vorteile - Gepäck kann hinterlassen werden, Innenhof zum Radparken - obwohl auch nicht ohne Probleme

Im Vergleich zu B&B Hotels in anderen Städten, war dieser B&B leider nicht so sauber. Der Service war allerdings sehr gut. Die Hygiene in Zimmer 1 war leider nicht so gut. Doch ich habe sofort ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Das war wirklich sehr gut.
Preis-Leistung war okay.
Wenn ich in Magdeburg bin, würde ich den nochmal buchen.

Erste Erfahrung mit dieser Art von Hotel, hat eher den Charakter einer Jugendherberge, offensichtliche Zimmerpartys. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind recht beengt, das Frühstück ist okay, im Vergleich aber nicht zu empfehlen und der Frühstücksraum war total überfüllt. Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände defekt, unbequeme Kissen.
