We had a wonderful stay – thanks to the lovely and caring staff and the charm of the hotel itself. It looked absolutely beautiful, both in the evening and in the morning. It's a shame we only stayed for one night! The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The location is truly unique – peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing break. The hotel was in a very scenic area and the photos used on the website, are very old. The venue is very dated and lacks some basic amenities including Air Conditioning.

The rooms look tired and are clearly due an update.

Only stopped for the one night as just happened to be the midpoint of our journey and was dog friendly. We were greeted by a friendly woman at reception who told us where we could find our room, bar, and breakfast for the next morning and gave us the key cards. I was pleasantly surprised by how the reception area looked and the room was very clean and spacious for 4 people and a dog. The bar was reasonably priced and had a lot of options.
The breakfast the best hotel breakfast I've had at a hotel so far. It was a buffet style help yourself breakfast which had everything from fish to sausage to pastries. I'd stay here again on the return journey but unfortunately it is fully booked on the day I require.

Fantastic hotel, only disappointment was that we only stayed one night, but will go back.
Great buffet dinner and excellent value, nice facilities
Breakfast was busy and food kept running out so gave it a miss.
Lovely grounds and a tram stop outside which I assume takes you into the town.

I had booked a 2 adults and a child \"8yrs\" room. The room I got was barely enough for one person and I had to sleep on the floor. They didn't not provide extra bed for my child or a bigger bed. They said everything was booked. I would have been better off sleeping in my car.

Hotel charged for the parking which hasn’t been used!!! No hot water in the shower!!! 34 degrees max!!! No room service during all stay!!! Spa not free!!! Breakfast for 16 euros??? Quality is shift! Fruits from yesterday, already out of date!!! Had a steak for 32 euros… maybe they don’t know how the steak supposed to taste or what…i will never go back!!!

Bar and room service menu a bit short otherwise something for most people.

Breakfast and dining menus ample and delicious.

An absolutely fantastic hotel in a delightful setting. The breakfast was sumptious and the staff very helpful. Sitting outside in the lovely grounds to eat it was a delightful way to start the day. Great spa as well.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig mitten in einer grünen Parklandschaft. Da sich die Straßenbahnendhaltestelle aber fast vor der Haustür befindet, ist man in weniger als 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Das Haus wirkt edel, unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Frühstücksbuffet ist außergewöhnlich vielseitig. Im Badezimmer und auch im Schwimmbad und der Sauna gibt es schon einige Alterserscheinungen an der Einrichtung.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder hierher.

Die Zimmer sind etwas veraltet. Der Wellnessbereich lädt nicht wirklich zum verbleiben und entspannen ein. Im Saunabereich waren zwei Liegen und im Poolbereich sieben Liegen für das ganze Hotel, das war eindeutig zu wenig. Beim Frühstück lässt der Service leider auch zu wünschen übrig. Erst nach Nachfrage wurde das Buffet aufgefüllt. Des Weiteren würden wir einen zweiten Kaffeeautomaten empfehlen um lange Schlangen zu vermeiden. Unser Fazit: Hotel mit viel Luft nach oben.

Der Gesamteindruck & Service ist nach wie vor sehr gut. Allerding hatte ich diese Mal ein Zimmer erwischt bei dem es einige kleine Schäden gab, die mal repariert werden müssten. Der Handtuchhalter im Bad wurde nur noch vom guten Willen der Schrauben gehalten & hing halb auf Absturz, die Fassung einer Leselampe am Bett baumelte am Kabel aus der Lampe & die Gardinen hingen aus der Schiene. Alles Dinge die der Zimmerservice bei der Reinigung sofort sehen müsste.

Ruhig gelegen mit einem schönen Park.

Unser Zimmer war recht groß mit einem separaten Sitzbereich.
Die Einrichtung war zwar etwas älter jedoch hochwertig und funktional.

Zwei Mankos:
1.
Am TV sind die HDMI Eingänge gesperrt, sodass man kein TV Stick verwenden kann.
2.
Die Klimaanlage ließ sich leider nicht ausschalten

Ansonsten hatten wir aber ausreichend Staumöglichkeiten mit vielen Kleiderbügel und ein bequemes Bett.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig mit einer Vielzahl an warmen und kalten Speisen.
Ob Rührei mit Bacon, Pancake, versch. Brötchensorten, 4 Sorten Honig oder einen frei zugänglichen Kaffvollautomat, ist alles dabei. Mein Favorit waren hier die Waffeln… hmm. einfach lecker

Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalte sehr schön und würden dieses Hotel in jedem Fall wieder wählen.

Es stimmte einfach alles. Durchgehend freundliches Personal - man fühlte sich willkommen. Die Anlage ist interessant und abwechslungsreich - d. h. die Wege sind nicht \"Empfang- Fahrstuhl-Zimmer, denn es gibt immer was zu entdecken. Auch das Restaurant bietet unterschiedliche Möglichkeiten des Aufenthalts, dazu eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit Blick in den Park. Und der Park des Ortsteils Herrenkrug ist sehr schön und sehr gepflegt! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Erst mal meiden!

Leider fühlt man sich als Gast NICHT MEHR WIRKLICH WOHL. Schwimmbad und Sauna gegen 5€ Aufpreis, dies wäre ok, wenn das Wasser in dem Wirlpool warm, das Licht in der Sauna, der Eisspender funktionieren und das Holz sauber wäre. Dazu bekommt man dann tatsächlich zwei Handtücher (keine Saunatücher, wurden wohl abgeschaft) für Saunagng Duschen und Schwimmbadbesuch.
Im Zimmer geht es dann weiter, Haare und Flussen im Bad. Sogar bei der Anreise bei den vier Parkplätzen vor dem Hotel (zum aus- und einladen) früher, muss man auch Parkgebühr zahlen. Die Zimmer werden nur noch auf Nachfrage gereinigt was natürlich auch für Handtücher gilt. Tücher im Bad wurden selbstverständlich auch abgeschafft. Das freundliche Personal kann das alles nicht wett machen, zu diesem Preis gibt es in Magdeburg viel bessere Hotels!

Wir sind zu dritt als Familie angereist, hatten 3 Nächte gebucht und haben sogar noch spontan eine Nacht dazu gebucht, da es uns so gut gefallen hat. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, sauber und ordentlich. Die Betten sind bequem, das Frühstück sehr lecker mit einer großen Auswahl. Was uns ebenfalls aufgefallen ist, war das sehr freundliche Personal, ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder im Gelände des Hotels, alle waren sehr nett. Der Spabereich mit Pool und Whirlpool ist klein, aber fein, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Umgebung kann man schön spazieren gehen, bis zum Elbauenpark hat man es nicht weit, genauso wir zur Innenstadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lite äldre stil men charmigt och trevligt

Hotellet är av den lite gamla stilen både interiört och exteriört men det är inte att det känns jättegammalt utan det känns snarare hemmatrevligt och charmigt. Rummet hade riktigt skön säng. Jag hann ej bada eller annat utan sov bara en natt för att sedan köra vidare. Det jag vill lägga extra vikt på är servicen, bemötandet, speciellt från receptionisten Claudia som redan när jag ringde var hur otroligt god som helst. Vi började skratta med varandra i telefon som att vi kände varann sedan tidigare, hon har verkligen lätt för att prata med människor. Otroligt bra service av Claudia, kändes jätte välkomnande.

Service was great, all personell we interacted with were kind and helpful. Free parking was available front of the hotel.

We arrived late (after 21) and took an overnight stop. Booking and check-in was hassle-free despite the late hour.

The furnishings in the room was a bit dated and there is an \"old\" smell to the place.

Breakfast was great with good selection to choose from and the restaurant is very cozy.

Would definitely consider staying if we need a stop on our way past Magdeburg again.

Business Trip nach Magdeburg. Schönes Hotel mit Wellness (eine Finn. Sauna, eine Dampfsauna, kleines Schwimmbad) für 5 EURO Zuzahlung. Leider gibt es keine kostenlosen Getränke mehr, was ich bemängele. Frühstück sehr umfangreich und toll.

Familjevänligt hotell

Allt var bra förutom att de glömde bort två extrasängar till våra barn, men det ordnades fram direkt vi sa till. Det togs ut en avgift på 5€/dag och person för att få utnyttja pool och bastu, vilket inte framgår när man bokar. Läget är lugnt och bra, mycket nära till spårvagnshållplatsen om man vill lämna bilen när man ska ner på stan. En lekpark modell större finns precis i närheten, kostade dock att gå in där.
