First thought was this couldn’t be terrible. Well when I first walked in you could smell a very weird smell in the room I shouldn’t have stayed after that. The bathroom wasn’t terrible but I noticed when you turn the water on the shower pan just leaked everywhere so I def knew then there was mold but I thought it wouldn’t be bad, I woke up throwing up and having the worst head ache ever I left immediately after I felt like I could drive

Ac not in proper working condition. Property littered with trash. Suspicion, unsavory characters(solicitor, homeless) attacking guests and trying to break into rooms. Unprofessional business practices such as not allowing check in on certain days through 3rd party and owned sites causing guests to pay outrageous non 3rd party owned property site costs(very sneaky but obvious) which are driven up on purpose for this sneaky practice. This needs to be corrected. Ots not a good look for Red Roof. Red Roof has great properties its just a few ive stayed at use these practices. Should be investigated and fixed.

The room is in need of a serious make over. Its run down, the heating unit didn’t work, and the maintenence of the physical condition has been ignored. If the weather had not been so cold, the heating unit would not have been the issue. But due to cokd temperatures and a winter storm warning, I left a day early so I wouldn't freeze at night. I deserve a refund for one night based on the poor heating unit.

Roaches! The staff woman was friendly but I do believe she knew about the condition before hand the way she stressed about being available for ANY problems.

I didn’t even sleep, I left all the lights on to minimize them coming out, they crawled on the dressers the curtains on the bed and mostly in the shower by the drain. I didn’t even shower I checked out and found something similar in price for much better condition.

After I killed them 10 like 30 more kept coming out through out the night. Phone in the room does not work and there was no blanket or toilet paper in the room. I had to wait 3 hrs just to get that. No one should EVER book here.

The first few times we stayed at the property were not good, but weren't as bad as this last time we stayed. This most recent stay we had the first room they checked us into was completely filthy, food all over the table and counter, no sheets on the bed with mold and stains all over the mattress, there were roaches and roach feces all over the counter and sink area, and the room smelled like nothing but cigarettes and weed. We went to the office and got a new room that was not used but this room was not ANY BETTER. This room was the EXACT same, except this one was not occupied by someone’s stuff. The bed had mold and stains in the new room, the door could be opened with a credit card, the window in the room did not close someone put a spring it looks like underneath it to stop it from being able to close, there was hair all in the shower and sink, roaches all over the place in the bathroom and kitchen area, and to make it better someone was playing loud music until 5am and there were dogs barking in the room below and next to us but they say no animals are allowed in the rooms. We went back to the office to ask for a different room again that didn’t smell like weed and cigarettes and was nasty but they said they didn’t have anymore. Save your money and your sanity and do not stay here. This property is foul and needs shut down, and the staff needs properly trained and to not have attitudes. I took pictures of everything as well.

My receptionist was wonderful very polite and kind. When we entered our room I didn’t expect to see what awaited me,it was infested with roaches everywhere except the refrigerator that where we had to put our clothes we had taken off and we had to put our towels in there as well to prevent the roaches from crawling on them.
We also had to keep our suitcases in the car so that we didn’t take anything home with us.my husband asked for clean towels and they didn’t have any so we went to the laundromat to wash them the air conditioning was about to fall off the wall we asked if someone could fix it and was told that second shift was coming on at 7.00 no one showed and we stuck towels in it to prevent rats from entering our room.Saturday I went to the office and asked if the maintenance guy would please come and fix it and they sent a guy that didn’t speak English and I had to try and tell him what the problem was. The only didn’t think it was problem because the last people that stayed didn’t complain.

The room smelled like cigarettes and pot. The toilet deat and toilet paper holder was broken. No toilet paper when i got there. The light fixture cover was hanging down the entire time. There was exposed wiring under the counter for the cooktop. The mattress was horrible. Had to sleep on one side of because it was lumpy. I booked a queen bed and they didn't have any avalible when i got there and wouldnt switch my room. Ac broke 2 times while there was well.

DONT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!! It’s by far the worst stay of my life ( and I’m not even a picky person)
The room was very DIRTY AND FULL OF ROACHES. Everywhere!!!!!! So many!!!!!
I talked to the front desk lady she was nice and told me they could give me a refund if I wanted to leave. (got the place for 5 days and only could stay one night) and HERE I AM 35 days after, I called them 3 times and I HAVENT RECEIVE MY PROMISED REFUND. Everytime I call they say it’s on the way and I should just wait. ( it doesn’t take that long to get a refund, they just do this until you let it go and give up) SO I DONT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE NOT TO MY WORST ENEMY! DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!! ITS AWFUL AND A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!!

It was terrible, I booked my 3-bed room through hotels.com, when we arrived they shocked us by saying \"the room is not available and we do not know why it was listed on hotels.com\"!!, I had to accept a 1-bed room for my family to pass the night, it should have been a non-smoking room, but it smelled awful, it was like an army of smokers spent 10 years smoking in there.. that was on Dec. 24th, and today is the 28th and has not received my refund yet, never going to repeat this experience

She been harassing for the last week or so...yea i stay there been there never!!! The young lady that assisted me, was great. She was patient and extremely nice. The actual room was awful. There were roaches and roach carcasses everywhere, there wasn’t a remote for the tv, there weren’t any pillows, the microwave didn’t work, the left eye on the stove didn’t work, there wasn’t any wash clothes, the heater did NOT work, when I called the front desk to get those items, there wasn’t an answer. Half of the room’s lights went out. It was room 280 i stayed in. The price was decent but the room was absolutely horrible.

I booked two studios and one did not have a microwave and the other did not have a door on the bathroom the stove top dod not work and the air conditioner leaked water all over the floor. We had to use all of our towels to soak up the water. Mind you we have been there for going on 3 weeks and nothing has been fixed yet. The young lady that help you after hours has been very helpful and apologetic. I've spent $2,100 since I've been staying there and cant cook and cant use the restroom privately and waking up to large puddles of water. No one has offer any type of compensation for all of the issues that have occurred. Not only that but our studios we're not clean when we arrived and there are roaches inside of the bathroom.

The one staff member working there was nice enough. No signage indicating where the office is. A/C worked great. The toilet rocked and leaked at the base. Probably needs a new seal. Sink cabinate was broken and rotting. Hole in the wall where the toilet paper used to be mounted. Shower had very little water presure. Tile along floor was cracked, and roaches were coming in through the opening. Kitchenette counter was bowed down like a 500 lb person sat on it. This property should be inspected and condemned. I had reservations for 2 days, but left after being there for about 5 hours. Waiting to see if they refund my extra day. I have pics of everything.

When we arrived \"after hours\" the front desk was closed. Closed on the weekend, why? An emergency number was available, so I called. The Front Desk Operator was rude & unprofessional. The hotel is an actual residence to many. When we went to our rooms, the rooms were in DEPLORABLE condition!

The floors were dirty. The walls were filthy & adorned with NASTY red and brown stains. The outside base of the toilet was covered in dirt and there was no toilet tissue in the bathroom!!! There were no blankets or comforters on the bed! The website never mentioned there would be no comforter, blanket or toilet tissue!! When you fill out the agreement, it states it there.

Loud music played throughout the early morning radiating through the window and wall! Someone was outside pounding hard on a door, a few doors down which was frightening to say the least! There was an infestation of roaches, flies and other bugs in the room. This was the end for me. The ability to be able to rest comfortably was IMPOSSIBLE.

My family and I felt UNSAFE!!! Early checkout! Expedia suggested we email the hotel with the concerns. I left my feedback in an email to the hotel and returned on Monday to discuss. There was a new Front Desk Operator who was kind & respectable. I was nicely told my card would still be charged the full rate, and I was!

This place is a nightmare! No one should have to live in such conditions, let alone pay to stay there for leisure. Biggest regret!

Booked two nights and was ready right after seeing the room. You could smell the mustiness in the room as you entered. The refrigerator had roaches dead and alive, the bathroom had mildew in the shower and the mirrors were all splashed seemingly with water from a previous guest, the kitchen was a mess. The counter top was dirty with liquid spills. The walls were stained with liquid running from the vent. The towels had hair in them. The ground was not swept or mopped. Even the lights for the room kept going on and off. I asked nicely and kindly for a room change. I was informed that there was nothing that could be done until Monday. That was my date for check out. So I was left to stay in the mess for two days. I had to call my agent and rebook a new hotel. I just couldn’t manage. Left instantly

I will NEVER stay there again. The beds looked like they were donated from the local prison, the bathroom didnt have a door, the kitchenette sink didn't work, the fridge didn't work and it smelled bad, the shower had so much black mold and there was dirt or who knows what on the shower floor and when I got up in the middle of the night and turned the light on, there were roaches everywhere. Oh and the tv didn't work either. I had to stay there because it was late and i had nowhere else to go but I didn't stay there the second night I had paid for. And what really makes me angry is that they charged me a deposit which they were supposed to return but they kept it. I have never stayed in such a horrible place!

Upon arrival at this property there were four police cars with lights flashing, blocking the drive through between buildings. We could not tell where the office was by driving around the building. We finally encountered a woman who told us that the check-in window was on the end of a building. She didn't mention that she was the person managing and would be the person checking us in. We ended up taking two rooms because a room with two beds was not available. I had to sign and initial a two-page contract that was too lengthy to read. For some reason, the woman signing me in, told me emphatically, that I had to pull my vehicle facing inward. If I backed in, and she had to tell me twice, on the third time, she would have my vehicle towed. While signing in, just across the street, a woman in a car was screaming at and appeared to be attempting to run over a male with her car. This was around 8 p.m. Police also responded to that incident. We were given the passes to rooms 194 and 197 which are on the second floor. Pulling up to a parking spot beneath our rooms, the room in our headlights had the door open, a window boarded up and another window broken. Room 194 didn't have the heat on and had a dingy feeling. Room 197 had the heat on and we were going to stay in that room but the door frame appeared to have been kicked in, leaving barely enough wood for the door latch to catch. We decided to get a room at the Hampton Inn. We had booked car, flight and room through Expedia.

Was assigned to a room with no working heat, when its 40 degrees outside. Was told maintenance was going to change it, took two hours.was done around 5:20. the heat worked, barely, for about an hour. Then made a crazy noise and shut off, waited a bit and tried to turn it back on and it did nothing. went to get some help at the front desk twice and got no help. by 8:30 pm it was too cold to stay. slid room keys under the window and onto the counter for an early check out.

Booked non smoking king room. During check in, reception said king room is not available. After waiting for 1hr, room provided. But it was smoking n bad smell did not toleratable by wife n kid. Over all it was bad experience
