The sheets, mattress cover, and mattress were stained beyond belief. The bedding was also unchanged. It looked like the bed was just remade after the previous tenant left -- there was literally hair and crumbs all over the bedding, sheets, and pillow cases.

I was there on a travel assignment… I totally hated the property. I cried and cried the first night. The first night I got there they gave me a room it was HORRIBLE like scary looking it smelled like a ball of cigarette smoke and it was very bad. I requested another room it was a non smoking room well the doors said it it too smelled horrible.The reviews are LIES. It’s nasty roaches and bad roaches everywhere after you get in they start coming out the bed frame cracks in the wall the microwave was nasty the fridge was nasty. It was terrible.No phones and the phone that was in there was old dirty and not working very scary I will never go there again. It really should be shut down. No I was due to check out yesterday but instead I checked out on Tuesday due to a bad fight broke out right next to my room at about 3 in the morning and no police came no hotel staff came… just a bunch of loud crackheads fighting and going nuts. I was LIVID. ITS A LOT man my 2 nights there was SCARY AS EVER… never and I do mean NEVER GO THERE not even sure how it’s still even open! I give that hotel a NEGATIVE 10 stars

I will never stay at this hotel again very nasty to get up to my room. I needed to take stairs to the stairs were out of commission had to walk a long ways around got ate up by bugs after staying there one night will never go back there again no smoking in the room in the room smells terrible Had to wash my clothes as soon as I got back home.

Was charged twice for the room. Had to call and get a refund. Bed linen was dirty and stained. Hair all over the linens. Bugs in the drawers and bathroom. They didnt want to change the linen until pictures were shown. Didnt even stay the night and decided to drive back home.

cheap price but that's it. Tried 4 non smoking rooms before we got one that didn't reek of cigarette smoke. Bedding had cigarette burns in it. Bathroom sink had only 1 tap that worked. I didn't expect anything fancy but this place is really underwelming

The whole property was filthy. Room did not have chair requested one never received one. Curtains have holes in it. The floor was very dirty they're not to go barefooted or with socks. Charge $5 to register if you credit card was not disclosed at time of reservation. But not recommend this place even for your puppy. But not recommend this place to anyone.

Value for the price but would not stay there again. Sheets and towels were totally worn out and stained. Didn't feel good to sleep in our shower. Windows were so dirty that you couldn't see through them. We really didn't want to touch anything there due to the lack of cleaning.

Without saying about it online they had a sign only in the rental office that they will charge a $5.00 fee if you use a card and charge the cost to stay. I tried to pay cash but because I charged to my card they wouldn’t refund my card and let me pay cash !
My brother & I had to go all the way back to the office because we didn’t have but one small towel and one drying towel ! Rented online 2 hours before arriving and had to in plug the water before we could use it !!!
The bath door had been forced open destorying the door faceingon doornob side !!!
Tv was cable but was in bad shape to see the clear picture !!!
The front window curtin had a hole about in the middle you could see through in or out. So had to use two strips 6 inches long to cover the hole so nobody could see in before we could even undress to shower.
Room next to us had a hole in front window you could climb through with nothing even taped over it but room was vacant !!!

OUT OF TOWN VISITORS AVOID THIS SUBSTANDARD INN AT ALL COST! Never before in all my travels have I seen a 5.00 surcharge for payment with a credit card and I had already paid for my booking at this Inn thru expedia,so I called expedia to tell them about this.Plus the front desk clerks are young, totally inexperienced and clueless plus are difficult to understand. When i saw there were No cups or glasses in the room (another first in my tarvels), I asked them for some and they told me we have none, UNBELIEVABLE! FUTURE GUESTS GO ELSEWHERE!

The room is big , but toilet was stoped up, no trash can , no pillow cases, only 2 working lights in the room, took maintence 2 hours to come fix toilet, all furniture is out dated , tv has to be operated by buttons on the side , remote doesnt work..lots of peeps hanging outside, loud music, for the $41. The room was very filthy. The bed had dirty sheets and a mouse turds on the bed. Cigarette buts in the toilet and a drawing on the lid. No towels or washcloths. No shampoo, heater was falling apart. Black cloth with mouse turds and what looked poison next to the heater. We didn't even stay, we did get the dog depost back but not the hotel fees. A guest came in when I was in the office wanting a refund because he found hypodermic needles in his room. Have photos but can't load them

There were a couple of issues that prevent me from rating the motel higher. There were no towels in the room and no one to get them from in the morning. Also the hot water knob on the sink was broken and there was no hot water. The wifi was good. The room was large and had a refrigerator which I appreciated.

Used this motel two different times, both times you have to call Expedia customer service because hotel never gets the conformation. The guy at the front desk kept smirking like everything was funny. This was THE WORST hotel I’ve EVER stayed in!!!! Roaches clawing across the night stand, multiple extension cords, dirty linen, nasty bathroom floor, non functional TV, no coffee maker, extremely loud neighbors, light fixtures broken by bed and in bathroom, room stank, bed extremely uncomfortable.

First room they put me in was awful. It stank so bad. It had cigarette butts in the trash can, which didn't have a liner. Towels looked like they were 50 years old and used by the dirtiest guests. One wash cloth was a torn towel. I politely asked for a new room.
The second room, towels were in similar condition. No pillows on the bed, microwave was sitting on the floor, because the fridge it would have sat on was missing. and no light bulbs in lamps and bathroom.
When I asked for pillows, they put me in a new room.
Third room, was still a hole. towels were same. Must be all they have. This room didn't have a fridge or microwave, but at least it had pillows, though they were in rough condition. I asked if they could bring me a microwave, so I could heat up my dinner. They decided to put me in another room.
Fourth room, same as the first 3. This one did have a microwave, but again fridge was missing. didn't dare take a shower, as I'm not sure they towels were clean. But I was done. I was tired of moving rooms. I found the best of the pillows, and went to bed.
Next day, I returned from work. My key didn't work and I noticed my stuff wasn't in the room, from the window. Front desk had my stuff. Couldn't articulate why they removed my stuff. Pretty pissed.
Needless to say, I didn't finish my 4 night stay. I booked a different hotel and finished out my week elsewhere.
Avoid this hotel.

Very disgusting place

I stayed in room 145 at the bottom. All you could smell was pot. There was a ton of noise on around me throughout the entire night. There were no towels in the room, there were crickets in the bathroom there was dead flies around the sink, and the toilet didn’t flush. The J trap on the sink in the little bathroom area also leaked directly into a little kitchen stale garbage can. By far one of the most disgusting places I’ve ever walked into in my life! The gentleman that checked me in that night was also very rude the remote for the TV Had one battery in it and it had exploded long ago so it was fused into emote. I didn’t even bother staying in the room. I slept out in my truck. I didn’t even try getting a refund because in big bold letters on a piece of paper on the front desk. It says absolutely no reason! So what’s the point ? I really hope this place is closed down.

Of all the years I’ve been a human and staying at hundreds of hotels across America and Mexico, this has to be the worst.

Entered to check in, no one came for assistance until 15mins later.

I asked for a non-smoking room. When I entered, the smell of musty, cigarette smoke with an ashtray on the desk. Burn holes in one of the chairs.

No remote control, so I asked if they could provide one. He did. All static channels.

The toilet paper dispenser was hanging off the wall, holes in the wall, dirty linen, but then was when I started to notice little insects in the room.

This grew to finding not just one, not two, but 6 baby cockroaches by my sandals. I promptly gathered my things and evacuated my room. When addressing this with the clerk on site, he offers a different room. It’s not his fault, but managements fault. I clearly declined, as I had already booked a different hotel. He advised I come back to speak with a manager”Mitchel” for a possible refund. I returned the next morning and no Mitchell was found. The staff could not care less.

Good going travelers, I beg you, spend the extra money and stay at a different location. DO NOT stay at the Guest Inn unless it’s a complete emergency. But I would still sleep in my car overnight rather than stay there.

Worst place I’ve ever pulled into to. Windows were broken out of rooms, and ducked taped back to gather, people watching porn on the side walk, lady was sitting at on of the picnic tables “cooking” but was too high on something to even finish.

The room we reserved was non-smoking… when we opened the door and it was like stepping into a nasty old ashtray, and the bed sheets were covered in stains.

Went to the office and told them that room wasn’t going to work. The lady gave me keys to another room, this one only had one bed(we needed 2) with the headboard torn off the wall, ash try sitting on the table(non-smoking room) and smelt just at bad as the first.

We loaded up and went somewhere else, hoping they actually refunded me like the receipt says they did.

Did not stay had to get another room at another hotel.First room the gave us the door to the room was open when we went back to the office the guy at the front dest said that house keeping must have left the door open so he gave us another room and that room it was dirty,smelled really bad and the room next to us had a pit bull staying in it and just keeped barking.when we reserved it we thought that it would be a safe place to stay because it had a rating of a 7 but it shouldn't have because it shouldn't evan of had a rating of a 1.I went back to the office for a refund but the man at the front office went to hide and did not come out to talk to us so i hope that yall can do something about getting me a refund because we weren't evan there for more than 5 minutes before finding another room somewhere else.I also thinknyall should be booking for this hotel because like i said it is very miss leading

Although I prepaid thru Expedia, price was lower on hotel bill and no refund. I requested ground floor, but no king rooms available so we had to climb stairs to 2nd floor even tho we have difficulty walking. Room had no light working in bathroom and constant stream of water from bath tub. Light on left side of bed would not work. No electrical plug near bed for my husband’s cpap machine, so he moved the lamp from across the room to the floor at the foot of the bed to plug machine into the plug in on the base of the lamp—tripping hazard. Don’t stay here. Property is run down and owners don’t care. Maid told me she’s turned in the problems previously with no change.

Great hotel for the price. You get want you pay for, some coffee, a bed and a shower. The room did have a working microwave and refrigerator but there was no free breakfast. The TV worked and the selection of channels was good. There was no wifi. The room was clean enough, but again you're getting what you pay for here too. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly. The pool wasn't operational, but maybe they just haven't opened it up for the season just yet.

It was priced right for what I was looking for. A clean comfortable bed. The fridge and shower curtain were rusty and the plug socket next to the bed was coming out of the wall. Bathroom and shower were clean.
