Très bien situé dans le quartier touristique de Temple Bar. Très facile de marcher aux alentours. Sécuritaire; nous avions nos trois enfants avec nous. Plusieurs marches pour se rendre à notre appartement. Tenez-vous prêt à entendre les bruits de la ville: vous êtes situés en haut d’un pub très connus qui est très actif jusqu’à l’aube. Le bruit de la livraison des kegs de bière à 6 heure du matin… Appartement avec air climatisé, frigo, micro-ondes. On fourni serviettes, draps, et bouchons pour dormir. À considérer: apporter votre « White noise machine » pour masquer le chant de Wonderwall à 4h du matin.

Did not like this hotel at all. I would never go there again. The room was so small I could not open my suitcase. There was no elevator so we had to carry our heavy suitcases 4 flights of steps - a difficult task at age 78!! The room lacked basic items such as a Kleenex box in the bathroom, no hair dryer .There was only one tiny garbage can in the bathroom. To top it all, the air conditioner did not work properly in this hot weather and every two minutes, there was some noise in the ceiling which meant it was impossible to sleep! The only positive aspect was the staff . They were polite, helpful and professional. They were terrific.

The location was fabulous. The property was excellent. I didn’t quite realize that it was directly over one of the most famous and busy bars in Europe!! The noise and the lights were not conducive to sleep!!

The location was great, the only thing I’d say is that the aircon wasn’t working correctly. The room was hot the whole time and because of where it’s located we couldn’t have the windows open at night because of noise, otherwise a great little stay.

Location, location! It was so fun to be right at The Temple Bar in Dublin. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom apartments with a family of 3 adults. It was clean and updated with a nice sized living area/kitchenette to hang out in. It was noisy with bar music/people on the street at night and keg deliveries in the morning, but they provided earplugs and as long as you are expecting that, it's all fine. There are air conditioners too, so the windows don't need to be open. It was our favorite stay of the trip, and we would definitely stay here again!

had a fantastic stay at The Temple Bar Inn and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dublin. The room was exceptionally clean, bright, and modern, with a great layout that made excellent use of the space and felt very comfortable throughout our stay.

The staff were outstanding—friendly, helpful, and attentive from check-in to check-out, always happy to assist with any questions or requests.

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Dublin and within walking distance of all the major attractions, restaurants, pubs, and shops. Despite being in the middle of all the action, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the room was. I had been concerned about noise before arriving, but once inside, I couldn’t hear any of the hustle and bustle outside and enjoyed a great night’s sleep.

Considering the quality of the accommodation and its unbeatable location, I found it to be very well priced and excellent value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to Dublin.

We had the windowless lightbox room. Everything was great except the AC unit. The condenser pump would go off randomly every 5 - 15 minutes. There would be a very loud humming/buzzing noise that would last a few seconds. It woke us up many times throughout the night. One other thing to note was that you could hear everything in the hallways (which we knew about) but since it was a Tuesday it wasn't so bad.

The location was good and bad, in that it was convenient but also a little noisy. The “Comfort Double” room was small and had no chair. The bathroom had no shampoo, only hand soap. The bed was large and comfortable and I slept well. I let 3 different people at reception and 2 of them were very helpful and easily to talk to, however one was condescending and made my wife uncomfortable. So overall, the stay was just ok. I might be back again…

I absolutely loved this hotel. Room was small but that’s fine because traveling alone I didn’t need some spacious accommodation. Was worried it would be noisy due to its proximity to the World Famous Temple Bar however I couldn’t hear any noise from the bar in my room…completely soundproof. Will definitely stay again!

Place to crash. Beds were small but I’m 6’5” maybe better suited for leprechauns 😄. Great staff! Small hallways. Great location. The only issue we had that about every 15 mins we heard some 3 sec vibration. Very annoying when trying to sleep.

The room we were stuck in was 211 on the 2nd floor.On opening the door it was a small room with no storage really and only a skylight window.The room itself was red hot and the aircon didnt really cool the room down so we opened the skylight slightly to let some air in,this was ok until a slight bit of rain and it shut and wouldnt open until it stopped raining so the room again was red hot!!!! As for the shower,well nowhere to put anything and you had to reverse in and couldnt move around much.Overall not too bad but would ask for a room with a window.

The location is amazing and why you stay here. Expect it to be VERY loud at night, until the bar scene dies down. The amenities are fine- but that is not why you stay at the hotel. Be prepared to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs and to not be able to check in early. This is truly for location.

This place has paper thin walls. I could hear everything in the rooms next to us and in the hall. The location was good and the staff was friendly. The room was so small and our comforter had stains on it. The room also had no windows (could be my fault when booking and didn’t notice this detail) but the problem was there was no ventilation. When we took a shower the room turned into a sauna and sort of stayed that way. The AC couldn’t really be changed so it didn’t help the situation.

Very small space - somewhat expected. Not a good fit for 4 adults with luggage.

Location is central and great for walking every where. Room was clean, spacious but being on the top floor was awful. Wasn’t aware there was no elevator so carrying luggage up 3 floors wasn’t ideal after a long day of travel. Every morning work to loud banging by cleaning staff and construction workers. Sounded like hammering on walls right beside me each morning. Had no choice but to get out of bed and out of the hotel to have some quiet. When advised front desk staff they had no clue what or who it was from and couldn’t give any resolution.

Room wasn’t as advertised. It was a very small room. Bed pushed up against the wall so anyone sleeping wall side had to climb over the bed during the night.
Windows didn’t open so was very stuffy. Blinds didnt shut either so was awake early from the daylight.
Could have done with a good thorough clean. A few reviews had said about the outside noise however that’s to be expected given the location although the worst noise we had was the staff having a loud conversation outside our room door.

It’s ideal if you want to be close to the centre of Dublin and the attractions. Perfect for a boozy night out and all you want is a bed and no care for anything else.

Our room was very clean and spacious. The staff were a bit difficult for check-in (my name on my passport didn’t match my reservation/expedia account name exactly so they made me change my Expedia account name right then and there even though I’ve been using the account for many reservations over many many years). The lobby and stairs are not in the greatest condition, but the room was pretty good. The shower had trouble draining so we had to turn off the water periodically to allow it to drain. Super convenient location but quite noisy compared to other temple bar hotels we have stayed at.

Wonderful location, but genuinely the smallest hotel room I’ve ever been in. The room is about the size of a cruise ship bedroom and the bathroom is comparable to an airplane bathroom as far as size. However it did the job for a night. Clean property and very friendly and accommodating staff.

AC didnt work properly. This wasnt raised with the hotel as we found opening the window was sufficient.
The hotel is in a lively spot however with windows closed noise was minimal and not a disturbance.
The room was very small and difficult for two people to move around in. It was however very clean.
Theres not much in the way of amenities just a vending machine in the hallway which was well stocked.
Staff were friendly and keen to assist.
The location is ideal for pretty much everywhere.
Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.

I booked a quadruple room with 4 single beds on Expedia, only to be told that this wasn’t available. There was 0 flexibility from the reception and the attitude was poor - only offering to cancel the room entirely as opposed to offering any other solution.

Hotel itself was adequate but it can be noisy. Location is fantastic though.

Rooms are nice and clean, newly renovated it seems and the hotel is in a perfect location. Inside the rooms it’s not noisy which is surprising consider g the amount of commotion going on outside. The hotel provides complimentary water which is an amazing perk, especially after a night out at the pubs. Rooms are smaller then they look in the images but they serve their purpose so no complaints.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly, and the location was perfect if you want to be in the heart of Temple Bar. The rooms were clean; however, the bathrooms were small, and the sink area lacked space to set out toiletries while getting ready. Because the hotel is right in Temple Bar, you can hear people on the streets throughout the night after they’ve been out partying—which also makes it very convenient to get back to your room if you’re one of those partiers yourself. Overall, a solid place to stay but can be a bit noisy at times.

BEWARE, we booked and paid in advance for this hotel through hotels.com but when we arrived we couldn't check in as my daughter didn't have any photo ID with her.
It doesn't mention this anywhere on the booking website but apparently the whole party must have ID. We had to find a new hotel. No refund given, just told to contact hotels.com.
I've emailed hotels.com but had no response. I will never use them again. In years of staying at different hotels I've never had an issue like this before.
