Rooms were clean & comfortable. Requested to be located at the REAR of the property as the first evening was facing the main street & the noise from the traffic kept us awake until 2:00 AM!!
The internet SUCKED!!! You would get connection for 5 SECONDS and then nothing for 10 seconds - VERY frustrating.
The MAIN reason that i did NOT give a five-star rating was that we planned a trip to the beach. we placed ONE bath towel in our backpack. In reception, I informed the desk staff that i was taking the towel & could they put a fresh towel back in my room, since the one that were going to take would be used & have sand / salt on it. We were told that it would cost us PHP 100.00! I was happy to pay the PHP 100.00 if it was a refundable deposit. I was told that it was NOT a deposit. I was told that it was a charge!! I asked that since i was paying PHP 100.00 for the towel, that would I be able to keep the towel. The answer was NO!
In total frustration I returned the towel from my backpack & headed out for the day!!

Yes, wall paper peeling paint chips throughout staff was great for most part little gliche getting help to airport shuttle we basically took our own bags (very heavy) from room to lobby, of note no elevator in our area.
Room also very tight. kettle had no auto shut off so we steamed the room up to a point of setting off smoke/heat Deector!

We checked in for premiere junior suite and the room was outdated and the king size bed was old and mattress was saggy and hard on my back, did not get good sleep for my 3 nights stay. Was not upgraded because hotel was fully booked. Will not stay in this hotel ever again!!! The staff were rude and don’t want to be bothered with the guests!!!

Really enjoyed my stay with my wife here! Clean, nice design, small but fun gym, and a hotel cafe with plenty of good options for food and coffee! Really friendly staff too! Shoutout to the cafe host who was very accommodating and fun to talk to! Didn't get a chance to try the pool! Maybe next time! God Bless you guys at this hotel! 😃

Pickup at airport was good, check in quick . Upon entering the room it was very warm busboy turned AC on high not much cool air coming out , after half hour still warm I checked the filter it was 3/4 clogged found a maintenance man who quickly cleaned it then it started to work better but still took 2 hours before it started to feel alittle cool!! After diner I checked about a ride back to airport at 7am and was informed shuttle only goes at 6,8,10 am etc so I was forced to take a cab which took 20 mins in front of hotel to get !! I guess I just assumed it would be hourly since we were only 15 min max away from airport !!

Staff was amazing. Very attentive to any request and very informative to all my inquiries. If they didn't know they asked until the question was answered. The room and facilities were spotless and well maintained. The only problem was the room location. The first room had chickens and roosters calling out all night. The second room was facing the busy noisy street so 4-6 lanes of busy traffic from 6:30 am till 10 pm.

Cons:
Located on a very loud and busy road and noise levels are very high during both day and night, even on our 3rd floor room. The AC was below average and the shower had low water pressure and the warmest water temperature wasn't even warm enough. The bathroom was outdated and the sink water won't drain.
Pros:
Super comfortable bed, friendly staff/good customer service, airport shuttle and breakfast were included in the fare making the stay excellent value for money.
Neutral:
Distance to the airport is very small \"on paper\" but traffic can make travelling there take much longer.
Overall:
Can't complain since the value for money was great but will not stay there again due to all the cons, especially the very high noise levels.

My room was right on the main road, and it was excessively noisy in my room all night. I’m glad it was just me because of my girlfriend joined me. She would’ve not been very happy with the noise. The pool was about a block away part of the same complex but…. They need to get new windows with more noise proof for that side of the building.

Well it didn’t help that we got moved from our room as soon as we got settled. The bed was so hard my back still hurts, you are better off on the floor. First night they had a function so I listened to a subwoofer until past midnight. Food sucked, breakfast was terrible and 100% tailored to Koreans. Would not stay here again and wished I had chosen differently. The hotel visually is quite nice but run down.

Loved this place. The staff are very accommodating. They have really good food and room service. An amazing breakfast.. not like your typical American breakfast at a hotel I’m talking like a full buffet with local foods. Everything you could ever want is within walking distance. -Convenient location. Walking distance to restaurants, and malls.
-Excellent buffet breakfast.
-Hospitable hotel staffs. They always greet the guests and very helpful.
-The water heater was not functioning when we arrived but the hotel staff was able to fix it right away when we called them.
- Airport shuttle every 2hrs.

Cons:
- Not responding to my email regarding airport pick up. But was able to contact them using their landline phone #.
- There’s an annoying sound we hear at night. We think it was the heater on the hallway.

Pool area was much smaller than we expected and there were no cushions on the loungers and the one lounge chair in the pool has a broken hinge in the back so couldn’t be raised and lowered. The food was horrible. I ordered food for 6:30 delivery to my room. I called at 7:10… I think they just forgot to bring it up. The Cesar salad was disgusting- I don’t know what salad dressing you used but it was awful and it was iceberg lettuce and not romaine and it was soggy. The spring rolls were barely warm and very greasy. I ate the vegetables out of the middle just to have something to eat. I should have said something when I checked out but we were also rushed out in the morning. I doubt I would stay there again. Really slow food and beverage service. There was no working phone at the pool
So I walked up to order drinks … after about 20 mins it started to rain so we ended up walking back to the bar area and someone was just then coming out to bring us our drinks. There were only the 2 of us and no one else placing an order at the same time.

Nice place, just some problems first night

We had a good stay here three weeks prior and the only problem was the room was too small, so this time we upgraded to a larger room with kitchenette and microwave. I’d love to give 5 stars except our room had several problems on arrival: the microwave didn’t work, the shower had no hot water, and the hot water pot had a European plug, but no outlets that fit it. Fortunately, housekeeping fixed all these issues within an hour, but checking and fixing room problems like this should be done before guests arrive, not after. Otherwise, a good stay and staff were always kind and helpful.

Request to be on a higher floor. It was SO LOUD in the second floor- perhaps it was just bad luck, but there was a group screaming/shouting on the lobby level right below me until 3am. Then, around 4:30am, the local roosters started up. I did not get much sleep before my flight.

Be ready to leave a security deposit in cash.

Good value for an overnight stay before heading to the airport. We appreciated the free airport shuttle and the breakfast was very good. Staff and service were excellent. The only things lowering the rating were a room that was just too small and cramped (next time I would pay more for a larger room), weak water pressure, and pool could be cleaner.

Check in late at night. Staffs were friendly and check in process is quite fast. Room is small but you paid for what you get.

The pool and room is different from what you see in the pictures (Maybe this is a better room).

Breakfast is limited, only a few selection but managed to get the stomach filled.

The only reason I rate the 4 on over all is because they wrote my pick up time from the airport wrong ,,,, other than that, the staff facility was fantastic,,,, I could also suggest that instead of a cooler, a fridge in your room would be more convenient, as I found the cooler did nothing, it was plugged in, but didn’t keep anything cold at all

I needed a quick stay near the airport. I arrived later in the evening. No major frills, disappointing breakfast it lacked variety. Very nice staff. I wasn’t thrilled with my room. I was like talked in the corner and super small. I had to have the shower door open in order to sit on the toilet. It was so teeny tiny. They were fake windows so I had no window and fresh air. I didn’t like that. The pool was a complete joke. You couldn’t even really do laps or exercise. It was kind of just a leisure pool very disappointing. That would be a one and done for me.

For the price this was a great find. The airport shuttle picked us up right from the gate and dropped us back off at 2am. They upgraded us to the back more quiet building near the pool which was newly redone. The staff was very nice. Perfect for a short stay in Cebu. Bar/cafe seemed nice out front and there are some bougie outlet stores just a block away.

Wanted to give a special thanks to Al Pollina and the staff. Our bags were delayed at the airport and they went out of their way to help us get them back despite the bad service from the staff at the airport.
