Staff are friendly and very helpfull for booking taxis to tourist sightseeing. Convinient for shopping, transportation just front of the hotel. Walking distance to Mactan Shrine.
What dislikes me the barhroom is small and no proper shelves to put toothbrushes and soap.
Oherwise overall review is excellent.

You get what you pay for

My wife and I had a good stay here. The check-in/check-out process was great. The staff was amazing and always helped out when we had questions or needed to schedule something to do. The room was ok. It was nice having the AC and kitchenette. The bathroom was smaller than expected and looked a little older, but it worked well and they did a good job at cleaning it each day. The location was really the point that makes it a hit or miss. It's nice being across the street from a mall and many food places, but it also means it's very busy and the noise carries through the rooms. We got woken up early one morning to a neighbor playing their music very loudly that even the noise of the AC couldn't mask it. It happened everyday but only one of them was early enough to actually bother us from our sleep. And one night I was about to fall asleep before waking up to fireworks going off right by us.

We definitely liked our stay and if you are looking for a short term place to stay then this is a good one. We also wish we would have realized there was a terrace at the top you could go to on our last day there, and that would have been pleasant to enjoy in the evenings. But if you're staying in the city for more than a few days, I would suggest getting somewhere more cozy, away from the busy road, and has more amenities from the hotel.

Good location across from shopping plaza with good choice of food. On busy, noisy road so request high floor room at the back away from the street. Great service and quick check in. Room good size and clean. Bed is hard, which is typical for the Philippines. Doesn’t have separate shower-wet bathroom. Toilet seat broken. Included breakfast is okay and delivered to room if desired. About 20 minutes from the airport. 350 peso taxi ride. All in all all a good choice for a short stay.

The area is on a busy road, the highway noise was very loud even inside the hotel ( constant horns and engine noise), there’s a busy shopping/ Restaurant area across the street that was very loud.
Not sure if it’s always an issue but workers outside were working on the sewer drain and the smell was awful by the road just outside the hotel.

Room was clean, spacious, with refrigerator, hot water kettle and eating utensils. Shower was directly beside the commode, with no hot water. Electricity on and off with blackouts. Wifi was poor. No flat iron for borrowing or for rent. No hairdryer despite listed in their website that each room has.

Service in the reception and adjoining restaurant were terrible. Upon checking in, receptionist asked for choice of breakfast, gave my choices for next 2 days and told them I would be dropping by restaurant. Next day, went to the restaurant at 7:15 am, only to be told that the front desk did not notify them of my order and breakfast will be prepared in 20-30 min and brought to my room. 40 minutes later, still no sign of breakfast. Called reception, who connected me to restaurant, server oblivious, told me that they would cook breakfast - this was at 9:20 am. I called front desk to air my complaint and was told that they relayed my order to which I said restaurant said the front desk didn't relay my order to them, the receptionist was argumentative even though the fault was hers, both front desk nor the server in the restaurant did not even apologize. Poor customer service, expect the staff to talk back even though its their fault, trying to put the blame on the customer.

Ok budget hotel near the seaport. If you aren’t in Bohol to stay at a beach or looking to do anything at night it’s a decent option. If you do want beaches and nightlife then I would find a place on Panglao as that is where the majority of resorts and restaurants are catering to tourist

I had a big problem with the extra charges for cleaning services inwhich is supposed to be a part of their regular function of duty. They charge extra if there is any kind of soil marks are left on linens or sheets. Make me feel as if I must rent the room and not inhabit it for the fear something will get dirty and I will be charged extra

Bathroom is badly designed. Water all over the place when you take a shower therefore you have to first wipe toilet seat to use it. Water was not draining properly. Sink faucet loose. Needs some deep cleaning. Worn out Towels are limited and needs replacement.

Well situated, but the bathrooms are a hazard

Let me explain the bathroom part: the whole floor is on a single level and the tiles aren't slanted correctly in order for the water to drain properly. This means that the whole floor gets flooded whenever you take a shower and not all of the water drains. The tiles become very slippery, especially with the soapy water.

The rest of the experience is overall pleasing, but it's a bit pricey for what you get. It got very noisy at times (celebrations), but it always stopped around 10 PM.

Cant Sleep with strong moth balls scent

Hotel looks nice and big outside, but small inside. Close to Mactan New Town. Only 1 elevator. So its faster with stairs. Soundproof from room to room is minimal. So expect to hear things at night from the other room. Staff very pleasant and courteous.
The one that really bothered us was the very strong moth ball scent in the room that gave us headache.. we told the staff and they have it taken away but scent was still there.

Very friendly and helpful staff, and very clean. $40 Canadian/night when I stayed.
Breakfast is included, and delivered to your room in the morning! I had a couple of 4 am departures for day trips, and didn't feel like breakfast that early, but they would have delivered it if I had wanted it. Not on the beach, and not like the rooms at the fancier hotels, but not the price either. I would definitely recommend it.

Honest 2 Star but oh-so Basic

Clean but unsatisfactory facilities by Western Standards. The key limitation is a tiny bathroom, with toilet open to a shower 30cm away causing wet toilet and a slippery floor in general. Lapu Lapu lacks mid-range Hotels. Resorts and the decaying Casino Hotel are very expensive and there are no four star hotels.

The strengths of the Sebastian Hotel are price, co-operative staff, and reasonable proximity to the beach and to 5 Star Shangri La Hotel for adult travellers to hang out at. Beds are clean and comfortable. Small kitchen with good sized fridge is a positive for families and budget travellers.

Basic hotel if you don't care to be close to beach

Hotel would be fine if you just want a place to sleep, but if you're looking for something close to the resorts you won't find it. Some of the staff were pretty clueless about suggestions for tourist related information and activities, but there were a few staff who were able to provide some more useful suggestions. Because of the lack of knowledge we were forced to do our own research, but this was difficult as the wifi is basically non existent.

Interesting hotel close to the airport which was good. The staff were friendly. I found it strange after paying in full before I arrived, I had to leave 1500 peso deposit. this was refunded in full on my departure but I don't understand why I had to leave it in the first place. I asked for an extra pillow and was told I would be charged 75 pesos a day for it. Bizarre. The restaurant attached to the hotel had exceptionally below average breakfasts, and room service meals were expensive. Room was clean and comfortable, but the toilet was in the shower .. literally. There is a brilliant coffee shop not too far away in Mactan Newtown and that for me was a saving grace.

価格を考慮すれば十分なquality。Mactan new town へのアクセスがよく、必要なものは何でも手に入るし、ビーチ（有料）やレストランも近くにある。また、隣のマッサージ屋さんが信じられないくらい安い。部屋への出張で全身の施術をお願いしたが、1時間半のオイルマッサージで800ペソだった。すごく丁寧で気持ちよく、毎日でもお願いしたい。
問題点として
1) room key が旧来のタイプなので、外出のたびに冷蔵庫の電源が切れるので氷などの保存は難あり。
2) トイレとシャワーの床が段差なく連続しているため、シャワーのたびにトイレの足元まで水浸しになる。（慣れれば上手に対応できる）
くらいかな。次回も是非長期で利用したい。おススメでです💛

因みにホテルからラプラプ像までのバイクは50ペソ。

何よりこのホテルの2階のマッサージ店ヌアッタイが素晴らしかった!!50〜100ペソ上乗せで部屋で受けることも可能。
1階にはサロンがありマニュキア、ペディキュアもできた。

朝食は以前は決まったプレートを部屋に持ってきてもらえたような口コミもあったけど、今はフロントを出てすぐ左の店で朝7:00〜のスタイルだった

フロント以外のスタッフ達は皆フレンドリーで、オススメの店を教えてくれたり、サロンの予約調整に付き合ってくれた。

価格と立地、設備を考えればコスパ最高!!機会があれば次回も利用候補。

近くに飲食店はあまりないので、ロケーションはあまり良くない。シャワーの水圧が弱い。指定の時間に食事を持ってこない。アメニティは言わないと持ってこない。わwifiは故障してて使えなかったり、使えてもかなり電波が弱いのでストレスが溜まる。
決して高くはないが、安くもない。総合するとあまりお勧めできない。

リゾートではないけど安い割に良いと思います。

お手頃価格の割にはマシです。少し歩けば、ニュータウンがありスーパー等ある。プールはないので公共のビーチに行けば良い。ニュータウンビーチ歩くのには少し遠い。200ペソ払うので安全な感じアクティビティも出来ます。
ホテルの近くのローカルフードは、ちょっと無理ですね。
朝食は、部屋に運んでくれます。
連泊なら、毎日リクエストしてください。
