Small Mediocre room without a window which was pretty pricey for the Philippines.
Filipino in general are friendly and courteous, but this is the first time in a weeks a gentletravel that I have encountered an indifferent and rude female receptionist which wasn’t appreciated. Seem to be very reluctant to give out any information about the free airport shuttle, but I managed to get it out of her that the bus left at 11 pm.
The other staff, including the doorman and the driver were typically friendly and courteous
I think you can do better for the price.

The staff were quite helpful especially in the midst of typhoon Tino. They informed us of the leaks in our room because of typhoon that ravaged the area. But they forgot to check the linens, pillows and beddings damp from the rainwater dripped. We have to asked them to change the bed linens, pillow cases and to turn the bed so we can sleep on the dry side of it. The breakfast is a typical filipino cuisine can't fault anything there. Other than that it's ok. We appreciate the shuttle bus and the location is nearby the international airport.

The room was clean but very small; it was barely large enough for 2 people. The breakfast buffet was limited its offerings with only 3 basic vegan options (pineapple slices, bread/toast with jam, and salad). Orange juice was not even available.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the airport.

The staff, all of whom spoke English, was very helpful and welcoming. The facility was clean, but it is located on a major road. After about 5:00 am the noise of the traffic became very loud. So you have to plan your sleeping schedule accordingly. The free breakfast was limited on the selection. It was mostly Filipino food. This hotel is great if you want to have a more local environment as opposed to a tourist resort.

When I arrived, no one helped me with my luggages and no one was on the desk. I waited for at least 5mins then the guy came letting me know she was on break. I had to wait another 3mins. The place was awful plus the customer service was horrible. I will not be coming back for sure

Felicity Island Hotel is located near at the airport with free 24hr shuttle bus from the airport to hotel and vice versa. Special thanks to Sir Efren Pecolados for picking up from the airport. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. However, room U15 is very noisy (barely asleep because of bags and footsteps passing), not sure if the linens were changed - glad it was a short stay, and the room smells bad.

I made a paid on advance reservation with a single queen bed. I knew the flight from Korea was scheduled to arrive around 23:30, 30 minutes before midnight. It turns out that the flight was 45 minutes late, after that. I had a friend at my destination call the Hotel, advising them that I would be able additional 45minutes late. He forwarded their return text I chose the Felicity because it is very close to Cebu International Airport. When I got to the Hotel the clerk told me that she let my room go. HOW COULD SHE BE ALLOWED TO DO THIS!? I paid in full and I could have left it empty all night if I wanted. Instead I'm dumped into this hole in the wall, smaller bed, NO HOT WATER PLUMBED IN! This was obviously a very low class room for who knows who! With fees, taxes, Insurance I paid over $60. DO NOT RENT A ROOM HERE!

This is a good budget hotel in easy walking distance to Gaisano Mactan Mall and a slightly longer walk to Island Central. What I like most about this hotel is that you get to see how the people of Lapu-Lapu/Cebu actually live. I would not describe this as a touristy hotel. If you want a touristy hotel with a pool and luxury amenities, cross the bridge to Mandaue or SM SeaSide City. The staff is wonderful and so helpful, and they love assisting in matters of the heart. If you ask them, they will even help you learn some Bisayan (the second most spoken language in the Philippines).

Maybe a good place for backpackers, the one electrical outlet in the room was behind a night table, and I needed staff to help plug in-not good. My iPhone charger dropped from the outlet. No hot water in the shower, very tepid. No dining possibilities outside the hotel. Better use a map to show the taxi driver-he could not find the place.

I reserved a room with 1 queen and a twin, they put us in a studio with 2 twin bed and crammed a mattress next to them. We had barely any space to move.
The shower was just a trickle of water.
We reserved a shuttle for 6 am, arrived at the desk 20 min early, and they didn't have enough space in the shuttle so we had to wait that it came back.

Be sure to inquire which floor you are on, as there is no elevator. Rooms are small. If you have one or two pieces of luggage it will fit. Anymoren than that they will store at check-in.
This a great place if you are getting in late to Cebu and traveling onward in a day or two. The staff is very very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was very good. Pick'up from the airport was waiting for and quite comfotable van for 5 persons and 11, yes 11, pieces of luggage. Overall I recommend them, based on my previous comments.

Super convenient airport transfer service.

We were a family of 4 arriving very early in the morning after a night flight - and we went to bed as the city woke up. Our family room was directly on the Main Street and the noise was rather present. However not a problem for any of us - we slept like babies in the very comfortable beds.

We could have used a lamp next to each bed - but that seems to be standard in PH to not provide this. If one goes to sleep - all goes to sleep.

Felicity Hotel Experience

The hotel wasn't bad. The room was tight and a luggage rack would have been helpful. Breakfast was good in the sense that they changed the menu daily. The room was clean, a huge plus, and staff were mostly pleasant. The wake-up calls were unreliable. It's close to the airport, which is what I wanted and the free airport transfers were also a plus. I'm not sure how close the hotel is to places of interest because I was driven around during my stay. I did not get a chance to explore on my own.

First we were provided a basement room without any window. After complaing we got a room on 1st floor with a tinu window towards the hallway. It was a tiny triple room and it felt very claustrophobic.
Nowhere in the description of the room is it mentioned that there are no windows. The night was terrible , since there was so much noise from the traffic. It seemed as the walls were.made of paper.
Breakfast was average and primarily Philippines food. This hotel is far too expensive. You can find much better hotels in the same area l for the same price
