The traffic noise was terrible. The pillows were overstuffed and very uncomfortable. The TV didn’t work. Then the power went out. No AC, no internet, no lights, no sleep.
I had 4 nights booked and paid for. I ended up paying for a different hotel for 2 of those nights. Oh, and the breakfast was awful.

I had made an error in the booking and arrived at Goldberry 24 hours late (thought I had booked 7 January but had actually booked 6 January). The staff were not helpful at all - they went about their business and there was no understanding that a genuine mistake was made. I sat with my partner looking for another place to stay - and the staff did not say anything. In fact we had to ask if there was a room for that night and they said no, and did not offer any suggestions. They even said we should have told them we had missed the reservation - but as I did not know till I arrived this could not have occurred. They repeated this several times so we felt that we were not wanted there.

I would like a refund please given we did not actually stay at the Goldberry Suites - I hope this can be arranged. Thanks.

Staff is nice and restaurant is very good in the hotel. But they tack on a lot of unnecessary charges. For example, most hotels have daily housekeeping. But here, they charge extra for cleaning the room. Also, the air conditioner does not work well and getting hot water is near impossible.

The hotel is clean, well-maintained and close to the airport. The shuttle driver was apologetic that he was delayed in picking us up from the airport because he had to shuttle a group before us. He was helpful with our questions about the area. The dining staff was also accommodating with our requests. To top it all, the staff was very honest in letting me know that I left my gold necklace and earrings in the bathroom. In rushing to catch our flight, I forgot them. Was given the penthouse #604. Bed- cool, common space - cool, tvs worked but the cable service didn't. Lots of windows, all need to be cleaned and tint reapplied. The walls need a wipe down as well as the light switches all dirty with grime. Wallpaper behind all the curtains needs to be replaced. Other than that balcony is cool.

Staff ok. Restaurant good. Food range v limited. Needs lots of maintenance. A/c in rooms ineffective had to change rooms, toilet gets blocked as cannot flush toilet paper down. Showers need replacement as spray blocked bcos of hardwater.

Helpful staff especially with luggage etc.

Restaurant staff made great masala omelette on request.
