Excellent staff: front desk, breakfast, maids, some security staff, but not the managers and the supervisors. Although we are clearly stated that there should be no visitors in the rooms, but unfortunately we needed assistance, for help a handy cap elderly, the response was that they weren't a hospital—this phrase happened several times, and that we had to pay the night for every visit in the room. However, another supervisor change the version, just register the health assistant We are simply asking for human compassion.

For a Hilton chain hotel, it's average. The overall conditions needs maintenance and renovation. On the other hand, the staff is very friendly and the included breakfast is well-stocked. The rooms also needs maintenance, and the ambiance feels very humid. It's important to be aware of the check-out policy. This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel where, after check-out, you're not allowed to continue enjoying the amenities; you simply have to leave. It's unbelievable that you have to wait until 3:00pm to check-in and use the facilities, but you have to vacate before 12:00pm, and that's the end of your stay—less than 24 hours.

We had a really nice stay here. The place was well kept, everything felt clean and taken care of from the room to the pool, which was spotless. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which always makes a difference. The continental breakfast was honestly such a great bonus and had a good variety to start the day. Overall, it’s a great budget-friendly option and definitely worth the money. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

During my stay, I did not experience any major issues, only minor situations that I did not consider alarming. However, during breakfast, I felt uncomfortable with the way a member of the staff asked for my room number, using a tone that I perceived as uncordial and unprofessional.
What concerned me the most was that I observed other guests who were not asked for their room number, particularly guests of American Nationality. This led me to feel that the treatment may have been influenced by appearance or nationality, which I consider inappropriate.
I have been staying in hotels for many years, and this is the first time I have been asked for my room number in such an unpleasant manner. I understand that there may be controls in place to prevent non-guests from accessing the breakfast area; however, these measures should be applied consistently, respectfully, and professionally.
Additionally, I do not believe that justifying the situation by referencing the number of people to be controlled is an explanation that should be communicated to a guest. Such matters should be handled internally and projected in a professional manner, without shifting responsibility onto the customer.
The experience was uncomfortable, and I believe it is important to share this feedback so that alternatives can be evaluated to prevent similar situations in the future.

Our stay at this hotel had some positives, but overall it was disappointing due to poor communication and lack of transparency, especially while traveling with a baby.
The hotel appeared clean and well maintained upon arrival. The room itself was clean and comfortable and met basic expectations. We appreciated that it included a microwave, since many hotels have removed them, which is inconvenient, particularly when traveling with a baby and needing to warm bottles or food.
Check-in initially went well, and staff agreed to switch us to a king-size bed to fit a playard. However, it was not disclosed that the room was on the second floor or that the elevator was not available. We only found out after receiving the room assignment, which required carrying our baby, stroller, luggage, and playard up the stairs.
We later learned the hot tub was unavailable due to permit issues, despite appearing operational. Another issue occurred when my husband followed staff instructions to find the ice machine, and was yelled at by another staff member (“wo wo, no puedes meterte ahí”), which was unprofessional and humiliating.
The only standout positive was breakfast—the staff was kind and attentive, and the food was good.
Overall, while the hotel was clean and breakfast service was excellent, the experience was negatively impacted by poor communication, unavailable amenities, and unprofessional staff behavior.

The entire hotel was set a a very cold temperature, so be sure and bring long pants and a jacket. We were unprepared. Breakfast was ok, just the usual powdered eggs, etc. coffee could definitely be improved. Very bitter. I would stay again, but bring warmer clothes and my own coffee. Again, loved the staff!!

Cons: Room keys never worked, had to have someone come to the room to let me in each time. I had 5 sets of keys across my stay. No elevator to the second level. Property needs details and attention. For example, new peeling paint in my room and no toilet paper holder.
Cons: Room keys never worked, had to have someone come to the room to let me in each time. I had 5 sets of keys across my stay. No elevator to the second level. Property needs details and attention. For example, new peeling paint in my room and no toilet paper holder.
