Saludos, el recepcionista muy amable. No obstante, es lamentable que hay una plaga de moscas no tan solo en el cuarto sino en todas las áreas recreativas. Asimismo, no hay toallas disponibles en la habitación lo cual dificulta el uso del baño. Además, la bañera y el inodoro tenían muy poca presión de agua. Esperemos que se pueda trabajar la situación ya que, el lugar cuenta con una buena ubicación.

The use of Ai has made this property look amazing online. In person the property was the exact opposite. Our room smelled like smoke, there was only two working lamps, the front door did not shut properly nor feel safe, and the shower head was filled with mold. We left within the first hour of checking in due to these reasons. I would spend the extra money to stay near by at the Holiday Inn or any other hotel. I will say thank you to the staff that were helpful in ensuring we got a refund for our stay.

Terrible! Pague por un cuarto con una cama queen y era full. Lo unico bueno del cuarto fue el aire acondicionado. Anuncian un wifi y no te dejan saber nunca el password. El baño sucio y el cuarto en términos generales, horrible. Lo mas que vale ese cuarto es $70 la noche, no los $126 que oagué. No se como no han quebrado. El area de la piscina esta ok, pero la piscina se veia verdosa.

El lugar cuando entras queda en el medio de una pista de carreras en construcción y una playa bastante agradable se puede ir caminando, muy buen lugar para tenerlo más limpio y más atendidos. Llegamos la piscina el agua estaba turbia. Hay mucha caca de gato en las áreas de caminar, el lugar no está limpio,se ve cómo se va desmejorando y no le dan su atención. Nunca tuvimos presión de agua nos bañamos con un vaso durante 3 días; ya q se había explotado la cisterna de agua caliente, tras no haber agua era fría. El último día no bajaba ni el hilo de agua que nos resolvía; fui a recepción para quejarme del agua y solucionaron con darme 3 botellas de agua para tomar de una nevera. Éramos 3 adultos en el cuarto más mi bebé de 2años. Mi coraje fue empeorado; al inicio de la estancia te hacen firmar sobre políticas de no devolver el dinero. Se respeta pero con un lugar cómo ese con gran potencial no es para que sus huéspedes vallan de vacaciones y tengas q lidiar con problemas. El cuarto está muy viejo y se veía el sucio de lava manos. Nunca fueron a limpiar ni a llevarnos toallas; las tuvimos q pedir. También tiene una plaga de mosquitos en el área del billar! Mi error fue no ver los review porq todos hablan horrores de dicho lugar y sus respuestas son que van a mejorar pero al parecer no quieren crecer en la vida… el pueblo de PONCE es hermosos pero este lugar no es el que estás buscando para pasar días inolvidables.

The hotel is not the least similar to photos on the internet, no illusion. The entrance impresses, real-life dogs, but when you're inside it's something else, some depressing storage or laundry places, the fountain in the dirty entrance in the background, the pool looked dirty water, we never used it, the sidewalks to get to the dirty rooms, they need pressure washing machine. The doors of the horrible rooms use locks with keys and make noise when opening and closing, the good room, but the shower nasty, left us a day without hot water and the TV with an antenna that barely can see the channels, only two towels per room, no small towels and much less the floor when leaving the bathtub, my room a dead cockroach in the closet, I can only tell you that it is super quiet. I think you should better check hotels on your platform.

Three rooms. Requested 1st floor rooms. Room 1 room had toilet and shower faucets running water. Room was changed to 2nd floor. Room was clean, but in the morning we found a dead roach.
Room 2: Smelled very bad, bed was made but dirty, small lizard and dead insects. Front desk admitted room was not used in a while
Room was changed to 2 floor, was clean.
Room 3: Clean but tv didn't work.
This hotel has wonderful public areas but urgently needs a rehab. The reception and rooms also need an update.
Staff were very helpful.

Hotel looks and feels like a motel. At least room was clean and bed although uncomfortable didnt have any bugs or roaches in it. No Wi-Fi at all and tv only had 3 channels which two were local. Was enough to take a bath, sleep and leave early next day.

When we arrived at the hotel we realized that the photos are nothing like those that were taken for the promotion, the check-in was quick, we went to the room that was assigned to us and when we entered it smelled musty and the bathroom had cockroaches, we went to the front desk we let him know and they assigned us another room the same had the bottom of the door an opening of two fingers of space we had to ask for a towel to put it in the space so that no animals would not enter, there were many mosquitoes the interior of the room the pool was dirty, the drain of the bathtub and the sink did not go down well the water took a long time to go down, they did not offer breakfast or snacks, the room did not even have a refrigerator, the last day we found a fairly large cockroach in the bathroom, the hygiene of the room was not the best either.

My experience was TERRIBLE. Dirty pool, no staff, restaurant/bar (is no restaurant/bar just someone that can put something to eat together) was supposed to be open all day Saturday we went to check, it was closed at 8. Sunday we were all day without TV, staff try to fix it, had to complain 3 times finally at 3 pm someone fix it, ice machine not working, is no fridge in the room so I have to continue to go to the lobby for ice, no phone in the room so I have to either use mines or walk to the lobby. I ask for the music box to be put by us since the day before it was by the pool, they put it out side of the lobby claiming it was no security around, I never saw security, they only have 3 employees working, place is sounrended by cats and dogs, I am a pet lover but it was a Lil ridiculous, no no hot water, sink keep getting back up, today Monday 1/12 no water at all and I feel something walking on me I turn on the light and it was a ROACH! I couldn't believe it and when we went to check out they said we own $43 for breakfast I really thought breakfast was included apparetly no, but I was never informed and for that price I will rather drive to El Meson or Ihop, Manager made the adjustment for the breakfast but I really think she thought I was just trying to get a free breakfast, she apologized for the experience but didn't show any sympathy, I been in Retail for 20 plus yrs and I always make sure I go above and beyond for my customers. Never going back or recomending this place.

We were given a room that was not meant to be given. Door didn’t close right, room wasn’t ready, room was dirty, AC was leaking and rusted, and shower had no water nor towels. It was the 31st and they were short staffed. Manger tried to give another room but the damage was done since this made us late for an event.

That place should not be open to public. The room we stayed the bathroom was leaking from the ceiling right below the toilet. The toilet was broken water coming from the bottom into the room. It was a nightmare,not able to use the bathroom. Causing us to leave the place early in the morning not able to rest. The aspect of the entire place was worthless. A motel would have been better. I want my money back.

I was on a 4 night. There was no water, it return my las day at the stay. No hot water, hotel said they have internet. None of the clerks knew the password, when they find the pass, the internet didnt work.

Everything on the hotel was old.

The hoise keeping only cones when you left the hotel.

For the price paid it was a terrible experience, im adking for a refund.

I'm sorry, I never do this, but it was horrible. First, when I arrived at the facilities, I had doubts because the entrance was flooded. When I got there, the staff were kind, but when I entered the room, it was terrible—the stench of mold and humidity was overwhelming. The air was hot and full of dust, it seems like maintenance hasn't been done in a long time. When I tried to turn on the light near the coffee maker, it didn’t work. There was no water or cups to make coffee. When I went into the bathroom, there was no water pressure—neither hot nor cold. The bathtub was dirty and moldy, but the worst part was the unbearable stench. What guarantee was there that the water would even come back hot? I had trouble breathing and experienced fatigue caused by all those odors and dust. I left and returned the key, and I informed the staff. They said that around midnight there was a malfunction and the house manager was working on it. It’s impossible to stay in such an unsuitable place. In front of the room, there were dogs and cats.

The first room was horrible, dirty, to much dust, “There was droppings from some kind of pest in the TV area. I have to go to back to front desk and ask for another room, the second one was better but the outside area was horrible. The stub water was too hot, I could not control it. It were hard to get a good bath. I just leave the hotel early in the morning.

Lo único bueno de este "hotel" es las empleadas del Front Desk que son bastante amables y el matre era descentemente cómodo. Dejando eso a un lado,,, las facilidades están muy descuidadas. La maquina de hielo no funciona y las habitaciones no tienen nevera, tampoco hay internet ni teléfono en las habitaciones so, si necesitas algo te toca caminar al front desk. Yo reservé una habitación de 2 camas y me dieron una con solo 1 cama, lámparas con telarañas y la habitación con humedad visible. Las habitaciones parece que nunca las han pintado o cambiado los muebles. En fin, esas habitaciones no valen ni la mitad de lo que cuesta la noche.

The personnel was great, The Breakfast was great.
The hotel has no signage from the road, it was hard to find. There’s no elevator. The room was hot, the AC was not working properly in some of the rooms as we learned when they were trying to find a room for me.
No safety at all. The rooms still have a regular key to open. It is so old and dilapidated. I did not feel safe to go in the pool. The Ice machine was out of service.
There’s no backup generator in the property; it is mandatory in any hotel in PR.

The property is pretty much abandoned. I think me & my girlfriend were the only people in the hotel. Maybe once it was good but the hotel is not like it is advertised. The door did not have the cover underneath to prevent creatures to go in. Water pressure in the night was terrible, I took a shower with a ice bucket. Pool was out of service.

I liked it as it was secluded. Rooms need a lot of work. Pool and outside grounds well maintained and 3 to 11 staff was excellent. No water on my last night. Place needs some TLC and it would be wonderful. It sits in the middle of an abandoned water park.

Llegamos a realizar el check in a las 11 pm y el personal fue bien amable y gentil. El cuarto tenia un olor a humedad bien fuerte. El baño no bajaba. Con todo eso y otras cosas continuamos con la reserva. Dia siguiente salimos a las 7 am y cuando llegamos el cuerto inundado el personal muy gentil nos cambio. Honestamente el lugar para lo que cobra por noche parece un Motel areas abandonadas y apariencia de los cuartos pobres. Para resolver esta bien. En mi experiencia no vuelvo.

Won’t Be Returning
The place definitely needs an upgrade. The room was very humid, and the bathroom had mold under the toilet. To make things worse, there was no hot water for six days. Overall, not a pleasant stay—this will be my last staycation here.
Upon arrival, the administrator informed us there would be no water for just one day. However, we ended up without hot water from Tuesday onward. By Wednesday morning, we wrote a letter to the owner, but we didn’t hear back until Friday—four days later. At that point, they offered to transfer us to another hotel, but we decided to stay due to the convenience of being close to my mother-in-law’s house.

Rm 111 was our room. Ac only had one speed and that was full blast.Door to bathroom was off and needed to be slam shut for privacy. Theirs no sign as you come off the Highway telling you this is the hotel. NO WI-FI sign in office looks like its been there a while.
