Very enjoyable stay, the staff were really good. The location is a disaster though, 15 minutes outside town and hard to get Ubers, the hotel did help arrange transfers though. Seems to be full of social media influencers.

I had a Nice time during my stay. The hotel staff are friendly, food is awesome (just just include a kids menu at the burger house). My kid loved the game area and the pool.
There are just fez improvements such as mattress (tooooo soft) and must put the dogs away from breakfast/lunch/dinner area. They bother too much for food.

The rooms were very small. The salão de jogos looked nice but many of the games were broken. The gym equipment was below average quality.

- firstly the staff were an absolute credit to the hotel. From reception staff, to barmen to breakfast staff. All were brilliant and couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome. In particular the lovely 2 english speaking ladies who managed the front desk. Plus the man who made the caipirinhas (freddie, johnnie?)

The hotel was located in a very nice place, the premises are terrific, service was unbeatable and the pools were clean and wonderful.

All was very good: Location, personnel, service, accommodation, pool, breakfast, view on the mountain....
We really enjoyed our 2-night stay at the Apple House Paraty with our 3 children (18, 15, 8). You need a car to get there but it is worth it especially if you don not want to stay 24h in the center of the old Paraty.

The service was outstanding. Everyone was supper friendly and helpful and showed genuine interest in make our stay most confortable. This is by far the best pousada in Paraty in terms of infrastructure however I was surprised that the service was so great. Regardless of the size you always felt at home and as stated above the level of professionalism and friendliness of the staff was something I probably haven't seen before and I book over 50 hotels a year at last.

Depois de uma agradavel estada na suite 96, a mudança para a suite 24, nos decepcionou.
O quarto fica ao lado da lavanderia e o barulho das maquinas é constante - a noite inteira - e tinha muitos cachorros latindo durante madrugada
Na suite 24, o lencol de baixo estava com o elastico já desgastado e não prendia bem na cama e tbem esta bemmm aspero - muitas “bolinhas” - provavelmente por ser muito velho/usado
Neste quarto tbem a tampa do vaso sanitario nao se ajusta ao modelo da peca, portanto fica saindo do lugar qdo usado.
Se tivessemos ficado apenas neste quarto, nossa nota seria Zero

Tudo perfeito! Somente a limpeza do quarto que não foi realizada em 2 dias , nos foi questionado se havia a etiqueta “Nao perturbe” na porta do quarto mas confirmamos que não colocamos essa. Ficaram de dar um retorno e não retornaram. Falha grave mas nao tira o brilho da pousada. Voltarei sempre que possível.

Excelente pousada, parece até um resort com estrutura bem conservada para todos os gostos. Café da manhã excelente. Fica um pouco distante do centro do histórico, mas a pousada oferece translado com agendamento por ordem de chegada, necessário se organizar com antecedência. O serviço de camareira pode caprichar um pouco mais, mas nada que atrapalhe a experiência.

Fomos comemorar nossos 11 anos de união, eu e meu marido. Atendimento bom, a equipe sempre te saúda com educação e sorrisos, similar à resorts de super luxo como nas Maldivas que ficamos ano passado. O restaurante pode melhorar bastante ou baixar bastante os valores... Achamos a porção pequena, a carne com molho Gorgonzola veio com muito pouco molho, seco, as batatas soute eram 4 fatias como na foto. As instalações e toda estrutura da pousada é muito boa e bem cuidada. Wi-Fi bom. Chuveiro e ar condicionado muito bons. Estacionamento bom. Um dos melhores café da manhã de toda minha experiência. Além de várias opções, tudo com muita qualidade. O brownie com doce de leite é surreal, indico. Boa parte do público é um tanto \"mid\", lembrando os bons tempos do hotel urbano, aliás, deve ter algum belo cupom de desconto por aí... comportamentos como ligar caixa de som na piscina com funk, falando alto, algo proibido nas regras da pousada. Acho que falta a interferência da equipe quando presenciar este tipo de coisa pois está nas regras assinando pelo hóspede no momento do check-in. Isto foi uma vez, na minha experiência, pode não se repetir na sua experiência. Indico bastante pra descansar e curtir a estrutura da pousada.

Não vale o custo benefício , muita aparência , quarto basiquinho , diz que tem TV por assinatura mas , só pega globolixo , RedeEsgoto de televisão , ... diz que é proibido música mas , tem SOM com aquelas musiquinhas depressivas de MPB e pagodinhos enjoados , além de fumantes nas piscinas e em áreas recreativas , das 5 piscinas só uma é aquecida e lotada de gente . Café da manhã muito bom . Funcionários esforçados e muito prestativos . Durante a limpeza das piscinas e dos pisos de manhã , foi observado que o esgoto com os produtos químicos são lançados diretamente no Rio que margeia a pousada , poluindo e contaminando o meio ambiente .
