Pelo valor da diária (R$ 500), a experiência deixou muito a desejar. O hotel recebe excursões, mas parece não ter estrutura para a alta demanda. Nos dois dias em que precisei tomar café cedo para passeios, tive que esperar em pé por uma mes, super lotado. Além disso, a limpeza falhou: fiquei de sábado a segunda e as toalhas que já eram muito finas e de baixa qualidade não foram trocadas nenhuma vez. Infelizmente, o custo-benefício não se justifica.

A localização é de fácil acesso, equipe cordial, café da manhã bom. Quando cheguei fiquei em um quarto que não funcionava o ar-condicionado nem Wi-Fi, fui reclamar e mudaram o quarto. Foi tudo tranquilo.

A equipe é muito atenciosa e educada com certeza. O café da manhã excelente. A limpeza muito boa também. O quarto é bom, porém precisa de alguns retoques como o frigobar estava com muita ferrugem, e tinha também um liquido que escorreu dele para perto da porta e tinha um.leve cheiro de mofo que apenas os alergicos e aborrecidos com isso entenderam. A localização é mais afastada do movimento do centro histórico e como não tem estacionamento disponível no centro histórico fica um pouco complicado essa questão, mas vai do que o hóspede tem em mente na sua programação.

Poderia ser uma estadia boa, o café é gostoso, tem variedades durante os dias, varios tipos de pães, bolos, e etc. Só o suco que poderia ter outroa sabores, nos 5 dias que fiquei foi oferecido apenas suco de laranja mas estava gostoso. O maior problema são as instalações, meu quarto no primeiro dia ja identifiquei que o chuveiro não estava esquentando. Comuniquei a recepção que trocou o chuveiro no dia seguinte. A cama/colchao extremamente duro e desconfortável. No terceiro dia estava chovendo e começaram varias goteiras no quarto, fui a recepção e comuniquei e disseram que iam verificar enquanto fui jantar. Na volta o rapaz colocou um toalha na goteira e dpa percebi mais 3 pontoa de goteira no quarto. Fui reclamar e me colocaram em outro quarto mas que estava com o mesmo problema, avisei eles e me disseram.que iriam dar uma olhada no dia seguinte, mas dormi com barulho de goteira no quarto. Ainda bem que so faltavam mais duas noites. Fui com minha familia e no quarto da minha mae o ar condicionado nao funcionava. O wifi é horrivel e nao funciona, a internet movel funciona melhor. A area de piscina é boa e limpa. Enfim os funcionários sao prestativos e educados mas falta manutenção e uma estrutura melhor para os hospedes, tinha tufo para ser uma pousada melhor.

Foi uma viagem maravilhosa. A pousada Mar Azul e super aconchegante e a limpeza e perfeita. Quando cheguei já era tarde e fui muito bem recepcionada. Todos na pousada são atenciosos fora que me inseriram em um passeio de escuna com uma parceria maravilhosa, ou seja, cuidam de nós até mesmo fora da estadia. Cidade linda. Voltarei mais vezes.

Não tem vaga no estacionamento para todos os hóspedes, tendo que deixar em alguns momentos na beira da piscina, atendimento bem devagar da recepção.
Quarto com cheiro de mofo e ar condicionando jorrando água, foi concertado no segundo dia, mas não tinha quarto para trocar. Condensadora do ar condicionado do quarto ao lado fica na janela do quarto que ficamos, muito barulho.

Foi bacana a experiência, porém eu fiquei no quarto 07 e tenho rinite o quarto tem cheiro de mofo não tem muita ventilação por mais que tenha ar condicionado, atacou minha rinite, caso vc tenha rinite oriento pegar um quarto arejado com sacada. O café da manhã foi bom.

Hotel bem legal, localização excelente, porem teve alguns pontos que deixou desejar!!! Café da manha bem desorganizado e sem controle do numero de pessoas, estacionamento com numero insuficiente de vagas, em um dia meu carro ficou preso pois não localizaram os donos dos outros carros.

No dia que chegamos, a suíte que estava reservada era a 19, porém já tinha hóspede nesse quarto, e já era quase 00:30 e o funcionário teve que bater na porta para informar que o quarto já estava reservado. Por fim, mudaram nosso quarto para o 21.. isso de sábado para domingo.. na segunda de madrugada, bateram na nossa porta e estávamos todos dormindo também, e era de uma pizzaria. não tem controle, porque acordamos assustados e nem era pra gente.. Enfim, o quarto estava limpo, café da manhã no domingo estava bem cheio

A Pousada é tranquila e na chegada fomos muito bem recebidos! O quarto é pequeno, mas limpinho e agradável! Ficamos no quarto 27. Coisas boas: Tranquilidade, atendimento na recepção e ótimo custo-benefício. Coisas que podiam melhorar: frigobar enferrujado, chuveiro esquenta, mas ao mesmo tempo cai agua gelada (coisa estranha, mesmo com a água quente cai uns fios de água gelada). Coisas ruins: não tem serviço de arrumação (pelo menos pra gente não teve!), café da manhã estava bom, mas no nosso último dia, parecia que a cozinha estava abandonada. Alimentos estava em pratinhos e embalados, com apenas duas ou três opções. Nenhum funcionário pra orientar... Cheguei a ficar na dúvida se poderia ou não comer.

Bom, ficamos no quarto 9, não havia uma cama de casal e sim duas de solteiro juntas, o que causou muito desconforto ao dormir, pois as camas se afastavam e ficava um vão no meio. Frigrabar enferrujado, aspecto de velho, TV minúscula e só funcionava poucos canais abertos e com péssima imagem. Limpeza ficou a desejar, apesar das restrições de não poderem limpar diariamente, os dias que foram feitas na minha avaliação não foi feita com qualidade. Tolhas de banho foram trocadas todos os dias, mas roupa de cama péssimo, uma manta que não cobria duas pessoas direito, tivemos que pedir outra. Ar condicionado sem controle, o TV só funcionava com muita dificuldade. Apesar da permissão de animais de estimação na pousada achei desagradável a presença deles no local de refeição, ou seja, no café da manhã os hóspedes levavam seu animais juntos. Atendimento muito ruim com exceção da Carol que tentava atender bem apesar de tudo. Faltava talheres no café da manhã, alguns dias tive que pedir na cozinha, além do que não eram próprios para tal, mas enfim. No final, ainda fomos cobrados por consumo que não fizemos, não tivemos que pagar, o que é óbvio, mas é ruim ter que explicar. No nosso penúltimo dia deixamos a chave do quarto para limpeza, e ao voltar a chave não estava na pousada, nos deram uma chave reserva. Achei custo benefício muito caro para o que vivenciamos. Não tenho intenção em retornar para este mesmo estabelecimento.
