The public area is more wonderful and very well designed, the rooms were plain, not great. But the biggest problem is the service, the front desk lady was the worst. She said we had to pick a boat trip that day for the next day, and tried charge us over twice the price! She said she'd send the link, when she didn't we just walked over to the port after she gave us the wrong directions. We selected a boat and when we got on she kept texting me in capitals on WhatsApp what boat we were on. When I asked why she said she was worried about us. No doubt it was for commission. I never told her. Then the next day when we left the hotel she sent us a picture of a shattered TV and sai we broke it. When I pointed out that the layout of the room was not the same of as as ours and that wasn't even our room, instead of apologizing she just didn't reply. Judging by this I really wonder about her stability if they fire her, I would reconsider this hotel despite the plain rooms. Terrible experience.

Not good: cleanliness has to improve!! my room was on the ground floor with very little light, a broken window which could not close (hence mosquitos), the fridge was smelly and noisy, the bathroom very old. For the price I paid (€70/night) I would have expected much better.

Excellent location, just some steps to the historic center of Paraty and very close to the beach from the same point. Building is very old but with some refurbishments. Everything works fine. Cleaning could be better. There were some mosquitoes in our room every night, but we are in Paraty...

This a beautiful and historic pousada right next to the historic center of town. This is not a super modern building or place so things are a little bit basic which makes it so charming. The staff there were super friendly and helpful. We loved our stay there!

Ar funciona bem, cama bem confortável, o wi-fi no meu quarto estava bem ruim, a pressão do chuveiro é um pouco fraca e a luz do quarto poderia ser mais forte fica ruim pra arrumar as malas ou se precisar trabalhar um pouco. Mas num geral o hotel é muito bom, bem localizado e um parabéns em esperecial para ambas as moças da recepção que são muito simpaticas e eduacadas.

Localização é o ponto forte da hospedagem. Café da manhã e os quartos estão no padrão de hospedagens muito mais baratas em Paraty. O quarto que fiquei ficava na parte de baixo e as pessoas passavam falando alto e muito barulho. Escada ao lado barulhenta também. Estacionamento tinha mais carro que vagas. Ficamos impedidos de usar o carro por uma noite pois estava bloqueando e não tinham a chave.

A estadia foi dentro das expectativas em Paraty. A localização do hotel é perfeita, máxima proximidade do centro histórico ainda podendo chegar de carro até o hotel (que oferece estacionamento). O café da manhã é bom, mas o horário reduzido 8-10. Poderia começar às 07:00. Voltaria com certeza.

A localização da pousada é muito boa, próxima ao centro histórico e de fácil acesso. Outro diferencial é que dispõe de estacionamento próprio. Contudo, o atendimento não chega a comprometer, mas também não agrega - o que seria de esperar em uma pousada naquela cidade. Outro aspecto que poderia ser melhorado é a acústica dos apartamentos, pois se escuta tudo o que se fala dentro ou fora.

O único ponto negativo é que o quarto que ficamos o banheiro era pequeno e sem ventilação e também não tinha espelho de corpo inteiro. A tv só tinha 3 canais primários e o sinal da internet para smart tv era péssimo, impossibilitando assistir qualquer canal, pois toda hora travava

Falta de comunicação entre as equipes da recepção, o que gerou desconforto para nós. Por Paraty ser uma cidade litorânea, grande parte dos hotéis e pousadas possuem um banheiro de apoio aos hóspedes que já fizeram o check-out e desejam tomar um banho para poder seguir viagem.
A recepcionista nos disse que teriam um mangueira caso quiséssemos, além da falta de educação na comunicação.
Não nos foi avisado que o acesso ao nosso quarto seria por escadas, sendo que minha mãe possui dificuldade nas costas para locomoção. Pedimos uma realocação e não foram flexíveis.

A localização é muito boa, ficando ao lado do centro histórico e perto do Forte Defensor Perpétuo. A garagem ficou cheia uma noite e algumas vagas ficaram presas, mas nada que atrapalhasse.
O quarto era pequeno e achei muito ruim não ter guarda-roupas, mas apenas uma estante com duas prateleiras e uma outra prateleira pequena. Outra coisa ruim é o frigobar parar de funcionar quando saímoa do quarto, não sendo possível manter bebidas geladas.

Estadia regular. O quarto e banheiro são limpos. O colchão não é bom. Faltava um criado-mudo para auxiliar a colocação de objetos (óculos, por exemplo). Frente ao outros quartos, o nosso parecia o pior ou o mais velho deles (os outros tinham mobília \"tipo\" planejados). Uma conversa com uma atendente sobre o quarto, ela não foi educada e causou certo mal estar. Por causa disso, decidimos sair antes do termino da estadia. Não recomendamos, inflelizmente.

Quarto família com experiência ruim
É a segunda vez que me hospedo na pousada. Na primeira fiquei na parte mais colonial e foi tudo ótimo. Mas desta vez fiquei um pouco decepcionada. No quarto família o banheiro estava com bastante limbo, papel higiênico já aberto, chuveiro razoável. A cama de casal eram duas de solteiro juntas, nada confortável para meu marido que é grande. Somente 4 opções de canal aberto, e a internet quase não funcionava o WiFi no quarto. Par adolescentes foi entediante. Tinha bastante bagunça no hall de entrada dos quartos com equipamentos e coisas ensacadas, o que tirava um pouco o aconchego do espaço.
Fiquei bem chateada pois havia feito uma propaganda bem bacana para os meus filhos.
