Pousada Caborê was a great place to stay in Paraty. It was a wonderful little oasys. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the facilities were good too. The pool was excellent to get away from the heat and the breakfast was delicious. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The place was a decent enough pousada but the room was not serviced daily, there was only one television channel, and the breakfast was no more than adequate. The price was too high for the offering, and definitely does not provide value for the money.

The best part of our trip to Brazil was Paraty! Really enjoyed staying at Pousada Cabore. The rooms were clean. The staff (especially Luis!) were very helpful and courteous. You can book excursions at the front desk. We did a jeep tour through the rainforest and a boat trip - both were excellent! The free breakfast in the morning was tasty. The hotel is across the river from the center of town. If you're walking from the bus station, it's about a 15 minute walk over some pretty rough cobblestones.

The manager is ABSOLUTELY CHARMING (A GERENTE E MUITA ENCANTADORA :-))) . Although she does not speak English (and it helped that I speak some Portuguese), she makes every effort to make you feel very welcome indeed - in classic warm Brazilian style. Our room was SPOTLESS, and the breakfast buffet the next morning was extensive and tasty. We were sorry that we could not cancel our following booking to stay there longer - we gladly would have. The pousada is also conveniently located in a very quiet location, between the town centre and the better beach close to town. Highly recommended!

Fiquei na Pousada Caborê em Paraty no quarto 01, que acomoda até 4 pessoas (estávamos em 3) e foi bastante confortável. As camas são muito confortáveis, os lençóis excelentes e tudo extremamente limpo. As toalhas são boas e também muito limpas. O banheiro estava limpo e os produtos (sabonete, shampoo e condicionador) são de qualidade. Frigobar e ar-condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. O café da manhã é muito bom. Os bolos variavam todos os dias (sempre dois sabores e maravilhosos), mas os demais itens se repetiram nos três dias — sanduíche, carolina e um pãozinho de coco recheado delicioso. Há tapioca feita na hora, ovos, salsicha, sucos de laranja e goiaba e, para quem vai com criança, tem até Chambyto. Um diferencial é o café da tarde cortesia, com bolo, café, chá e leite. Apenas vale ficar atento porque não há reposição ao longo do período, chegou tarde, perdeu. O ambiente da pousada é muito agradável, a piscina é morninha e há vigia à noite para abertura do portão (quem está de carro recebe controle). A equipe da recepção é incrível, atenciosa e dá ótimas indicações.

A estadia foi excelente. Local muito tranquilo, organizado, limpo e confortável. As camas são grandes, confortáveis, e o quarto é muito bom, espaçoso, tem ar condicionado e ventilador de teto. O banheiro tem excelente estrutura, oferecem sabão líquido, xampu e condicionador. O café da manhã é bom e é oferecido em um local muito agradável. Fica a cerca de 20 minutos a pé do Centro Histórico e da Praia do Pontal, podendo caminhar mais uns 7 ou 8 minutos até a Praia do Jabaquara. Na recepção, oferecem bebidas e algumas guloseimas a preços justos, e dão total liberdade ao cliente para solicitar lanches em outros locais para que sejam entregues na pousada. Indico o quarto com sacada, pois tem mais privacidade e custa quase o mesmo preço dos outros quartos.

Pousada simples, 2 secadores de cabelo para 14 quartos. O Box do banheiro tinha uma porta que mal passava uma pessoa magra (super apertado). O café da manhã simples. No frio de julho, 17 graus célsios, só tinha um lençol e uma colcha super fina. Não havia edredon e nem cobertor. O estacionamento é super apertado com 10 vagas sendo que nesta configuração os carros ficam trancando uns aos outros. Uma única tomada no quarto. Escada mal projetada com degraus curtos. Mal localizada.

Ficamos em um quarto bem grande com uma cama king size. Entretanto o banheiro nos pareceu bem pequeno e o box para banho era também pequeno. Outro fato curioso, não era possível controlar a temperatura do ar condicionado. Você liga e desliga em um interruptor na parede da cama.

O hotel é bem localizado e os funcionários são super atenciosos, educados e prestativos. O quarto que ficamos claramente precisa de modernização, mas a limpeza estava ok. A Tv só pega a Globo, mas tem Netflix, então se vc tiver Insônia tá garantida a sua série preferida.

Piscina limpa, áreas comuns limpas, lugar sossegado, dá pra ir a pé ao centro histórico, mas está a mais ou menos 800 a 1000m, excelente restaurante (Café do Canal) próximo a pousada.
