A very family friendly budget resort. Good selection at breakfast. Lots of kids and families as well as couples. Close enough to the historic center but you probably need a cab.

The room is massive, clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. The staff are really nice and patient as we didn't speak Portuguese. The room got a few bugs in though because of the gaps around the doors (we put something under the door to stop bugs coming in.
The pool is really nice, breakfast is pretty good (juice is really watered down though) and it's nice being slightly out of town.
The games items are pretty much unusable though, the pool table has sunk in the middle so all the balls go there, the ping pong table had warped and the football table feels like it's about to fall apart. Also most of the pool side chairs are broken in some way. Considering its price point in town you'd think they could fix these things.

We booked the same day as arrival hoping they would get the message in time. We arrived at 1:30am and fortunately there was someone awake. Although he hadn't received my message and could not speak any English , he kindly gave us a room.
Next day at breakfast after staff fed 40 people on a tour, cooks took the time to cook some fresh eggs for us. Lack of English was a barrier .the hotel is currently constructing a new extension.Location too far from Centro and beach- need taxi.

Café da manhã é o que pode ser elogiado e também a jacuzzi disponível, tinha mais de duas disponíveis sempre. Pessoal não dá uma cortesia, na nossa reserva não tinha específico qual era o quarto, portanto nos mandaram para qualquer um. Cama limpa, quarto limpo, serviço de quarto ok. Estacionamento ok, mas na falta de vagas tivemos que aguardar espaço extra no terreno ao lado. Teve queda de energia e o gerador oscilou bastante. Achei muito nome pra coisas muito simples. Pessoal do hotel educados em todos os locais.

Ficamos dois dias no hotel. O espaço comum é bem agradável. O quarto é amplo e arejado com banheiro simples, mas bem limpo. Apenas a tv que não pegava muitos canais. O café da manhã estava ótimo, com variedades de pães, bolos,....... , tudo feito com muita qualidade. Parabens a todos os funcionários.

Problemas de aquecimento na jacuzzi da piscina não este funcionando apesar de pedri solução diversas vezes , perda de um item de vestuário no carro estacionamento ou na entrega do carro deixado na porta do hotel e falta de comprometimento em vistorias as câmeras do hotel e do estacionamento.

Não aconselho o quarto 46 pois fica ao lado da escada estão o pessoal descendo e subindo da para escutar tdo, o café da manhã tudo muito bom, única coisa que não gostei que antes das 10:00 da manhã comecaram a retirar as coisa que estava pouco e não reporam achei bem chato essa parte.

O hotel é bacana. Está foi minha segunda vez nesse hotel. Infelizmente, desta vez, fiquei no andar térreo, próximo às escadas e o barulho foi infernal! Muito chato mesmo, começava bem cedo e ia até tarde. Do resto, tudo muito bom.

Café da manhã com bastante opção, mas todo dia igual e os itens são de qualidade regular. Restaurante com bastante mosca e muito quente, ou não tem ar condicionado ou o ar não da conta. As hidros que ficam nas dependências do hotel junto a piscina e funcionam com horario marcado (muito embora essea horários sofram atrasos por conta de manutenção e limpeza) são frias, a água não esquenta mais que a temperatura ambiente, no entanto, hidromassagem supostamente deveria ser quente e relaxante. O diferencial foi a piscina na varanda, as crianças realmente adoraram e a temperatura da agua era boa pois batia bastante sol o dia inteiro. Meu pai e a esposa dele ficaram num quarto que o ar condicionado não funcionava direito e só conseguiram trocar de quarto na ultima noite. A comida do restaurante era boa, até que me surpreendeu, porém, acho lamentável tocar musica alta o dia todo e principalmente o sertanejo, que é um estilo musical muito específico e nem todo mundo gosta. Não sou contra ter musica na area do bar e piscina, mas num volume mais baixo e um estilo mais eclético e não tão temático, muito desagradável pra quem, como eu e minha família, não curte esse estilo.

Fiz a reserva para quarto com piscina, mas - misteriosamente - ficamos em um quarto simples, mesmo pagando mais caro; o quarto ficou um dia sem ser arrumado, não sei se por “desorganização” ou “falta de colaboradores”; o café da manhã muito bom; a piscina com muita areia no fundo; uma mulher que atende no bar com a “cara amarrada”; bebidas geladas; pratos de tamanho reduzido; cama grande e confortável; ar condicionado fraco! No geral o Hotel foi razoável, podendo melhorar bastante.

Highly disappointed by the hotel. Cute from the outside, glad i used a free night and paid 20€ instead of 160 but a little upset that I used my voucher for this place. The room is very basic, not well furnished to accommodate the stay of 2 people… not even room to store bagages for 2. No safe in the room, the door to the swimming pool doesn’t close, anybody can come in. The door bathroom door doesn’t close, lots of mosquitoes… seem difficult for the hotel to have a key copy so we were told they couldn’t clean the room for almost 3 days… they saw us several times at the reception and never said anything… they didn’t bother we had dirty towels for the 2 nights we stayed. The gym is not a gym. The breakfast was ok. At this price (i paid the second night on directly on their site cos hotels.com seems to take roughly 50€), i was expecting much better than the “private pool” that actually leaves no privacy, the place was very noisy. They have signs prohibiting noise and speakers but they obviously don’t care that much about it. It’s barely a 1-2 star hotel in my opinion and doesn’t worth that much. There is much better for much cheaper. Rust on the bathroom trash definitely not feels like fancy. Without mentioning the dirty swimming pool they never cared to clean.

O hotel não deveria falar que tem Wi-Fi, porque ele não funciona de jeito nenhum. Tínhamos uma pessoa que precisava trabalhar e não conseguiu, teve que rotear a internet pessoal, o que também é um problema porque o sinal de celular não pega bem. Quando reclamamos, disseram que era porque o hotel estava cheio e que nada poderiam fazer.

O hotel está em reforma então nosso quarto dava para uma obra coberta por palha, o decepcionante é que todos os quartos do mesmo lado que o nosso tinham uma escrivaninha menos o nosso. Bom hotel mas precisa de ajustes
A área de lazer do hotel é linda e bem instagramavel mas os quartos de maneira geral precisam de manutenção, o box vazava água e o vaso estava solto e tb vazava, mudamos de quarto no outro o chuveiro que estava com problema, então pude notar que não estão arrumando os problemas e estão deixando. Um fato que me incomodou muito foi a acústica péssima, Ouve-se todo barulho do corredor, da piscina, dos outros hóspedes, as camareiras gritam uma com a outra e vc escuta do seu quarto é horrível. O café tem muita opção mas falta qualidade, o suco de laranja não é natural por exemplo, gostamos mas poderia ser melhor pelo valor cobrado, não sei se voltaria!

Gostamos muito da pousada. Tinha um clima bem gostoso e familiar, com ótima área de lazer. Minha reclamação vai apenas para as comodidades do quarto: ar condicionado era velho, portanto não estava funcionando bem, a porta do banheiro estava sem tranca e a porta do quarto apenas fechava se fosse trancada.
No que pese a reserva ter sido no feriado de carnaval, pagamos um alto valor pela diária e, portanto, não era para termos essas avarias no quarto. De toda forma, recomendamos a pousada.

Me senti totalmente FRUSTRADA com minha estadia no hotel. Reservei principalmente pela jacuzzi, ao chegar no hotel já queria reservar para garantir, afinal só ficaria 2 diárias.. neste momento fui informada que apenas 1 jacuzzi estava em funcionamento e não tinha mais vagas para aquele dia nem para o dia seguinte ): mas que a outra jacuzzi seria consertada e que assim que estivesse funcionando eu seria avisada. Para minha surpresa, quando sai do quarto, vi pessoas utilizando a jacuzzi e fui na recepção perguntar, a jacuzzi tinha sido consertada e já estava sem vagas novamente! Fiquei muito frustrada!! Sem contar que me colocaram no quarto 11 ao lado da escada. Impossível dormir naquele quarto, muito barulho! Inconveniente.

A pousada é bonita sim, contudo o serviço de café da manhã deixa a desejar nos dias mais cheios. Era evidente a falta de preparo e gente na equipe, faltava tudo: talheres, pratos e reposição dos alimentos.
