Although the hotel was beautiful, we had some problems with the booking as The reception could not find our reservation to start with. However, a room was prepared for us. The hotel room wasn't very clean. There were stains on the mattress. On the other hand, a clean swimming pool and the fact that the hotel was close to the beach were the highlights of our stay.

Não gostamos, tanto que resolvemos sair da pousada um dia antes de encerrar nossas diárias. A princípio, encontramos no quarto formiguinhas pelas paredes e não podíamos deixar nada nas prateleiras e nem no cabideiro que elas subiam. No banheiro, vários mosquitos de “banheiro “. E no terceiro dia ,à noite, uma goteira bem em cima da cama. Como não havia outro quarto para nos recolocar , a única solução foi colocar baldes e toalhas pelo chão do quarto. O gerente ficou de entrar em contato conosco, porém até o momento, não tivemos nenhum retorno.

Bom Custo benefício , o problema maior que achei foi o café (não pelo oferecido) e sim pelo horário e tratamento dos funcionários. O café abre ao público 8:00, ai fica parecendo fila do bandejão ou dando comida a porcos kkkk, Abre a porta e vai . Porém sabendo que é um estabelecimento 2 estrelas acho razoável . Obs : Levem bastante repelente , muiiiiito mosquito . Os acessos das estradas também é bem ruim , parece que o prefeito não gosta da localidade.

Achei que faltou itens básicos no quarto, como tomadas para carregar um celular e até mesmo uma simples mesinha ao lado da cama, ou uma mesa/prateleira. Não tem uma cadeira no quarto. Algumas coisas bem danificadas, como espelho do banheiro etc… Fiquei em um quarto triplo com uma criança de 3 anos, mas achei o básico do básico, prefiro pagar mais e ter o quarto básico completo. O pessoal da recepção é gentil e as roupas de cama limpas, mas mesmo assim procuraria um quarto com mais suporte.

Vi tycker mycket om Paraty och har varit där många gånger. Väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma personalen och mycket bra frukost. Internet funkar bra på alla utrymmen.
Pousada behöver flera personalen för när man kommer till frukostsal. Måste man vänta på ledig bord och när någon går ifrån det finns ingen som kan plocka allt som blir lämnat på borden. Man själv måste göra det.
Poolen var smutsigt det gick inte att bada på dem första 4 dagar, det blev lite ren efter det femte dag. Jacuzzin har inte varmt vatten och det behövs rengöras bättre också.

Viagem em família meio frustante
Fui com 10 pessoas da mesma família e ficamos distribuídos em 3 dormitórios. Gostei do serviço de limpeza, o café da manhã foi bom. O que deixa a desejar é a parte de manutenção. Um dos quartos estava com o ar condicionado quebrado e mudamos para outro quarto o qual tinha a porta do banheiro emperrada, fazia um barulhão ao abrir e fechar. Outro quarto estava com uma das camas quebradas. Reclamamos e no segundo dia consertaram. Acho que a cada saída dos hóspedes teria que ter uma vistoria para evitar estes transtornos.

Muito ruim!O chuveiro não esquentava e a funcionária nos informou que depois de 11 minutos o chuveiro iria esquentar só que foi uma hora e meia de espera! Uma pousada muito mal administrada , estávamos na beira da piscina s noite e de repente vinham funcionários para desligar a luz da cozinha e ficávamos no escuro , infelizmente quem muito quer acaba não dando um bom atendimento . O banheiro com teto sujo e escuro de umidade , , além disso ar condicionado precisando de manutenção muito barulhento ,,,,, uma pena , não valeu o custo benefício , pois haviam pousadas no mesmo valor, que nos informaram que era muito melhor ….

Pousada razoável. Reservei um quarto para quatro pessoas e na primeira noite só disponibilizaram cobertor para 3, alegando que não tinha mais porque a pousada estava cheia. Cama desconfortável e foi difícil dormir. Café da manhã com boas opções de frutas, porém o restante mto repetitivo.
Um outro ponto que me chamou atenção é que há um gatinho super simpático na pousada, uma graça, e não vi nenhum potinho para ração e água para ele. Perguntamos ao rapaz da recepção e confirmou que não colocam. Triste isso

Os funcionários são bem receptivos mas a pousada já te dá muitas restriçoes aonde te assusta logo no check in. O quarto péssimo aonde a tv estava quebrada e virada para cima com uma imagem que só tinha chuvisco, era um monitor quebrado. O espelho do banheiro estava muito enferrujado. Na piscina tinham 2 baratas boiando. O café da manhã é muito simples e os pães são velhos. A varanda NAO É PRIVATIVA e só tem uma cadeira desconfortável na frente. A praia não é própria para banho mas é linda e bem perto. A pousada te indica a ir p centro só de táxi mas dá pra ir andando pro centro porque é muito proximo. Quem vai apé pode pegar ônibus que tem pra todos os lugares. Mas não recomendo e não volto.

Muito boa. O atendimento dos funcionário é excelente. O café da manhã é bom, nada extraordinário. No meu banheiro faltou a duxa higiênica, tem a tubulação mais foi removida por alguma circunstância. Outro detalhe e que a tv era um monitor de, se nao me engano, 21 polegadas. Fora isso tudo foi muito tranquilo.

Infelizmente já no primeiro contato com a pousada, não fomos bem recebidos, recepcionista no telefone celular com cara de tédio. Após entrar no quarto, fomos das uma relaxada, cama de casal muito desconfortável, parecendo uma tábua no lugar do colchão. Café da manhã muito fraco, comer pudim e mouse de limão no café é complicado. Fomos ver o passeio e estava R$80 por pessoa, fomos até o centro e saiu por R$100 para três. Localização próxima a praia e a piscina muito boa, estacionamento no local. Não voltaria.

Pousada legal, funcionários prestativos , mas ache que não peguei um dia bom , tive que trocar de quarto pois o hóspede do quarto de cima não parava de fazer barulho e parecia ser dentro do nosso quarto… após a troca conseguimos descansar … porém na manhã seguinte foi uma barulheira dos hóspedes do andar de cima que infelizmente me fez sair cedo e voltar tarde a pousada para tentar descansar … meus filhos quase não curtiram a piscina pois o grupo era meio grande e realmente se apropriaram do lugar

A pousada me atendeu bem pois fiquei apenas uma noite. Quando fiz a reserva, fechei pelas fotos que apareceram no site de busca cujo quarto seria o do pavimento superior. Me colocaram no pavimento inferior. O que mais me incomodou, foi o ruído do frigobar que fica dentro do quarto. A cama estava maravilhosa, salvou minha noite de sono.

Sugestão pista fria ou com gelo para que os alimentos fiquem dentro da temperatura ideal , a torta de limão fica tanto tempo esposta que estava quase azeda (7:30 às 10:00 ) reposição é feita somente quando está acabando.fiquei 6 dias e o café da manhã foi o ponto fraco. Desagradável.

A pousada é muito bem localizada (na praia de Jabaquara) e possui excelentes instalações, porém, percebi alguns deslizes na conservação (toalhas rasgadas, tampa do vaso sanitário solta), que poderiam ser facilmente evitados, com uma simples vistoria. O café peca por ser exatamente o mesmo todos os dias, embora seja farto. Poderia também haver algum tipo de fornecimento (drinks ou tiragostos) no bar da piscina. No mais, nada a reclamar. O atendimento dos funcionários foi impecável, pois todos são muito educados, atenciosos e dispostos a ajudar.

O café da manhã e a recepção são os pontos fortes desse hotel, a piscina é excelente, já os quartos tem muito o que melhorar, TV com apenas dois canais, o quarto não tem um lugar adequado para guardar as roupas, o freezer está bem surrado, a fiação do ar condicionado está exposta podendo causar algum dano maior, e a senhora dá limpeza sempre esquecia de colocar o pano no chão do banheiro, isso causava um certo desconforto, pois tínhamos que ir a recepção diariamente para informarmos sobre isso,

Gostamos muito das instalações e atendimento da equipe. A localização é boa, mas requer uma caminhada considerável até o centro histórico, porém, nada que desabone o hotel que está bem perto da praia do Jabaquara e possui boa estrutura com mercadinho próximo. O único ponto no período foi a internet que apresentou instabilidade, porém, a equipe foi muito solícita eficiente em resolver.
