The bathroom was not cleaned completely after previous guest left. There's smell of smoking even though the room is non-smoking as there's a smoking room on the first floor and the smells got stuck inside the building. The laundry room is very convenient but it is much more expensive than the one we use in a hotel in Tokyo.

Close to gojo station. Ministop convenience store 1 minute walk away. Clean rooms.

I stayed five nights, only heard some noises in the hallway on the last two nights but was not really loud.
Rooms were cleaned once every three or so days.
Staff was very nice and accommodated myate checkout for a cheap fee

The hotel was quiet and away from crowds but easily commutable to the main attractions by foot. I wish they still did luggage delivery, but twin room was big and spacious for two people. Would stay again!

I like the small restaurants in the nearby area. Staff were practically non-existent. Half my interactions felt like I was speaking to a spoiled teenager. The other half were professional. They go for a self check-in and check-out style so don’t expect any Japanese hospitality. They weren't even able to call a taxi for me. I doubt they can help ship luggages either.

Easy check in and check out. There's a common area with water dispenser (warm and cold), microwave, and coin laundry. There's also a small collection of manga in English and board/mini games. Tolietries are provided. Self check-in is straight forward but staff is also available in the evening. Wifi is not reliable however, we couldn't connect to it.

Good sized rooms for the price.
Having a fridge was very useful. The location is good between downtown Kyoto and the train station, but it is a far walk to either of them.
Lots of convience stores close, and a few dinner options, but most are centralised in downtown or the station areas.
Walls are on the thinner side so could hear some other people, but wasnt terrible.

The distance to Gojo station is very close and close to a bus stop which leads to the temples and other major sites. Also really like that it's also close to Coco Ichibanaya and McDonald's. I was very nervous that we couldn't make it to the last check in time because we missed our bullet train. Latest to check in was by 10pm and we didn't arrive until 11pm but the staff still let us check in so we were very relieved that they were understanding.

깨끗하고 인테리어가 모던하고 직원분들도 친절했어요. 방이 조금 좁은거는 가격대를 생각하면 충분히 이해가능합니다. 제일 중요한 교통도 관광지 이곳저곳 이동하기 너무 편했고, 편의점도 5분 거리에 로손,패밀리마트가 있어요.ㅎ 가격 그대로라면 재방문의사 있습니다.

Good Choice of Hotel in Kyoto.

The electronic check in and check out were so fast and easy. The room was small but comfortable. We liked that we had access to a washing and drying machines.

If you want your towels to be changed every morning think of asking when you'll check in.

Très bon hotel, je n’ai trouvé qu’un seul soucis, l’insonorisation entre les chambres. Si vous avez de bons voisins il n’y a pas de soucis, mais il faut faire attention ane pas devenir ce mauvais voisin.
Hotel très bien placé, propre, avec un personnel qualifié.
A 15 minutes du marché Teramachi, et 30 minutes du quartier de Gion, ou encore a 3 minutes du métro, parfait.

お盆シーズンに急遽、京都に用事ができ慌てて予約しました。
料金の安さで選びましたが、烏丸四条まで徒歩圏内のアクセスの良さ、遅くまで営業している飲食店もあり、河原町よりも落ち着いた客層で良かったです。
レンジ、ウォーターサーバー、コインランドリーもあり素泊まりには文句なしでした。近くにコインパーキング、コンビニもたくさんあります。

必要十分な室内環境でした

京都の住宅街の中にあり、初めて京都に来た身としては付近を歩くだけでも楽しめました。 室内は基本的に清潔感があり、ベッドやソファのサイズ感も十分でした。何より１部屋に３名泊まれるのが大変ありがたいです。 ただ浴槽の縁に赤い水垢が割と残っていたのが気になりはしました。
総合的には満足しております。また利用させて頂ければと思います。
