Large modern spacious 3 bedroom Apartment with 2 bathrooms and a 3rd wash room, large laundry and a great size balcony. 2nd time staying here. Great location, easy walk to all Fremantle restaurants and breweries. Parking is included but can be a little difficult if on basement level as a vehicle hoist is used and does take a bit of time. My only complaint would be that you only receive one key/fob and for a group/family of six makes it difficult at times.

We were very pleasantly surprised at the apartment- it was huge and beautifully presented.
Close to everything in Fremantle- most things were walking distance.
Lots of space , beds were amazing. Well equipped kitchen.
Dishwasher was flaky and definitely needed a clean as there was quite a lot of food (not ours) blocking the filter.

Great property in an excellent Freo location. Apartment was huge and the complex has an excellent pool. Off street parking is always a plus in Freo and the apartment is within minutes walk of everything you'll want to see in Freo.

Location was my highlight. Nathing unique about the apartment, the photos didn’t match what it was advertised on Wotif. Parking was miss communicated when checked in and had the owner parked in the bay was given.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a fantastic location, so quick and easy to walk to all of Fremantle's attractions. Yes the parking is tight, but it is Fremantle after all and the parking is secure. Two little negatives - the kitchen wasn't overly equipped with cooking equipment, 3 pots/pans and utensils is about it, we made a fruit salad and had to store it in a pot as there was no bowls or the like. Plenty of eating equipment though. The spa wasn't operational which was a shame as we would have used it for sure, being early October it was still a bit cool to use the pool. Overall we loved it here and would definitely stay again.

Very spacious 3 bedroom apartment, location is close to the high street and yet peaceful and amenities as well as facilities are well provided. The best customer service by the owner himself. The place was clean and spacious. Carpark was a bit small so if you have a big car it would be a bit squeezy to park the car. No fire lighter in the apartment but other than that it was okay.

These apartments are right in the heart of Fremantle so everything was accessible. So spacious and comfortable. My mum, sister and myself had the best 3 day stay. The only thing that could have made it better was a couple of pool beds to hang out on with a book. Overall we just loved it.

However, we were lucky we met someone (i assume he is the owner of the apartments) who told us to leave our car at the apartment instead of driving there! He told us it would be better for us to walk there as compared to driving there since it might be hard for us to find parking. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The apartment was very spacious. With 2.5 baths, it was perfect for our family with 2 small children. The only gripe would be that the bathtub was not really accessible (half of it is blocked by the shower glass area), so we did not use it. All 3 rooms have adjustable air conditioning units to ensure that we were comfortable. Kitchen could be a little better stocked with basic oils, seasoning and spices though.
Neighbourhood has everything you need. Walkable to Freemantle Markets, Coles, Target and many other restaurants. The Raw Kitchen, which is 2 mins away, is a great spot for dinner and dessert.

Overall amazing, key wasn't in safety deposit box so had to call to get entry. Underground car park was great, huge balcony, although limited view. Apartment generally good, but a few things needed maintenance like the blinds

The location of the apartment was really great and close to the Fremantle markets and other amenities like Target and Coles. The rooms were spacious and clean. Great for big families as there is plenty of space in the apartment.

We were an extended family of 6 and we loved the apartment. So close to port for Rottnest and train station. Only fault was the kitchen needs large bowls and serving trays for food more cutlery and the toaster wasn’t working. Overall loved it!

Really great apartments that are spacious, bright, modern and very practical. Rooms are well sized, air con works everywhere. Location is wonderful too. Near to shops and the Fremantle market. Only wifi was a slight problem— patchy and slow at times. Other than that, we loved the place.

The good stuff. Huge apartment. 3 br for 2 people but the price was good. Good parking facility. Easy to get in and out. There is no reception and had a problem getting the aircon to work (my bad) so called the mbl and had the problem sorted immediately. then received a follow up call to make sure all was good.
The not so good. The apartment is very knocked around.. Has had a hard life. Chips on the bench, fridge door looks like its been in a hail storm. Glass window surrounding Br no 2 is cracked.
For me thou the big thing was the bed.. Hard as a rock. All three of them. As a result didn't really sleep so well. I know its a personal thing and some like concrete hard but not me. The area isnt great, seems to be a lot of homeless in the immediate area.
Tried out the Raw Kitchen restaurant 2 doors down and was very impressed...

Really helpful manager showed us to the apartment which was more than we expected-- 3 very large bedrooms and bathrooms, full modern kitchen, good lounge and dining area, balcony accessed through bifold doors and views out to Freo. Full laundry and storage room for luggage. Good location easy walk into town. Even had a Kookaburra come and sit on the balcony! Just a spare set of keys would have been useful as 5 of us staying and coming in and out at different times. Would definitely stay again.

Disappointing service
Disappointed with the attitude towards checking in. Keys are meant to be left in a box with a code for collection at 2.00pm. We went to the box at 1.59. The keys were not there. When we rang the number we were given the guy wanted to argue that it wasn’t yet 2.00pm. By the time I got off the phone it was 2.03pm. One of the cleaners arrived with about 5 envelopes for the box at about 2.05. As parking is difficult and there is no legal place to wait for collection this causes stress. Once we finally received our written instructions that were full of strong warnings about being towed if you park in the wrong park we arrived at our designated car park in the building and there was someone parked in our space. Another phone call. A man comes down and lives his car from a different park and tells us to park in his park. He informs us that he will let us know that he will let us know when our one is available. He then proceeds to ring someone and chastise them for parking in our park and not in the basement. No-one ever tells us that our designated park is available. We notice it is empty the next day when we go to the car. Generally very frustrating and negative start to our stay. This then clouds your experience. Saturday nights also are an issue with a concert venue a couple of doors up. The extremely loud thumping music stopped at 3.00am. We had a very bad night’s sleep to say the least. Area is currently surrounded by construction but will be good when complete. Markets close

Close to everything in Fremantle, could walk everywhere and to the train which was excellent. The facilities were all good. Was all going well until we had cockroaches in the kitchen, then realised there is cockroach baits all through the apartment. That probably needs to be dealt with properly. Not very hygienic and put us off.

We had a fairly rough idea on the size of apartment when we booked it. Gosh, it was huge and tastefully done up. The apartment is a stone throw away from freo amentities. Highly recommend for families with childrens or even 6 adults, no problem. The entrance to the garage could be tricky but manageable. On hindsight, may want to look at ways to improve the shower screen area as water tends to seep through the gaps. Also to pay attention to the interior and the accompanying apparatus of the fridge and the oven.

We used this 3 bedroom apartment for a short family stay. It was perfect for our needs with a nice view over the pool, and some good cafes restaurants on the doorstep.

If there was any criticism, it’s that the outdoor pool isn’t heated so was much too cold to use, although we used the spa which was great. Also, the “gym” consists of a treadmill and cross trainer. Not massive issues, and i’d Happily stay here again.

The apartment has High Street pedestrian access. There is also tricky rear access down a narrow lane and secure parking though parking spaces are small. Good lift access to the 4 apartments per floor. Manager/Owner on site in daytimes. He was very friendly and helpful.

The check-in time is 2pm. I arrived 20mins before and had been told to wait for a few minutes. Tried to ask if i should be back later and they said “No, just wait outside the building a few minutes”, then waited for 20mins. At 2:15pm (15mins after the check-in time) I called again and got the answer: “we’re busy because all the apartments are full everyday..., just wait for a few minutes...”. End up i wait right outside the apartments and got in the apartment at 2:20pm.
The apartments is spacious and fully equiped. Just the ensuite shower glass door is not doing it’s job, you’ll get the floor wet after shower and one of downlights in living room and one in bathroom are not working. There are lots of cafes and restaurants in Fremantal, however there are lots of homeless around the area that makes you feel a bit funny.

We found the apartment to be beautifully clean and everything was provided as well as free undercover parking. The only problem we had was the noise of the traffic and people on the main road. There was a party going on in the parking lot over the road on the first night and there was a lot of screaming and music playing very loudly together with the police sirens after someone had called them so we did not get too much sleep the first night.
