We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, which included 2 bathrooms. Having two bathrooms was excellent. The rooms were quite soundproof, which is fantastic when being so close to the freeway. Hotel decor is a little bit dated, but still very comfortable. Kitchen equipment is very basic. But having a large fridge was appreciated. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Booking and check in was easy. Room was overall clean and tidy- a little tired looking.
Biggest problem was the shower. Water pressure and the old shower head were terrible. Temperature was hard to balance. Definitely needs fixing.

It looked 5 ⭐ untill you got to the room. Then if give it a 2 ⭐..... Spa had to be cleaned before it's use. One would think for the price the bath would be clean, fresh milk in the fridge the air con turned on to cool the room in peak of summer before arrival... Just saying 🙄

The Pagoda is a very comfortable and pleasant hotel. We had a suite on the top floor with balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The room is large, clean and cosy, with a nice separate bathroom. Breakfast is excellent. We asked for a top floor room with balcony overlooking the pool and Pagoda gave us an excellent room at the top floor with a lovely view. The bar and restaurant service is excellent.

The room was clean and they are very generous with restocking. Staff were relaxed and friendly. The pool area is relaxing with lots of shade. The lifts are a bit slow, the carpets are a bit old but it’s a good location with nice river views if you don’t mind freeway noise. Even though it’s is double glazed it is still a bit loud if you go outside.

I don’t know why but the whole building felt ghostly. As soon as I got in to the bed felt scratchy couldn’t sleep well. This is a place you would go one time and then that’s it. I’m sorry for this. The room smells old and the bathroom sink is backed the night I was there. I felt like no one stayed in the room for awhile.

The rooms are a good size with all amenities incl a spa bath. The suites offer a separate bedroom and washing/drying machine. The area is quiet (despite proximity to the freeway) with ample on-street free parking ($15 for secure parking). The decor is very Asia with heavy Chinese-inspired dark furniture in the rooms.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pagoda, breakfast was delicious, staff were brilliant and our 2 bedroom apartment was fabulous.
It's a shame streaming services only worked on the lounge tv and not the bedroom tvs. Having said that the wifi was brilliant - it ACTUALLY works! Rooms also need usb ports. The heated pool is very cold which was a shame for my son who was really looking forward to a pool he wouldn't freeze in. We would definitely stay here again.

Room of a good size. Very small fridge. No power available for kettle except in the bathroom. Bedside power plug hard to access in this room. Excellent towelling and range of complementary toiletries. No top sheet and the pillows were not too comfortable. Alot of wardrobe space but only two hangers. Comfy bed. More mood lighting that wasnt practical for reading. No taffic noise even though the room faced the road, yay. Huge spa bath :). All in all a good stay. This property charges a $200 bond on check in which personally I find offensive. Restaurants food is average. Very good breakfast for xtra. Room service available.

A nice hotel, not a great location for public transport as the closest station is a 30 min walk, but ubers are cheap in Perth. The restaurant doest have the best menu for non seafood eaters. The GF pizza i had on the menu was awful. The buffet breakfast in the morning was amazing. The staff and the room itself were really good.

On 30 June:
Drunk people next to us in room 123 making noise & slamming doors till 3am.
Fire alarm went off at 4am !
We left hotel then, stayed in our car for rest of night and only came back on morning of 21st for a shower.
Stayed with friends on eve of 21st & came back on morning c22 June for a shower before checking out.
Wasted $420 for 2 showers !!

Our room was clearly in need of renovating. Large lumps in the carpet, old, chipped and scuffed surfaces, tired looking furniture with old stains visible.

It also hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a long time; very dusty fixtures and corners, grubby power points, traces of mould in the bathroom, hairs around the shower. It needed a proper deep clean, and it’s obvious the cleaning staff - who were very courteous and who I don’t blame at all - don’t get the time.

I asked the front of house staffer about it; poor guy did his best to clean it up himself while we had dinner.

The food was… okay. Ish. The buffet breakfast was lukewarm as soon as it came out of the containers, and cold by the time we ate it. Soon afterwards, my partner was throwing up and I felt ill myself; we didn’t stay the second night.

Accommodation itself was fine, however we booked and payed for three and were given a room for 2. We had to go and organise a trundle bed, cups and crockery, towels etc ourself for the 3rd guest. No apology or compensation offered at all.

I was disappointed that I wasn't advised of the $200 bond that was taken from me and will take 7 days from checkout to lob back into my account.
I was also disappointed that I phoned down to let them know that my air-conditioner wasn't working on a 41° day and still after an hour no one had been up to have a look or fix it. I then had to go down to reception and remind them that no one has still been to my room to look at the air-conditioner turns out it just needed new batteries, not that hard

We had a great 1st Anniversary weekend staying here in a lovely room. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the bathroom great with a spa bath. All staff we talked to were very helpful and polite.
Unfortunately thats where my praise ends.
As with most hotels the cleaning is obviously rushed and no surfaces either in the room or the hallways have been dusted in weeks.
The lack of Netflix or any other smart TV options in 2025 is abit sad.
I wanted to use the bathroom washing line to hang up my bathers to dry overnight but it was fused shut.
The fridge is very tiny so luckily we were only staying a couple of days. A microwave or bench oven would be a great addition as not everyone wants to use the restaurant. ( Although its food sounds yum and well priced).
We did very much enjoy the pool an appreciate the reasonable costs for parking. And despite the lack of some cleaning would stay again because it was delightfully decorated and handy to everything. Thanks.
