The man at reception was not very welcoming no smile or greeting & sounded abrupt.
The bedrooms where hot with no aircon vents or fans.
We had a 2 bedroom apartment. There was 1 small long life milk enough for 1 person, no ice in the freezer or jug for cold water as it was very hot in Perth.
The restaurant was closed down & no shop nearby. Not a great stay.

First of all, the location was excellent. Conveniently located between Kings Park and the Elizabeth Quay and CBD. We walked pretty much everywhere and only used our car a few days.
Unfortunately, the Wifi was terrible, painfully slow and intermittant. My wife and I depend on internet access for our jobs, so we ended up having to hot spot our phones and use cellular data instead. Improving Wifi should be a top priority for the property managers.
Other than that, the one bedroom apartment was simple, but clean. The bed was comfortable, and the only other issue was the fan above the stove didn't work.
Once they improve the Wifi, it will be hard to beat this location.

Apartment was clean and well equipped, reasonably priced accommodation with parking included.
Only let down was abrupt call from reception on morning of check out, we secured a late check out to 11am on arrival but reception called after 10am and advised we would have to pay an extra night.. obviously we were not happy with this and on checking out at 11am as agreed the extra fee was not charged.
As well appointed accommodation in a good location we will stay again.

Unit was dated and could have used an update. Kitchen surfaces were grimy and sticky. Dishwasher broke down and a repairman was in my room for hours with no compensation to me. Parking was outside and I had to keep moving a pylon before and after parking. Location is good to downtown.

The unit was nice in that it had two full bathrooms and closet space. The beds were decent and it had a nice balcony with a good view of foliage. It couldn't have been cleaned better, I found dental floss on the bathroom floor and cobwebs when we checked in but we were in a hurry so there was no time to call and complain. For the price, the breakfast should have been included, or at least cheaper than it was. The area did seem safe and you needed your key card to get in the building and operate the elevator so that was nice. It was also a short walk to the convention center. There is public transportation nearby as well. The parking area is a bit creepy but we didn't have a car so luckily we didn't have to use that area much. There was a nice tennis court on the property too. The staff held our bags for us when we had to check out of the room but our flight wasn't for several hours, so that was very appreciated. I would stay here again.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Very handy to the convention centre and the city Room was near the freeway so quite noisy. Service at reception was lovely once again. The blurb does advertise a restaurant on site this is only for breakfast but you can get a heat and eat meal which we did for lunch as felt lazy it was ok as you’d expect from a microwaved meal

Check in was super easy and desk staff were really helpful and informative. 24 hour check in was really helpful with the flexibility we needed. The two bedroom apartment was great for our family with everything we needed for our overnight stay. Our only challenge was the parking, we were assigned a larger space to park our 4WD but the other 2 cars in the section had parked poorly so we really needed to squeeze into the space.

Stay was amazingly good. Located just one bus stop away from Elizabeth Quay Stn. Allocated a free parking lot just below the apartment. Apartment is very well maintained with housekeepers coming in twice a week. We cook and wash our clothes everyday. Really appreciate the appliances provided. Must importantly, the excellent services provided by the receptionists who attend to our needs with care.

Unfortunately they were not good quality meals and we wouldn't recommend them to future guests. We appreciated having a designated parking spot.

The location was good, easy walk into the city. The room was clean with everything we needed although we booked a 2bdrm apartment, it was more for the space than anything as we are a couple only. Breakfast was fairly standard but good. Housekeeping is not daily but can ask housekeeping if required. Overall, we were happy with what we had for the time we had it. Bit of a grumpy bum at the reception desk but nothing to worry about.

from the start an accident made us unavailable to make the first day of our booking, we sent a message letting them know what happened & that we couldn't make it, they wouldn't give us a refund for that first day.
We booked and paid for a room with a King bed with 2 single beds, when we arrived the room had a King Bed and a Queen Bed, we rang reception to explain the error they told us that the King bed is 2 singles just pushed together, It didn't matter that we needed a King because my husband is 6ft6 because all their rooms are a king (2singles) & a queen.
Reception told us they'll send house keeping up to change the bedding from king to 2 singles.
When returned back to our room exhausted after a big day out around 9:30pm to find nothing had been done with with beds. Rang reception again, housekeeping had gone home at 3pm & there where no notes in the system about our previous complaint or our cancellation for the day prior as he couldn't understand why we didn't have it sorted on our first night, we never made.
We asked reception to bring the single bedding & we'll sort out the beds ourselves.
Then we find out the cool air from the air-con doesn't make it down the hallway to the bedrooms it was very hot & they only supply cheap pedestal fans in the bedrooms that do absolutely nothing to cool the rooms especially on a hot Perth summer night!
We all slept on the floor in the lounge to keep cool.
Very disappointing & over priced, will never book there again.
