Room was fine but breakfast was not quite up to usual Ibis standards. Bacon was hard to cut on the lean bits as if overcooked but the fatty bits were barely cooked and the scrambled egg on the second morning was still very runny. A fried egg would have been a welcome option There were no tomatoes that day Butter was served in a dish which got messy with everyone dipping into it so not very hygienic. Coffee cups only half full. Water dispenser it working and no jug or small bottles of water available as an alternative. Would have given 5 stars without these disappointments as hotel very well situated .

Excellent location, very close to trains, buses and shopping. Breakfast was good, although the staff had problems replenishing the food in time with demand.
My room was adjoining a lane and was extremely noisy all night particularly being a Friday and Saturday night. I had very little sleep. The shower area leaks water while using it. The soap at the basin did not work properly unitl I was able to see a staff member to fix it.
This hotel needs to renovate with double glazed windows and update the corridors which looked very old and shabby.
Otherwise this location is excellent and very convenient.

This hotel has a great location, right in the middle of downtown Perth, yet not a sound penetrated our rooms. Plenty of dining choices, and Perth Station, are in easy walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast offering would suit all tastes. I would happily stay at the Perth Ibis again.

The refurbish is great. Very modern style, looks light and clean. The reception \"desk\" looks great, the staff are no longer hiding from the guests. (the staff may have some concerns with their safety)
The room was also very well done, not cluttered so looked clean. I also liked the chairs.

Generally, the service is good, the receptionists are vety help but if 2 more things can be improved, that will be excellent.
1. Communication between the reception and restaurant. As my package includes a breakfast buffet for 2, and well acknowledge by the receptionist upon my check but my name is not on the restaurant list in the morning.
2.The location of the car park. There are 2 carpark near the hotel and if there is some info to direct me to hotel off-site/ on-site car park, it will be perfect.

Could hear a persistent beeping noise from the neighbouring room all night. Could hear plumbing and water drips, and was heavily disrupted at about 3am by people in the corridor. It was my first time at Ibis in Perth, and very unlikely to stay there again.

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. The room was always clean. The service by the staff was really good. They are polite and patient. And they also surprised my husband and I as we got married during one of the nights. Will 10/10 recommend Ibis Perth to friends who want an accommodation in the city when in town. Hi, the Hotel and service overall was good. I was just disappointed in the view. I paid extra for the room as it said it had a view and the only view we had was the back of some buildings and the Wilson car park. Which had young adults hanging out earlier in the evening, making a noise and then later in the evening there where people on mopeds making noise with the bikes. No sure I will stay at this hotel again.

Ibis was a good central location with options from room service or many meal options within a short stroll of the building. 👍 comfy bed, good lighting, tea and coffee facilities. 👎 you could hear activity in the rooms either side and signage for parking was terrible at night I did 3 laps looking for it (street was busy) and ended up in Wilson parking over the road.
