No parking available. 3 on street parking places outside that are also available to the public am need to be moved and certain hours. No discount for any car parks close by.
Room was fine. We gave a late check in time so sent an email with good instructions on. Paid a fee for an extra person to be staying in the room. No extra bedding for the sofa bed. No extra towels.
Room is outdated. Only good thing was the extension lead for the plugs after there not being any plugs about.

All was reasonable except there is no one at the desk after 5pm until 10 am the next morning; hence, no one except a long distance number to call to check in or out. Our biggest concern happened when we switched rooms; somehow one of our bags got separated and failed to be moved to the new room (when we were on a 3 day Margaret River excursion). When we got back after hours for the one night left, trying to find out missing bag was traumatic. Luckily, a really great worker was there late and helped. The next morning, we left with everything intact. We will stay there again.

Great value stay, property well located for the City and the Optus Stadium. All the team were very friendly and helpful and for the price we were very impressed as a family with the size of the 1 bed apartment. We stayed there for 9 nights during the first Ashes test at Optus Stadium.

Nathan at the front desk was great. The rooms were fairly dirty. I had dental floss left in the shower and there was plenty of dust and rubbish from previous guests on the floor, under the bed and under the couch.

I found a set of clipper blades behind the couch when I was looking I was looking for my ear buds.

The room did not look anything like it was advertised, the bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were awful and the bed was on wheels on a hard floor. We spent half the night stopping the bed skating around the room instead of sleeping. On getting back to our room our code would not work, the reception had closed and there was no one there. I had to make a phone call to the after hours number to get a new code and this took half an hour. Deeply disappointed and ended up leaving the hotel that night- so paid for 2 and stayed one- this hotel was not a 4 star as stated in the review. The staff were pleasant but it didn’t make up for lost sleep and a sore back

The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was standard but had everything I needed. The only issue I had was that most of the plugs and the phone in the room weren’t connected, so I couldn’t call reception and had to go downstairs instead. Other than that, the hotel overall was nice and quiet — a good place for a short stay.

Very centrally located and close proximity to key spots that are walkable. Couple of things about cleaning the room, it only happens once a week if you booked for a week. Also, you have to ask to clean towels when you need them and they not changed regularly.

Well located with the CBD, dinner options, bus stops and train station only a short walk away. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable and having kitchen facilities were great. They were also very understanding when we misplaced one of our room cards and needed to grab another one. On the down side for the first couple of days of our stay the bathroom roof leaked from an old skylight which looked like it had been patched previously and due to the rain the carpet near the living room window became wet.

The staff are lovely, but the hotel is 100% not a 4 star accommodation, closer to 2 star.

This is a very old property with original fittings and furnishings from the 1980s. Furnishings and fittings that have not been maintained.

The furniture being damaged, nothing looks really neat and I had the most expensive sleepless night at this hotel.
The management should have advised customers of some roadwork in Victoria Ave happening nearly the entire night of the 27th of May And when I say noise it was unbearable ; trying to escape the constant noise in organizing a bed on the bathroom floor ! no need to say no sleep possible.
Just a little note of excuses to customers as well as supplying some ear plugs would have shown some consideration and manners

All Suites was in a good location. Walkable distance to attractions, shopping and eateries.

Staff were very helpful. Late check in worked perfectly.

Very disappointed in the room. There was apparent water damage to the leg of the desk which had just been left. The air conditioning was leaking and the bathroom needed some attention.

My husband had stayed at All Suites before on a lower floor. He was surprised at the room. Certainly wasn’t worth what we paid to stay there.

After hours is poor . If u reach late, chances are u wait for more than an hour that someone picks the call . Bed sheets are not changed. Also , they forgot to refill the soap in shower. If u are reaching later after finishing your day . U wont get any service. Same for milk or tea bags supply in the room . Overall a poor service hotel . I even complained to reception desk on day of leaving and the lady didnt bother to feel sorry for that. Wont recommend and wont book again here.

Management needs to fix poor Reception Hours

The staff are very helpful (when they are there) unfortunately there is a management issue when it comes to reception open hours where there is no one there after 4:30pm. Staff accidently programmed with the incorrect dates and luckily they were there at the time to rectify the problem. Unfortunately on my last night my internet access (which is always a condition when I book) was under the original incorrect dates. I phoned up the after hours number and was told there is nothing they could do even though reception told me on checkout the next morning, the after-hours centre could fix the problem.

I had booked an early flight so I would land at about 6pm which in my experience is perfectly normal time to check into a hotel, but received an email on the morning of my flight stating that reception closed at 6pm. I changed to an earlier flight, leaving work earlier than I'd planned, and landing at 4.45pm. I went straight to the hotel only to find that the reception was already closed as it actually closed at 4.30pm. The front stairs had vomit all up and down them which smelled horrible. I followed the directions to get my room key and made my way to the room. The room itself was tidy, however there was a sock over the smoke alarm which I couldn't reach to get down, and the bathroom had no hand soap for washing hands. The shower shot water up at the roof meaning the entire bathroom floor flooded and freezing water was dripping on me for the duration of my short shower. My clothes were soaked, as were the towels I was supposed to use to dry myself. The entire night I could hear talking and banging coming from the rooms next door. My room was freezing with no way to make it warmer. I had an appointment at 8am to get to, and check out was 10am, but reception didn't open until 8.30am and I was supposed to finalise check in with reception before leaving. How? I managed to get back to the hotel after my appointment and check out, but the vomit had just been hosed off the steps onto the footpath so I had to walk through it. Someone noisily vacuuming the lobby while I checked out.

Great size one bedroom apartment for our week-long stay in Perth. Very walkable to just about everything. The apartment, whilst fine for our needs (sleeping and breakfast most days), is looking a little tired. But we didn't expect a luxuriously appointed apartment anyway.
Lift super quick and A/C worked really well during a hot Perth summer.
Disappointed that the Hula Bar downstairs was closed for the Christmas/New Year break as we would have loved to check that out and partake in a cocktail or two!
Overall we were relatively happy with our stay at All Suites Perth.

carpets sofas absolutely filthy ,used tissues left in bedside draw.Awning outside on balcony shreaded and mostly gone. Aircon useless and needs one in bedroom not even a fan in there. Bath and shower combination too hard to get in and out of even for adult. No extra rubbish bags provided and you have to take your own rubbish out.Washing machine but no dryer.Hard front entry with stairs no ramp. No one on reception desk except once on my 4 day stay. basement level carpark where bins are no lit dangerous and on top floor with hotel adjacent with a light straight through windows at night curtains inadequate.Only advantage to this property is location seriously needs attention everywhere else.

Advertised parking onsite when I arrived the office had closed and they said they’ll organize parking in the morning.
Morning came no parking available on site I was charged 170 dollars for 6 nights parking at an unsecured car park 10 minutes walk away from the hotel. To make things worse when I left the carpark the tickets the hotel gave me didn’t even cover the parking I had to pay 30 dollars more to get out.

The shower is over the bath. Very slippery and unsafe. Shower head dirty and hardly any water coming out of the shower due to the head being blocked and not clean. Airconditioner filthy and very noisy. No safe way of getting your luggage in and out of the reception area and no one comes to assist. Needs a ramp so as to be able to take luggage in and out of the hotel.

Location is good. It takes just 10 minutes walk to Hay Street. It was very difficult when you wanted to check-in after midnight. We do not have data to contact the management. Though there was phone number stated in the email and on the wall, we could not reach out to them until later part of morning. There was no housekeeping services for the 5 days. Would be good to state that this property worked like an air-BNB and not like a hotel.

as advertised (and reviewed) this is a great property for an inner city stay with a kitchen and proper big bathroom and a sofa bed in the little lounge area, and sliding doors to isolate the bedroom. It is an older style property as described but this also adds to the charm and all attempts have been made to make it as functional and clean as needed. The staff are lovely and very helpful. It is a very short walk down to the river and the whole river precinct. As well as a 10 minute walk up to the busier malled area of the city. Conveniences shops nearby too. Very happy with our stay and plan to return. We may even upgrade to the bigger room/newer rooms next time but not because we weren't happy with this one. Also the bar downstairs and the Japanese restaurant adjoining are just fabulous!

Tired, poorly maintained. Noisy water pipes.

The room was somewhat tired. Chips out of every doorframe, and every wooden cabinet had some damage. The bathroom door had what I can only hope was a handprint from somebody smearing their face foundation cream (it was brown, and I am going to stick with that interpretation without a sniff test).
Every time somebody nearby used a toilet or shower the walls shook with water pipe hammer and screaming. So most mornings I was woken between 6:30am and 7:30am by one of my neighbors using their bathroom. I was woken at least once each night of my four night stay by somebody using the toilet and flushing in the night.
Sunday morning at 8am the fire alarm went off, and we all had to walk down the fire escape in our pyjamas to stand on the footpath for 20 minutes while the fire brigade checked it out and declared a false alarm. Not the hotel's fault, but indicative of my stay.
The room fridge freezer element was badly frosted up, so the fridge ran nearly constantly. Not noisy during the day, but very loud when lying in bed having been woken up by screaming pipes at 2am.
I will not be back to stay at the All Suites again if I can help it.

My wife and i stayed here for two nights in the (penthouse)
I have stayed in many penthouses before and apart from the top floor location it had nothing a usual penthouse has.
The inside of the room left a lot to be desired from stained carpets and bath tub (shower over bath) to hair on the sheets when hoping into bed and no tea bags for a cuppa for breakfast.
I tried to contact reception to get tea bags but the house phone was inoperable so called with my mobile and talked to someone not at the hotel saying they pass my request on.
The tap water was undrinkable and the bottle water was $3 for 500ml, i could continue but i think you get the idea.
I will never stay here again

The hotel is tired. The bed seriously needed improvement. Replace with a new mattress/base or at least add to the comfort by providing a mattress topper or at the very least a mattress protector. The sheet straight onto the plastic lined mattress is disappointing. The carparking is limited to 4 spaces, and trying to park requires a 5 point turn at the very least. The room is ok as far as having a microwave, fridge and stove and the shower facilities are fine. Nothing really stood out as being great at this hotel. If you're looking for comfort, I'm not recommending it.
