The apartment was great. A real home from home. Well equipped kitchen with all you need - dinning area had great views and the lounge area was comfortable and had a large TV. The wrap-around balcony was lovely - get the sunrise and the sunset. The reception staff were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

Great overall stay

Really great experience staying at Bailey's Serviced Apartments, from start to finish. The care from the customer service team was exceptional, Raj in particular, meeting all needs and providing excellent communication. Requested to check in as soon as possible and Raj went above and beyond to let me know my room was ready to go, even offering to open to carpark gate to me upon arrival. Room was neat and tidy and had great amenities including small fridge, microwave and kettle. Property is presented very professionally and located so close to shops and cafes. Will definitely consider Bailey's Serviced Apartments for my next city stay!

Never write any bad reviews to any hotel until this one. 1. Staff told me the air conditioning would work when I shut off all windows, although it is the first time I been told such conditions, I did follow, nothing happened, air conditioning did not work at all ! 2. Bath had no hot water but warm not cold water, in this cold whether! Give people shock! 3’ I linked customer Wi-Fi successfully but then been told it has been linked but needed to restart the modle as it is not work! I told all these issue to receptionist and hope they would take in consider for future, but they just said, sorry we just change the people who in charge of these, ….

Truly, when you booking this hotel might give them a call before you come if you think air conditioner, hot water and Wi-Fi is important to you

Enjoyable stay in East Perth.

The property is situated in East Perth in a nice area close to Wellington Square. The property is well served by public transport - buses for in and around the city and trains (closest station is 15 minutes walk) with links to East Perth bus terminal and the airport. The property is well served with a variety of bars, cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. The security access to the apartment block is very good. The reception staff who are on until 5pm were all very friendly and helpful. I used the laundry self service for washing and drying and that was very good. The room allocated was small and only suitable in my opinion for single occupancy. The room had a smell as if it had previously been used by smokers. I opened the window as far as it could go in order to get as much fresh air in as possible (there was no balcony with this studio room). It would be helpful if the property could supply a few clothes hangers and also 1/2 cereal bowls so go along with the rest of the crockery and cutlery. The bed was very comfortable and the room was cleaned each day during my stay. Thank you.

As friendly as the staff were. There were basic standards that were not acceptable.for a service apartment.
1/ Basic cleaning was not done daily. Bed sheets not done and towels unchanged. By the time returned to apartment had to chase staff up and they had almost gone or had no time to do the cleaning for the day.
2/Front desk staff were very nice but manager whom I was asked to contact lacked ability to do any service recovery for their facility quick smart. Explained had paid service apt rates that included housekeeping but still had to chip in to tidy place myself... but was disappointed with the attitude as was busy explaining how bad the place was before and asking me to email her if I was coming back...ummm really? Damage control is now...
There may not be a later...
3/ TV had issues in room but again was given a half hearted not heartfelt response.

I guess they have no intention to keep their guest coming back...

It is an older accomodation block. May require an update on the gym quipment and a fresh coat of paint on interior to brighten place up but overall it was a really great place to stay. Apartment is in an ideal location and quite spacious. Had everything we could want or need. Balcony was also a good size for people watching and afternoon / evening drinks. The red and yellow cat bus stops are close (and these buses are free by the way), Township quick walk up the road which has all the necessary shops. A supermarket , post office, several cafe /food establishments, a bottle shop and the local pub. There are also several restaurants around the apartment block serving up yummy Italian, Korean, Malaysian and Chinese food. There are fantastic parks and the riverside / Optus Stadium to visit and all within walking distance. And for kiddies of all ages the park at Wellington Square is fantastic and so much fun. Your little ones will go crazy. Finally it is only about 5 mins drive to Perth CBD / Elizabeth Quay or going the other way 10 mins max to the Crown Casino.

Quite a find, very enjoyable surprise

I was pleasantly surprised by this apartment, easy to find, great checkin, desk clerk was very informative and helpful.
Parking is limited and tight sqeeze for larger vehicles. Room was lovely we had a one bedroom apartment, it was clean, fresh, great view from the really large non smoking balcony, so if wanting a smoke its a trek down to the front of the hotel. Front desk closes at 4pm I think it was. Security card to get into building, elevators, and room. Plenty of restaraunts within the area only a 2min walk either direction but we ate at the apartments restaraunt and the pizz was amazing. Marzurellas. It is on the Cat route. altough being in a busy street lots of ambulances with sirens on, we didnt hear a thing when inside the apartment, slept well, comfortable beds.

first time to use Baileys Apartment. Easy access to Cat bus to visit perth CBD for free ride. Clean and spacious rooms. Nice kitchen. Will try again next time. Few takeaways restaurants just 100 meters around.

Nice clean apartments, good location, great amenities, secure apartment.... and it WAS quiet the first night - second night guests above me had music up loud from 2am until 5:30am.. and I could hear loud thuds all night reverberating on the floor - there is no night manager on site and they rely on guests to report unruly guests... night manager would monitor behaviour if they were on site it shouldn't be up to me to report these things

Room was huge. Came with a kitchen and a washer/dryer. Balcony is huge but it is non smoking. Parking was provided, but a little tricky getting into the carpark as the gates and barrier are quite narrow.

Short walk to Murray street mall, and there was a park on the opposite street of the apartment which unexpectedly provided us with an hour of unplanned entertainment.

We checked in late and had to take a 4 mins walk to the motel to check in. Check out process was easy.

We ended up sleeping on a friends couch because when we arrived at 7pm no one was there and no one called us to see what the expected arrival time was. We stay at many hotels and they have made contact if they are going home. Worst customer service ever

We loved our stay at Baileys Apartments. The location was very central with the red cat bus outside the building and the yellow cat bus just down the road. An easy walk into town, and once we had parked our car in the provided secure undercover parking it didn't move until we left.
The apartment was spacious and we'll set out with a separate bedroom and large onsuite bathroom. Good kitchen and facilities with a comfortable dining and lounge area. The very large balcony complete with table and chairs was a bonus.
We would definitely stay here again.

Very well appointed city apartments.. will stay again. Didn’t like the fact that parking wasn’t guaranteed or that checkin was only between 2pm and 4pm. It would be easier if you allowed 2 room keycards as one of us couldn’t go out or even go to the gym without the other as you can’t operate the lift or open the door without the keycard and the electricity goes off in the room without it as well! Otherwise great value and comfy bed in quiet location.. we will return!!

We love staying at Baileys Services Apartments. It's handy to where we hire our car when in Perth. It is clean and comfortable with washing machine, dryer and full kitchen.
It also has a balcony and free undercover car parking. It is our favorite place to stay when in central Perth.

Pests, cockroaches, dirty... do not stay here! Hotel threatened to charge my credit card. Hotel said they would refund through Expedia and then charge my credit card anyway (without my permission). As of yet, still have not receive a refund. Disgusting!

This property is nice. Apartments have large balconies. A commercial district is a couple of blocks and there is good access to the free CAT bus to get downtown. A reasonably equipped gym is on the top level, and a couple of restaurants are at the street level.
The units all face the streets and there is some street noise, but this is more of a residential area so it did not bother me at night.

Wasn't expecting too much honestly as we read some not so nice comments on this apartment..but we were really pleased on the overall..we arrived early and very much in a state of jet lag and thankfully our room was ready and we were allowed to go in to our room early..that was a lifesaver!

The apartment was clean mostly, with the exception of 1 to 2 towels..it has all the supplies and things that you need just like a hotel! Pillows were soft though sadly but truly satisfied with all here..highly recommended for an apt!

Have stayed here 4 yrs in a row. Been very satisfied in the past but this time found reception not very professional or accommodating. Although special requests are not guaranteed, but as we were there for over 3 weeks we requested a high floor well in advance. We were given Apt #2 which was a terrible location for this long stay. We were refused point blank for a change. Also told them about the continual banging of door from lobby to garage

Pleasant stay and value for money

We stayed in unit 2 on level 1. Clean and comfortable, and quite a spacious apartment. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Pizza restaurant downstairs. Walking distance to a supermarket and down to the Swan River. The free blue Cat bus is at the door, In Goodrich Street, and will take you into the city centre, and to Perth railway Station. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent value for money.

The property was clean and nicely presented and well furbnished and was located within walking distance to Perth city. he rooms were of a good size. There was good access to major roads and freeways. On the negative there were warnings about exorbitant fees that would be charged if the fire brigade was called out and high fees for a range of breaches. It concerned me that the hotel took a copy of my drivers license with my credit card which in effect gave the owners an open cheque..

The apartment was comfortable. It has a combo washer dryer and unfortunately the dryer didn’t work (not good when the average cycle is over 4 hours). Some mould evident in the shower. Only 1 entry key card meant my partner was left without power when I was at the gym or shops. Car park is tight. Reception was friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed our stay at Baileys Serviced Apartments- comfortable apartment and well equipped. We were on the first floor, so it was rather noisy with the road traffic but not a big issue for me. My parents stayed up on the fourth floor and theirs was much quieter.
Nice big balconies to sit out on. Kids enjoyed Netflix on the telly.
My only little gripe is that in bedroom, the blinds didn't cover the window completely so had the street lights shining through at night time.
