Noisiest hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Our room ended up being directly above The Royal Hotel which was extremely noisy from 10am until 10pm both days of our stay. The patrons were so loud we could hear their conversations like they were in the room with us, even with all doors and windows shut and the curtains drawn. Unfortunately cannot recommend, it was louder than the F1 in Melbourne last week.

The staff especially Mirkin was very helpful and friendly and made us feel at home immediately. The studio apartment was ideal for us as it just has the basics. The swimming pool was exceptional situated with a beautiful river view and the water was a pleasant temperature. There a a couple of restaurants below the apartments which are averagely priced otherwise a free cat bus takes you into Perth in just 7-8 minutes and can be caught 50 meters from the apartment. There is also a walk around the river edge to get int Perth centre but it does take nearly an hour. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

East Perth Suites Hotel do what they do well. The room and hotel listing information was accurate and informative in planning my stay. I was able to book parking, pre-fill check in forms easily and their late check-in instructions were easy to follow (I was a bit confused reading them but they make sense once you’re onsite). There is convenient 5 minute parking out front to sort check in and keys and the on-site parking is easy to navigate. I was a bit worried about it being noisy but it was surprisingly quiet on my mid week stay. The room was clean, spacious and had everything I needed for an overnight stay-comfy bed, a beautiful view, a good selection of tv viewing and a kitchenette with coffee & tea supplies. The compendium information was really helpful as well as I’d forgotten to bring an item and could see I could buy it straight over the road. I only wished I could have stayed longer to enjoy it more.

The king bed WAS two single beds pushed together as they do but when my plans changed from going with wife to going with my teenage daughter we wanted the bed separated. The hotel staff simply said no we can’t do that. I don’t see why not. Not happy. Also my shower gel was empty.

Just spent 5 nights at East Perth Suites Hotel. Very clean hotel and room.
We arrived late at night and detailed instructions provided allowed us to access hotel after hours. Reception only 7am to 7pm.
Loved our huge classic apartment, had everything we needed. It was located on the street corner (facing traffic lights), so was a little noisy at garbage collection time early morning.
Staff were amazing - friendly, helpful and professional.
Maintenance - Pool heater wasn't working when we arrived but was soon rectified, so we could swim. Any issues in the unit were promptly attended to.
Great location - transport links within walking distance, IGA across the road as well as nearby cafes and restaurants.
Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Perth.

Booked an apartment for a family of 3 but the bed in the sofa bed was terribly soft. So the third person decided to sleep on the sofa instead! Unfortunately the sofa bed could not be closed again. The reception tried to look for a replacement apartment but unfortunately, none was available. The reception kindly offered another separate room for the third person on the same floor for the two night stay. That was so kind of them. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel was excellent and by a body of water. It should be noted tht this is not a 24 hr reception and so some planning ahead is necessary. There is an option for pre check in but tht required submitting a copy of an ID to a website. In this age of scams, it is probably not a good idea to do so. Nevertheless there was no problem with checking in on arrival. All in all, a lovely stay!

We had a great stay, love the river view, location is awesome. Only thing which was odd in the cleaning. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom place, we wanted our room cleaned each day. We hung up our towels to save washing and they were changed every day. 1 bedroom had their bed made every day and the other wasnt made. Didnt understand that at all. Overall i love this place and would stay again.

Just loved this property. Quiet despite being a busy area. Had a huge apartment. Everything was great. Coffee pod machine was a bonus! Washer-dryer. Lots of packing space. 2 televisions, lounge and dining area. Full kitchen. Secure parking for $30 a day. Gym, pool, bbq, great area to be in with loads of restaurants, IGA, transport very close. The view over Claise Brook was spectacular. Sunrises were stunning. At night the Trafalgar bridge was lit up in colours. Should have booked direct with hotel as got charged $74 more by lastminute - I thought it was supposed to be a money saving option. Also no way to contact them to query.
Regardless we have been recommending East Perth Suites to everyone. Staff were so friendly and informative. We will be back!
