The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel room was clean and had all that I wanted and needed. I love the fact that they provided purified water by the elevators that guests could fill our own bottles. The location was absolutely perfect for everything like train transportation, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. I was very satisfied that I chose the Holiday Inn Perth City Centre.

My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Perth City Centre was fantastic! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Being so close to the Perth train station and a variety of amenities was a huge plus. The value for money was excellent, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-situated place to stay in Perth. I stayed for 3 nights.

The location is amazing. So convenient. The hotel beds were comfortable. Room spacious. The staff helpful. Breakfast was ok. A little repetitious if you stay multiple days.

The aircon unit in the room was very very noisy, there is a green light on constantly near the aircon unit and the smoke alarm flashes little red light intermittently. So if you want a good night sleep go to another hotel!!!

We also had an incident where the smoke alarm in the building went off at 2:00am which interrupted our sleep. But what made worse was that the electricity was out soon after that, we could not charge our devices and there was no aircon in the room. What made it worse was that the electricity came back on after 4:00am which switched on lights in the room and woke us up again.

The Buffet Breakfast spread is amazing. The hotel was great, but the customer service was above and beyond what we expected, everyone at the front desk either in the morning or at night were so willing to help us in every way. They made our stay wonderful.

Overall an amazing stay!! Highly recommended for families- they really go out their way to make kids feel happy and excited about their stay. Food is incredibly. Only downside was the size of the room but otherwise very comfy. They even arranged a baby bath.

This hotel is centrally located to Yagan Square, Elizabeth Quay and there are lots of resturants nearby to have lunch and dinner. Easy to walk around the city or get an uber to kings park as it's a bit further out. Great options for breakfast Noodles, hash brown.

Good location ...

The hotel location is near to Murray and hay street mall. It near Perth underground which connects to Perth station

The staff at the check in counter, Hannah has excellent service. She went the extra mile of sending the luggage to our room when we left the luggage with her for quick lunch on the day of arrival.

It would be great if housekeeping can be more prompt.
a) The tissue box left was left with last tissue when we check into the room. was a little surprise that the housekeeping staff didnt check on this

b) We left the tag to make up room in the morning. When we are back to the room around 1pm, the room was not clean yet. Thus we get the fresh towels from the staff. The staff didnt clear the rubbish in the room, replenished the tea and coffee or took back the dirty towels while room was opened to them.

The hotel didnt provide toothbrush in bathroom until we requested at the reception counter.

All the light switches in the room need to switch on manually instead of central control panel at the bed side like some of the hotel

Great place

Stayed one night before catching a cruise. ‘‘Twas a lovely, comfortable place easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants and metro. Enjoyed walking the neighborhood at night. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

There was nothing special to like about the property, like most of Perth it`s becoming grubbier by the day, not unlike London. What pissed me off the most,was the lack of a hob in the shower. Being an ex seaman, I can`t stand walking on floors that should be dry. If you wont have hobs, install bathtubs. That alone makes it the last time you`ll see me.

Pleasant stay

I used to stay at this hotel previously. Found that the refurbishing they have done is very good. Little things like makeup remover cloths in the room. A sheet on the bed and not just a continental quilt. (this is a real bug bear for me!!) Overall very impressed and will come back again. Close proximity to the ballet and Perth CBD. Great choice of pillows etc.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The breakfast was delicious, but we were disappointed to find no cutlery available. Additionally, the lifts could use some improvement as they were a bit slow. Overall, a good experience with a few minor areas for improvement.

We had an issue the first night we arrived. A booking mix up so the first night wasn't the best experience but the next day we were offered and upgrade free of charge. A lovely gesture and the room was great. Would definitely stay again. Great hotel and wonderful location. Buffet breakfast is also great

Disapponting stay. The upgrade i was sent, applied for and had approved was not applied. The staff had no idea about it which was very disappointing after we arrived around midnight after a very long drive. No other upgrade offered. Just an applogy. They appeared not to know that these upgrades were even offered.
My children were asked to be ID'd which is not something we have ever encounted.
Beds and room were comfortable but noisy. Could hear people for a couple of hours around 4am returning to their room and talking loudly in the room next door.
