A Boutique place to stay with modern amenities. Quiet area, away frim thw hussle and bussle of the city but still within distance to the city life. Great surroundings to do you jogging or get your daily step up near the river or the garden. Great clean spacious room, enough for 2 or spoil yourself like me. All the room for me. Lovely restuarant diwnstairs. See my review on that. Great management, and unbeatable service. Clean towels, plenty of cofee and tea. Highly recommend it if you want a relaxing value for money endeavour.

Second time we've stayed here - this time in room 208. Specious, double bed + a single, nicely refurbished en suite with great shower. Small kitchen area with adequte cooking facilities. Balcony overlooking the garden where Rainbow Lorikeets come to feed on the fig tree. Excellent food at the onsite restaurant. Easy walking distance to shops, other restaurants & Elizabeth Quay. Close to Red Cat bus route and Green Cat route. Others maybe close but not used. Spending 6 days Bunbury & Mandurah and then returning to Riverview for another 4 days before flying home.

Staff were friendly, and communication was good, they managed my expectations well and gave instructions in the event of a late check-in. Hotel's location means short walks for buses, but a 10-15min walk to the nearest supermarket, though there are a few convenience stores

This is a motel that is an old property that has been updated. Rooms were comfortable, bathroom did have ventalation problem otherwise water was hot and plentiful. Has restaurant downstairs which was very popular with guests and locals alike.. Propery within walking distance of shops, reasturants, buses and train station. Be aware that property is located near the bottom of a very steep incline. Hotel was good for the price.

Booked 2 rooms and ending getting a ordinary room down near the laundry and a newer room out the front. Laundry room had no steaming services on old Kogan TV and a bathroom exhaust fan that didn't stop going on....place was a like a FIFO camp

I highly recommend staying here! The room was terrific and the venue is really lovely. Easy walking to the city centre and places like Kings Park. Public transport is also within walking distance. I highly recommend the restaurant, every meal was delicious, and the attached bookshop is full of variety and interesting books. Will definitely be going back.

Bedroom was somewhat dated. The outside space (room 113) had two very uncomfortable wire chairs and only glass panels between us and our neighbours. There was only one armchair in the room and the joining walls were so thin that our neighbours text alerts kept waking me at night. One of the parking spaces has a ledge which juts into the space, damaging our car. Trying to get away promptly we had to wait (at 8am) for someone to attend the desk, there's no key drop. You can do much better than here, we won't be back.

Lovely place to drop in and refresh if you’re mostly out and about. The room does look like the pictures in the advertisement but just take note the room always looks much bigger in the pictures than it actually is. However, it suited our needs just fine. We were equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The bathroom is quite tiny. The hubby did have some difficulty fitting on the loo due to the small space.

I would be happy to stay here again.

Had to walk a bit to get to public transport, but being cheaper than other hotels closer to the centre of the city this was to be expected. Only issue was the bathroom. The shower head wasn’t very good and there is no door on the shower or drain outside of the shower so the whole bathroom was like a swimming pool.

Had my apartment attempted to be broken into. I was removed because of it. Rather than put me into another room. I was removed at 2am and put on the street.

This accom is revamped old accommodation which has worked out well, room has everything you require, shower is great. Unfortunately there is very little soundproofing so every sound and conversation is like it is in your own room. We had a couple of night owl people above who moved furniture and talked all night. I was there for 3 nights and on day 2 I ate downstairs in the cafe and got food poisoning which basically kept me in bed for the remainder of my trip. My company put a call into the hotel nearly a week ago and they still haven't responded. Add to that the shower in the rooms has had the water pressure wound back so much that you have to run around in the shower to get wet I never actually felt properly clean all week, this is the most important thing when staying anywhere and it is terrible.
I will be very interested to see if they care enough to actually respond.

The location is excellent as a short (up hill) walk into kings park or 5 min walk across the freeway using footbridge and take free cat bus or 935 into the park. Footbridge is also the way into the city taking 5 mins to st georges terrace where you can walk to woolworths for groceries (20 mins) or catch a bus including the free cat bus to Elizabeth Quay bus station and from there or the adjacent station you can head off anywhere in Perth or beyond.

This property is in a great location. Easy 15 min walk across the pedestrian bridge to Perth CBD. The room is quite spacious and has a kitchenette with toaster fridge and kettle. Unfortunately there is construction ongoing at the property next door and the work started at 630 am every morning. We are on vacation and would prefer to have some quiet at least until 8 am. Also smoking is allowed on the balcony and our downstairs neighbours enjoyed doing that. So be aware that you may not be able to use the balcony. Overall we did enjoy our stay and would recommend this property and definitely the restaurant which is outstanding
