Room was clean and had everything we needed, staff was nice and friendly. The hotel could do better on the continental breakfast. We ate elsewhere every morning. The pool area could have used a ground clean up.

The room was old and outdated. You get that used and not so clean feeling when you walk into the room. The furniture in the room was definitely beat up, old, dirty, and should definitely be replaced. Staff is a remote employee that you have to talk through a video kiosk. I would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel!!! Keep driving. There’s plenty of other hotels to choose from in the near by area.

This is a basic motel that is a good value. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff did a great job. Breakfast wasn't very good - basic. If you want a good value then I would recommend here. I would stay again.

NO LIVE PERSON AT FRONT DESK!!!

You're dealing with someone working remotely via a webcam. Machine not clearly labeled with where things are or where they are supposed to go.
At least the person I spoke with knew which way to direct me to get to our room, despite not being on site.

The room itself was clean, however two out let's didn't work, the hair dryer was broken,( a loaner was given although we were told in 2-24 that they would replace it.. didn't happen), the AC/Heater was about 90 decibels.. couldn't hear TV when it was running.. which was all the time as even when the off button was push it made noise... When the compressor kicked it you thought a jet was taking off(this was due to the motor starter(capacitor) had a hard time starting the motor.

I had 244.95 on hold after paying 191.00 with Hotels .com what is the deal. This wasn't a very nice we hotel. It was adequate to say the least. My acct is still waiting to have 100.00 credited back. Fix this and call me with an explanation. I signed for 144.95 and not another 100.00. I expect credit back

Please pay attention read well !! Worst experience ever front desk is through a kiosk “victor” there is night club right next to it. Very Loud!!!Following morning I requested another room “Victor” stated to give some time to the housekeeper to clean to come back in an hour he didn’t help at all he doesn’t know anything about costumer service he just close the screen. The lady in person tried her best. Old rooms, smelled really bad broken furniture Like I said WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Awful. Check in is done over a 2 way TV. Accents were very heavy and i felt as though I was under suspicion immediately for who knows what? The add specifically states their rooms have a wired internet connection as well as wifi. Well the wired connection does not work, nobody working on site had any clue about a wired connection and the wifi was laughably poor. The room was clean, rate was cheap but if you have a choice I would go elsewhere.

Hair on the sheets.
Iron was broken and iron table was very dirty couch. Recliner was Very old and cracked.
And the office chair was Crumbling, apart in the upholstery. Place definitely can use a remodel. I paid around a $130 for the night. Breakfast was very weak and not enough options compared to other hotels. Overall experience was okay but I probably will not stay there again

No hot water' staff had to check 4 other rooms and it was the same thing. No hot water. If you look at clock and the hot water is at nine and cold water is at three, the lever doesn't go past twelve.So you never even get to the hot water. The staff told us that it was warm and that was enough even though the sink just the other side of the wall had water that was too hot. As far as breakfast goes, it was very much lacking. Only one cereal and it was frosted flakes.
Muffins that were severely lacking.
Coffee and juice.
And of course, good old hotel waffles. Staff really tried to satisfy our need for hot water and in the end at 7 o'clock at night. They wanted to move us to the second floor and we were both exhausted from being at the beach.All day and we both have physical limitations.

The room was okay. It was very outdated nothing fancy, a good enough bed, restroom and TV. The breakfast was minimum 1 cereal, toast, waffles, apple and orange juice and coffee -powdered creamer. The worst thing is the Mexican restaurant next door that blasted music from 7:00 pm until 2:00 am. closing time. It was loud enough to compete with the in- room television.

As for the breakfast situation they offer is pretty sad and what made it even worse were the guests touching all the muffins and bread with their hands rather than using the tongs. So I suggested to the front desk to put signs to use the tongs.

The room was ok...nothing special. The side of the hotel that our room was located on had a very loud DJ playing music next door until 2:00 am. So loud, in fact, we could hear it above the TV. If the front desk was manned with a real human, they would've heard it, too. By the time they finished at 2:00, we got a whopping 2 hours of sleep before we had to get up and work an 11-hour day. Since the club is obviously not going to relocate, we'll be staying elsewhere next month when we come back to town.

Check-in was horrible. your talking to someone through a kiosk machine . Asking for your drivers license or passport and place on glass .. no one on one contact . where and who sees it . Then said I had 2 reservations.. I have never heard of the one company he was talking about .. so make sure you check your credit card statement. The room smelled musty .
The positives were the bed and the pillows were super comfortable. Pool was clean . Rooms were clean .

Pretty much everything was nice about this property.

Except for that I was put right next door to an older man who apparently was a nudist, because he had his curtains wide open and he was completely nude the whole time. Not that I wanted to look. It's just that when I walked from my car to the door of my room that's what I saw.

it was unusual in that front desk was manned by a screen
with a person showing up.. I believed it was AI until my checkout. Also different is that I paid expedia for the room, but the motel asked for deposit of 100 dollars. I was not expecting this. and got upset... I thought it was some kind of ripoff. I gave cash. and had to wait around the next morning until 7 Am for a person to show up and check the room...They showed up and I got my 100 back. I was very angry until then.. and then let it all go.. the room was good. and it was fine.

I booked a room, showed up, and there was NOBODY in the lobby. I had to be helped by someone on a FaceTime call, so that's immediately unprofessional. Also after a long awkward silence, I was told I couldn't check in when I arrived. They also wouldn't process a refund, so I had to call my bank to dispute the charge and pray for the best. I cannot afford to waste 80 dollars rn, it's the holiday season. Extremely disappointing.

Cleaning staff isn’t professional. I usually stay in this hotel weekly because I work in the city. Someone of the cleaning staff left me a note Suggesting tips I left $10 now it got worst they don't clean the floor and don’t pick the trash up. I guess because they were expecting more money. This week I dropped a glass cup accidentally and they made the bed and didn't pick up the broken glass for 2 days. Good job guys. Merry Christmas

After making my reservation for only a few hours I asked for a first floor for handicapped (no elevator) found a none working toilet, had floating fences and all dirty. I asked to have another room, they said they didn’t have. Wouldn’t give me a refund, they promised to have the problem fixed and properly cleaned, nope! That was a nightmare, I had to go to Wawa’s to use a much cleaner bathroom! Totally disrespectful and poor customer service. Disappointed and disgusted.

We had to leave at 1 .30 a.m . The hotel is next door to the Tiki bar that works till early hours in the morning. Blasting music. The agent in the screen has no idea about the surroundings and said he cannot call the police as the bar has license to operate.
Very disappointed.

I couldn't get enough change to do laundry. They provide a washer and dryer, but they wouldn't give me change to use their washer and dryer for 2 loads of laundry. There's no human to deal with in regards to check in and/or any problems you have. It's a computer that checks you in with some guy on a screen. The floors in our room were deplorable. Just walking around for like fifteen minutes in the room left your feet literally blackened. The beds were comfortable.

The worst hotel ever

I have never been treated so horrifically at the front desk as my experience last night it was a complete disaster. A woman actually walked out and went home. The front desk clerk left and went home. She had no intention of assisting me. She actually spent the entire time blaming me so this is the last time I’m even gonna book through hotels.com. I didn’t get any back up. She didn’t help and this place to say damn mess. I actually want a full refund. This is crazy.
