Had to wait for someone to show up at the desk to checkin. When going to our room the hallway reeked if pot. When going to use the pool there was a disgusting film layering the top of the water. There were bugs and dirt on the window sill. The beds looked like they have been rolled in beds made up in a hurry.

The outlet the coffee maker was plugged into didn't work for the first couple days so I had to move it to the other side of the room. It was bad enough when one of the two washing machines was out of order, but when the second one failed, I had to go down the road to a laundromat. They should upgrade from coin-operated machines to tap pay or web-enabled, since they don't have a change machine. The one morning I tried the breakfast, the warmer didn't seem to be working; my biscuit, eggs, and sausage were barely warm instead of piping hot. The staff were friendly and helpful, but maintenance needs improvement. Neighbors were noisy and sound travelled through the walls easily.

In our first room they put us in the bathroom was gross. There was hair everywhere, in the drain outside the walk-in shower. There was a piece of soap also in the drain. A dirty towel hanging behind the shower curtain

We asked to be moved and guess what yep same thing. It was on the same floor (1st)
So this time the maid came in to clean it I told her there was a bar of soap in the shower and when she left it was still there yuck. Did she even clean.
So I just cleaned the bathroom myself

The TV channel selection and operation was very confusing and frustrating! Also seemed to have limited options. Are you using a tv antenna rather than cable??
The breakfast room was esthetically unappealing and breakfast options were poor!
This Comfort Inn is not on our return list. Does not compare to other Comfort Inns we have stayed at previously.

The carpet throughout was stained, my walls had holes that had been filled/patched but not painted, and other scuffs and holes that had not been addressed. The shower looked dingy. Towels were paper thin. Breakfast was almost inedible.

The hotel is overall dirty and run down. The guy at the front desk had sunglasses on and his hands looked like he just finished a job at an automotive place and he didn’t wash his hands (very dirty).
Room was Okay compared to the state of the rest of the hotel; however, there were several soffits missing from the roof and others blowing in the wind, sounding like someone was banging a sledgehammer outside our window. We requested a different room which was denied (were told they were full even though Expedia was showing 5 rooms available).
Reached out to Expedia regarding the situation and the lovely person on the other end of the chat tried to get us a new room or partial discount, both denied by the property. Expedia was wonderful but the hotel would not do anything.
Do NOT RECOMMEND.

Housekeepers need to step up their game there is more to cleaning rooms than changing sheets and vacuuming
Countertops and bathroom counter needs wiped down EVERYTIME and the toilets need cleaned
Overall good hotel but i have to wipe down my whole room half the time

Great staff , the hotel is a little run down but the rooms are comfy and nice. The only issue we had is they lot of people who checked in that were sketchy and had no money and said they use cards on file to look one up, then those customers proceeded to smoke weed in the elevator as well as stayed all night partying which this was all on floor 3 .
Then I woke up in the middle the night to more weed and cig smoke . Good hotel great staff I wouldn’t let people stay if they don’t have their own credit cards or ID’s being all drugged up and saying card on file tells me someone buys those rooms for them. This hotel could be so splendid if you ween out the druggies and parties 🎉 thanks

Toilet ran the whole time we were there and barely flushed. My 6 yr old daughter was running around and a fish hook stabbed her in the foot. Curtains had either black paint or grease smeared on them, which was also on the shampoo and condition bottles in the bathroom. There was filth on the bathroom taps. I'm not sure the room was even cleaned other than maybe new sheets.

Room had updated bathroom which was appreciated. King bed was lumpy, but slept okay. The pillows were not very good. Carpet appeared and felt dirty. Had to bring a fan as the room was hot. I think the exterior workers had the vent covered with plastic. Pool area was lacking, and the bottom of the pool had tiles loose and popping off. The elevator was dirty. 24 hour coffee was appreciated, and breakfast was ample and tasted good. Housekeeping did not tend the room daily, and could have used an extra set of towels.

Waited a bit for someone to check us in. We were a bit concerned as the appearance of the lobby and halls is needing an update. Halls and elevator dirty. Carpets need a steam cleaning. Pool small and also needs maintenance on the pool deck. Our room door was covered in black marks and dented.
However, the room was fine. Still could use some more in depth cleaning but it was clean enough. Bed okay, I found it a bit firm. Pillows tragic for a king bed, only small twin size pillows. There is shampoo, conditioner and lotion in the room. Kleenex box only had two sheets in it and we only had a 1/2 roll of toilet paper.
They are doing construction on the face of the building and we were put in a room that was part of that so couldn't look out the window. Breakfast had a decent selection and good for a morning meal.

The place has scaffolding by the front door. It must be under repairs, the place inside was old and run down. Not to mention dirty.

The elevator had an entire pop spill there. I notified the front desk and they cleaned it up asap. But I felt this hotel didn’t deserve the cost we paid. Breakfast was ok.

I've stayed here before and the hotel is looking very run down. Elevator floor was dirty, sticky and tiles chipped and broken. Hallways look dingy with dirty carpets. Doors are all dinged up; chipped paint. My door didn't close smoothly and I always had to push it closed.
The bathroom toilet was loose. Thought it might tip over on me. The toilet seat was also loose and slipped from side to side. Shower doors wouldn't stay closed. Had to put a facecloth at the bottom to keep it from opening. What a pain that was! Seems no one is checking these things. Upkeep here is extremely lacking. Bed was comfy and room fairly spacious.
Outside has scaffolding so parking lot is reduced. They need to focus on the inside too.
Front desk staff were friendly and very pleasant. Checked in quickly. That was the only positive at the Comfort Inn. I will not be staying here again.

Hotel is undergoing exterior Reno’s. The interior could use them as well. The carpets are worn and dirty but it looks like a lot of their clientele are possibly oilfield workers and it must be a challenge for them to keep up with people with muddy boots walking in. Breakfast was sub par. Personally I’d stay elsewhere next time but if you want to save a few bucks you might want to consider staying here.

Ok. To be honest I was put into room 115 on the main floor. It was the handicapped room which wasn’t the issue. The room was next to the lobby and right next to the swimming pool and across from the elevator. The pool was open until 11:30 pm. At 9 a group of sadly unsupervised girls were using the pool. The door into the pool was next to mine. It was nonstop banging as they came and went. “Marco. Polo” and running and door banging I had enough. I did have the front desk clerk remind them there were other guests in the hotel. While it quietened them when they left they did so literally one at a time. I went to my door and had the one adult snarl at me. While the night staff helped, the group of mean girls ruined my night after I had a 9 hour drive. That said the room was clean and comfortable when the noise subsided. Had I known I would have requested another room which I’m sure would have been more suitable. I did speak to the desk clerk as I left. She was going to see who they were. So I can say it’s convenient off I15. Lots of dining options. Safe parking. Friendly staff and a great breakfast. I’d recommend the property but unless you really needed the handicap room, if not and you get 115 request another room. Far from the pool.

Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. Called ahead to make sure they had conjoining rooms and were brushed of as "of course." Got there and they refused to give conjoining rooms. Super rude. Lied and said they were fully booked although their website was still offering many rooms.

We had a lovely stay and the desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are quite dirty. At least ours was. The floor was completely covered in stains. The bathroom, although recently renovated was stained. Particularly the shower. There was mould in the shower andthe whole shower needed to be scrubbed as there was ground in dirt on the surfaces and mould in the drain trap. Charming ‘historic’ feeling little property. Lovely, helpful, sparse staff. Very small, cute rooms. Restaurant and bar are beautiful. Location isn’t scenic, but it’s safe. Parking is highly convenient across the street.
